22/03/2025: Was going to the toilet then when I herd a knok I went to hurry up then I heard somone put a coin in the door and open saw the mangers head and said what are you doing and she walked out and hid in the back room I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed

21/03/2025: Costa Coffee is always my shop of choice for coffee even when plenty others are around. Yesterday I was in the new Costa in Navan which was amazing with friendly service, but today, I popped I to Costa in Trim to pick up a muffin, drink and then I used the bathroom. I'm always polite, friendly and never forget to say please and thank you as manners cost nothing. The lady serving me was nothing short of impatient and rude. I didn't understand the toilet code she gave me and I repeated what I thought she said incorrectly. She sighed, hands on hips, rolled her eyes, waited a while and repeated herself. I get people having issues and maybe not having the best day, but I don't think I've ever come across this before. Who rolls their eyes at a customer politely asking for the door code. Definitely won't be back.

24/07/2025: Just ordered a pizza now and it looks uncooked and arrived like someone’s dropped the pizza. Quite frustrating! This does not look appealing at all. Do better.

22/08/2025: Pretty much what you’d expect. Big portions, decent flavours, some quibbles. The Kung Po beef was tender and had a nice kick. Sweet and sour chicken was good too. The chicken wings were weirdly sweet and super dry - not in a good way. Spring rolls are huge and tasty but don’t come with any sort of dipping sauce so end up being kind of dry too. All in all we’d probably go back but would order less food but with extra sauces on the side.

24/10/2024: I just ordered through Ubereats a cheeseburger with no pickles and no onion, I add fries, a coke, and a cheese sauce. What I received, only a cheeseburger with pickles and onion.

31/08/2024: We really enjoyed our time at rockets this evening from the amazing food to the service it couldn’t have been better. The lady who served us with curly hair and glasses was very kind and friendly and made very nice recommendations. She went out of her way to check on us to see if we needed anything more throughout.

22/04/2025: Two lovely friendly cafe assistants 1 male and 1 female they were so friendly and helpful when we went there on sunday. The male assistant was asking me about my arm being strapped up (post surgery) and seemed genuinely pleased when i said it will be ok now.

29/08/2025: Standards have dropped dramatically. Was a regular visitor to this hotel and would visit 2-3 times a year and brought family and friend regularly. My last two stays I have to say were terrible. We went as 2 adults and 2 children. First time people smoking in the rooms with the doors open I reported it and nothing happened the same the next night and was told its probably coming in from the balcony. People shouting and banging all hours of the morning and again nothing done. The quality of breakfast is probably a 3 at best where it was always 9-10 and then I was charged an extra €2 for a cappuccino at breakfast (never seen that before ANYWHERE). spoke to the waitress and was told there's a new chef and it's just been brought in.Got in touch with the hotel afterwards to complain and got 3 different people to email. Eventually the manager got in touch much with me and apologised and offered me a deal to return and to just contact him that he wants to prove it was a once off.. When I did eventually contact him for a return for 2 adults 2 children and returned it started on check in. First room we were giving was one double bed 1 single bed ,I went back to reception and giving another room and again it was 1 double one single. I went again to reception to ask was this a joke. The girl gave me keys to another room and told me to check the room first to see if it was okay. The room was downstairs and didn't feel like part of the hotel. There was plenty of beds but the double bed mattress was wafer thin and very uncomfortable. I rang reception and the other lady came and brought me to another room 512 and asked was it okay. It looked good and had the double and 2 single beds as required. The lady apologised and was very helpful. When my son sat on his bed he nearly fell off it as the base was broken, again I called reception and the lady came back and seen the bed and again apologised and went and got a base off another bed. We just accepted it as we Had Been through 4 rooms already at this stage. First morning breakfast was okay and fresh but the next morning we were waiting on bits to come out from the kitchen then got burnt breakfast and was served our milk in a teacup with not even an apology. I reported all this to the manager by email when we got home and his response was. ,thank you for your feedback.. So if that's the general managers response it says it all. Cannot see myself returning here anytime soon and can not recommend this hotel to family or friends.... Just seen this hotel is now up for sale so that explains why the management couldn't care less....

15/07/2025: The D Hotel is closed to tourists until 2027. It is being used as a Refugee Reception Centre until then.

31/08/2025: The slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. Sunday morning, 5-6 staff, barely a few customers, 15 minutes wait time for 6 toasties and some poridge. And they even managed to forget something with a order that simple. And it's not the first time it happened at this specific restaurant.

27/08/2025: Seats are abhorrently uncomfortable. Atmosphere is always disastrous.

13/07/2025: I ordered lunch on Friday, and about two hours after eating it, my stomach started hurting. It developed to a full scale food poisoning during the weekend, with projectile vomiting, acute diarrhea, excruciating pain, nausea and what not. It’s Sunday and I haven’t eaten since Friday, I’m feeling THAT terrible. It was the only thing I ate on Friday, so it’s clearly the culprit. I ordered extra on Friday so I can also have it as dinner, and I had to throw it all down the bin! What aa waste! I don’t know what was in my food, but I will NEVER risk ordering from subway Ennis again!

13/06/2025: Friendly staff and a clean environment made my visit to Subway a pleasant one. The food was fresh and affordable. Great spot for a quick and satisfying meal!

21/08/2025: My order number is 1762 I collected the food from drivethru , one order from the list missing again😡😡😡. Please double check . I am not happy.

18/08/2025: Clean and fast service, only issue is never any receipts from the self service machine.

11/08/2025: 5 people walked out ahead of me fed up of waiting orders to be taken(on a Monday evening).such a shame service gone so far downhill

09/08/2025: Got two fish suppers this evening and have to say that the food was excellent curry could have been little thicker but only a minor thing Definitely will be back the premises was spotless.

30/08/2025: Unbelievably bad food got a bag of chips they were like rubber and dehydrated like they were 2 days old reheats. They said head office cut the chips and send them over the following morning. Keep away
