31/12/2024: Everytime i order here for delivery their always seems to be an issue! 1.) the delivery takes over 1hr 2.) items missing from the order 3.) be giving the wrong order Staff are helpful but this is just not acceptable I am not a happy customer and by the looks of it all I will never be ordering again until this issue is solved!

15/12/2024: Was in supermacs in Carlow town tonight absolutely shocking tables filty nobody made any effort to clean off the tables not to mention the toilets totally put us off our food im surprised that the health inspectors missed here

26/12/2024: I just ordered from this business and when I got home, half of the meal I ordered was missing. When I called them to speak to them, the woman on the phone (who also took my order) tried to tell me that the meal I alleged to have ordered doesn’t even exist in their menu. Even when I said I am looking at it right now, she still insists that it’s not on their menu. I offered to email it to her and she claimed that they don’t have an email address, so I am attaching it here to this review. Wylam, now can you see what I am referring to? Or will you keep insisting it doesn’t exist rather than just professionally dealing with the issue of an order discrepancy and providing decent customer service? Literally unbelievable, I am appalled at how many negative customer experiences have been recounted amongst these reviews, but not surprised given what just happened.

21/12/2024: No...Is the only word I use to describe this so called "Food Joint"Im never eating here again I ordered my food 3 spice bags,chili chicken Balls and 2 currys 50 Euro is unnacceptable and It took 46 minutes Guess what They put veg on all 3 of my spice bags When the only order I gave them was NOT to put veg on them They also took 39 minutes to send a new order of food back to ys Proper shitshow 1 star

08/12/2024: The menu is so wrong when you look up spice bag it shows a veggie bag only and the veggie spice bag and normal spice bag have different names online it's very easy to get confused please change them to have the same name.

16/01/2025: Be careful when ordering for multiple people the number system for the burgers is confusing even after leaving a name note for each item.... for something so simple I can't under stand why the name and number is not tied to the burger 😒

06/12/2024: Why did they change the chicken coating???? It's so peppery, it's almost inedible. The chicken bites were always my go-to order but the ruined them with this awful new coating.
