26/10/2024: Edit: Oct 24 Review gone down to 3 ⭐ high prices did not change but quality is terrible 😕 coffee is sour and ham and cheese sandwich is minimal. Had to disect it to find the cheese. The vegetarian roll tasted like cardboard. It's a shame. ------ Came in for a quick coffee and it was very good. Had a bit to eat it was alright got me over the line.

16/07/2024: The Natural Bakery is, as it says on the tin, a bakery, and thankfully its baked goods are, for the most part, to a rather high standard. I am particularly a fan of their Cinnamon Roll (seen below). However, the coffee is not always prepared properly. On two occasions where I have ordered a mocha, there has been an immediately noticeable discrepancy - the first such occasion, the barista making it hadn’t mixed the chocolate and the coffee, meaning I was drinking a cappuccino with a shot of nothing but cloying chocolate syrup at the bottom. The second such occasion, I found that there was simply no chocolate at all. These incidents were both quite late into the shop’s opening hours so I don’t blame the staff if they were tired.

23/04/2025: Downgrading from 5 stars, change in staff, slower, smaller portions and deals on the app won't allow you order from here. Last visit attempted to charge €7.50 for a 6 inch that was €4 on their menu (€3 on the app). It's near us so will review the app again and change the rating if fixed.

26/06/2025: the machine is serving what looks like a drink but tastes like burnt sparkling water. 5 drinks wasted! Then a burger with a piece of plastic now it’s a tiny piece you wouldn’t notice til you bite into it, and snaps in mouth. Absolutely disgusting! Seems lately any order we’ve gotten has something wrong with it. A treat for child’s birthday and couldn’t even enjoy it! And phone line to complain no one answers !

21/06/2025: Well I got a a breast box wich tasted like it had been sitting there for days there was way to much salt when I asked for just a bit now it was so bad I only had 7 chips the only thing tha was good was my milkshake but apart from tha I would not recommend All together I would rate this Establishment a 3/10

14/07/2025: Worst Spice Bag I've had, why bother calling it a spice bag when there is 0 spice? I found 3 tiny pieces of veg, all the other veg was substituted by a hair I found stuck to a piece of chicken.

04/05/2025: Ordered spice bag. Utter waste. Got chips with some chicken pieces. No veg added. If they gave me the salt separate i would have added how much needed. So salty had to waste half portion of the food. No more attempt from this shop.

24/04/2025: Horrific. Truly. Cold bleak setting that feels really unwelcoming and cheap. Food was utterly tasteless and we left as soon as we could. Wont be eating on site for the rest of our stay.

08/12/2024: Loved the food, we ordered pizza, pasta and dessert for the kid. Portion is good. It was very busy as christmas time, little kids could be overwhelmed and it's bit warm inside.

27/12/2024: This is my second visit to this shop a few months apart , I thought i would try again however-i n this day and age, there’s no excuse for poor customer service. As someone who works in retail myself, I believe the very least staff can do is greet potential customers with a simple 'hello.'

12/02/2025: I absolutely love this little café! Their coffee is fantastic—smooth, rich, and perfectly made every time. The food is also delicious, freshly prepared with care, and well worth the wait. The staff are always friendly, making you feel right at home. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with great coffee, tasty food, and genuine hospitality, this is the place to go. I can’t wait to come back!

17/10/2024: Went in this morning, got a dirty look for walking in on wet floor as one of the ladies working there was cleaning the floors without a wet floor sign, asked for 2 skinny flat whites and half way through making the coffees I was told they had no low fat milk. It clearly should have been said before she proceeded making them. Never seen staff being so rude and unwelcoming. Will definitely not come back

01/03/2025: On a weekend trip to Letterkenny, some friends and I ordered off the menu from this restaurant, much to my demise. Between five of us, we spent over sixty euro-worth of food to be delivered to a house not far from the location. I will say fair play for the delivery driver getting here much sooner than the estimated delivery time. However, we began to unpack the delivery, and soon realised we were missing food - at least two meals. I phoned the restaurant to let them know of the error, hoping as it wasn’t long delivered that the driver may still be close and be able to drop off what was missed, possibly in the back of their car. The staff member who I spoke to told me that my food was on the way, I reassured her that the driver had already been but we were still missing some food. I was then told all the food was definitely ordered and in the delivered cardboard receptacle. I had to reissue my point that the box was now empty and there were still meals missing from our inventory. The member of staff raised her voice over the phone, often repeating the words, “100% the food is there, I seen it with my own eyes.” This first telephony conversation lasted around five minutes, and clear to both parties it was going no where. The member of staff at Money Tree then ended the call. Following this, there were three more phone calls to have similar conversations. I am generally a glass-half-full-type of person and give everyone the benefit of the doubt, however I was at the end of my tether after my experience with Money Tree, and have never felt so gas-lit by a hospitality industry. As I told Money Tree, they will not be receiving my custom again.

23/05/2025: this place is decorated beautifully but the bartender was a little interesting. In our group two people order cocktails and the bartender told us they would take a bit because they had to be made individually which is definitely standard and we were fine with it. The menu offers various mocktails and one of them being a mojito. when one of us ordered one she said that a mojito mocktail is impossible to make even thought is was on the menu. when she was making the drinks she kept complaining about how the bar wasn’t properly set up. the atmosphere was great but I don’t believe the bartender wanted to be there quite frankly.
