01/10/2025: Our favourite Chinese to order from. The staff are friendly and the food is absolutely delicious

27/09/2025: I ordered from the restaurant for delivery, my order was meant to arrive at half 12 and never did. it's now 1:01am , I have rang the restaurant numerous times and noone will pick up, it goes straight to voicemail. I was charged for this order but have not received anything or any updates from the restaurant. online it is saying the restaurant is closed. What a waste of time and money! Not even rang me once!

04/09/2025: Long queue at Wilton on Thursday evening at 5:30 pm. Open until 8 pm . How ever a part of the seating area closed off. No seating available. Ask staff and explanation was we are only 2 staff and need 2 hours to closed off. Very bad service . Subway can you explain???

18/09/2025: OK, but below our expectations Plus: Breakfast was OK, but rather mediocre due to group bookings Good location Well-organized company Ample parking available Minus: Tour groups and events dominate the hotel – unfortunately, to the detriment of individual travelers. For example, the restaurant was unavailable during our stay due to group bookings

16/08/2025: Part of a Caledonia coach trip, 5 day stay arrived Monday evening, room clean, comfortable, shower rail could be cleaned with some wire wool to remove rust. Tuesday opened room door and handle came off in my husbands hand, he reported at reception and was told it would be sorted by lady (could be duty manager)we were out all day on our return, door not repaired, I picked up phone to call reception and it was not working, I went to reception once again to report door and phone not working, nice young man at reception came to the room and repaired handle to best of his ability ( still no sign of maintenance person) Wednesday back to reception again same issue ( same lady..could be duty manager ) it will be repaired and phone replaced by end of day) left on Friday morning and door and phone still broken. STILL NOT SEEN MAINTENANCE PERSON My brother was in next room so I gave him a keycard incase of getting locked in room he could unlock from outside incase of emergency. Staff very polite and as helpful as they could be..disappointed with breakfast, i like continental (cereal, dried fruit, pastries) not looking for anything fancy ..breakfast served from 7am but don't put out pastries until 8.30am, surely they are part of breakfast and should be out at 7am when breakfast is served.🤔🤔. Could be better, area at water feature could be lovely just need some cleaning with a jet wash and general tidy up..pool area..changing rooms need freshened up, maybe checked regularly throughout the day by a member of staff very untidy, spa was great but again need bleached around the drain.

03/08/2025: Ordered a pizza on Friday night. Pizza arrived shortly after I ordered. Now , the pizza was almost cold, and it didn't taste good at all. I won't order from this place again. The pizza was really bad, and the side was Ok. Just Ok. I hope my review helps others when they decide to order from Dominos.

15/07/2025: Naan bread was stale and to be honest for a curry house, the curry wasn’t anything I’d be rushing back for.

25/09/2025: Highly recommend there is only one oche the services is amazing staff super friendly i ordered day it opened up just check the food out it was so freshly cooked super fast delivery to the door they never fail just had meal there now was delicious spice bag nicely cooked chips veg curry sauce is tops food coma 😋 need nap after big meal dea l 🥢🍛🥘🫕🍜🥠🥡

23/09/2025: The acai is well worth checking out. A generous portion will leave you feeling full and they have a reward where you get the 10th one free. They have an extensive menu which is also worth taking a look at.

24/10/2025: Allergens NOT LISTED. We ordered the Malay Noodles. No mention of allergens but we quickly realised the dish contains peanuts. If you want to eat somewhere that you can rely on the ingredients matching the dish - AVOID wok on inn. Infact you should wok on over to as far away as you can get from this place

22/08/2025: Ordered a chocolate brownie from Jose and he gave me a chocolate croissant. Which is fine he heard it wrong, I kindly asked him to change it he said he can't do it because there is no supervisor around. I have to wait 20 minutes. It's a joke I'm sure the supervisor could do the refund later I don't have to be there..

19/09/2025: It says everywhere online it closes at 7pm. We go in at 5:45pm and all the food is out away and “sorry we’re closed now”.

29/05/2025: The staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated, doing just the bare minimum. Interactions felt dry and forced, with no effort to provide good service. It's clear there's a lack of energy and care in the work being done.

02/10/2025: the cloud wifi they use so they don't have to pay for their own is atrocious. while there is barely enough signal in the building to use 5G. there is one girl on the till who looks at you like you just shat in her cheerios, as others agree. the bathrooms are disgusting and never have soap/toilet paper. coffee is not great. unfortunately there is nowhere else in town to work on a laptop at 9pm.

24/09/2025: High prices, bad food, small portions, overcrowded

02/10/2025: Called in earlier on my lunch break mainly to get shelter from the rain. Sound guy suggested doner kebab meal for a tenner, it was lovely and chips and wrap were fresh out. To be honest interior didn’t look the best but the food and service definitely made up for it.

11/08/2025: I've ordered doner kebab meal which was a very disappointing. The meat was too thick and old, no taste at all like jelly and there is no garlic or any sauce in it. Never ever reccomend this place.

04/06/2025: Food is fabulous well worth the money plenty in all portions to feed couples or families never an empty plate in ours afterwards, to the delivery drivers and girls on the phone 10/10 always polite 👍👍
