The best restaurants

08/09/2025: Second time ordering from here(wanted to make sure). I asked for less salt on the food. Again they did not listen to the request. Very low quality ingredients drowned in salt and other spices to mask awful taste. Would not recommend unless you are literally starving.

07/09/2025: Food quality in the Mulan is going down hill fast, got a 4 in 1 , it was dry very little curry sauce for over 8 euro

10/11/2025: Made an order for 3 4in1s and they gave me out a 3 ,3in1 they need to work on listening . The worker couldn’t wait to get me off the phone , this wasn’t the first time either .

14/11/2025: I came for their sourdough loaf only to be told it is only for sandwiches made there! I used to be able to buy and enjoy this wonderful bread before. Ridiculous!

09/11/2025: I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received at the café. I felt genuinely well looked after, and they were attentive at all times. Because of this, I decided not only to stay for breakfast, but also to remain longer and have lunch there as well. Megan, the waitress, was incredibly attentive, and the young man at the till was very kind to us.

22/08/2025: Apparently ordering a hot dog with ketchup and onions means there is no hot dog and only toppings, braindead.

07/08/2025: Amazing experience of Halal food, full options available from fish and chips to pizza, chicken burger to beef burgers at an affordable rates. Fish and chips if not more tasty then Besh off bro these are 100% equal in taste with BoB. Biryani is desi and tasty too....must visit place... Above all the behavior of owner Asmat Ullah is more then friendly and caring too... Location and area adds on in above mentioned qualities..

25/11/2025: Ordered a pizza, and found a bone inside it. Chicken is always rock solid when I buy a chicken dish aswell. Wouldn’t recommend

14/11/2025: Ordered shredded chicken from Chen’s this evening and it was raw. Second weekend in a row the chicken has been raw.

18/10/2025: Me and friend ordered a 10 euro spicebag. To our surprise, it arrived in a very shallow Styrofoam rectangle. This surprised us, as we're usually used to a bag filled with chicken, chips, onion, and peppers. We then opened the box and to our displeasure we found 8 pieces of tiny shredded chicken and chips that tasted like they've been sat out for weeks and soaked in old oil.

03/08/2025: Simple and straightforward, I stopped by for lunch with my boyfriend. It tastes like homemade food. I highly recommend it.

01/03/2025: This restaurant is labeled as covered even though it's closed, I don't understand at all. Why are we going around in circles now? It's not nice.

27/09/2025: I ordered from the restaurant for delivery, my order was meant to arrive at half 12 and never did. it's now 1:01am , I have rang the restaurant numerous times and noone will pick up, it goes straight to voicemail. I was charged for this order but have not received anything or any updates from the restaurant. online it is saying the restaurant is closed. What a waste of time and money! Not even rang me once!

06/09/2025: the spice bag was SO bad I think someone took a big dookie in it! service was goofy ah bad because nialls mother ate fries! I think it would be better if it costed a quarter!!!!! 🖕🖕🖕 NEVER go this place is from OHIO!!! 🥀 took 6-7 hours to get my food and it was probably noodles

27/11/2025: Open at 11am not 10am. Went this morn Nov 27th 2025 at 10.30,was told they open at 11. Ordered a simple order through just eat. Took ages, food cold, and they got the simple order wrong.

16/07/2025: Quiet nice place spacey bakery/coffee shop, selling delicious fresh sourdough bread, cakes, pastries, sandwiches and coffee. I had a polenta cake (really delicious, nicely balanced flavous - adding a photo) and a flat white with almond milk ☕

31/10/2025: Moved to swords this year and decided to try fingal cafe in the hopes of finding a good chipper in the area. Really disappointing that they do not freshly batter the fish. They have a drawer filled with essentially part cooked fish (likely frozen and defrosted as needed) that they then put into the fryer. Because of this the batter is crispy on the outside but is mushy closer to the fish. A very short sighted way of cost cutting. I was hoping this could have been a place for us to continuously return to over the years but unfortunately I will never be back as the food is not up to scratch. At 35 euro for 2 fish and chips with sauces you really should be trying to do better for your customers fingal cafe.

11/10/2025: I ordered from Fingal Café about a year ago and ended up bringing every single item back. The food was vile — ghostly, anaemic chips that looked like they’d seen a microwave more than a fryer. I swore I’d never go near the place again. Fast forward to today and my partner, bless him, comes home with a surprise chipper. I took one bite of the garlic cheese chips and instantly knew that history was repeating itself. Dry, dusty, and somehow both soggy and stale? A true culinary mystery. It’s impressive, after a full year later and they’ve managed to maintain the same level of disappointment. Never again

21/05/2025: I've been coming here for 4 years about 3 or 4 times a week, the staff here are lovely and so kind. Today there's been a violent incident that the security guard yelled at a young mother. This was clearly an act of racism. It was very disappointing to see that this individual created a disgusted atmosphere in this lovely coffee shop.

24/04/2025: I came in in around a month ago and was about to ask if they had the facilities for me to charge my phone with a cable and plug when i was interrupted and told “toilets are for customers”. I felt it was rather rude. Today i came in for a second time. It was the same man and he was rather rude, kind of flinging the food at me. I wasn’t asked whether i wanted my food toasted and im assuming they only do takeaway cups as I wasn’t offered a plate or mug. Overall poor service. He’s a white man with what I assume is a French accent, middle aged.
