The best restaurants

14/09/2025: Do NOT come here. This place is a disaster! I ordered a takeaway from this place a few days back, and to be honest, I really wish I hadn’t. The food was incredibly disappointing bland, greasy, and clearly not cooked properly. One of the dishes was clearly underdone and made me feel really sick later that night I ended up being unwell the whole of the next day. For the price I paid, it was a complete waste of money. I’m honestly surprised this place is still open, health inspectors seriously need to take a look. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I’d strongly advise others to steer well clear. There are way better and safer places around.

23/08/2025: Absolutely disheartened. Order a curry box and on the physical menu it says and shows two exactly different things . It looked like it was shoved into the box and the chicken was very chewy and the noodles were very over done , physically feel like getting sick . Never ordering from here again.

12/09/2025: I'v just had fish and chips to eat in the pub. I would recommend the little chip sligo to anybody the food was delicious we will definitely be back next time we are in Sligo

03/09/2025: Inedible! Batter tasted of uncooked flour and the fish was lukewarm wet and tasteless, "chips" were just fries. We both threw them in the bin, cost €26 for two. No offer of condiments from staff. Would not recommend to anyone. If we hadn't driven a few minutes down the road to open and eat them I would have given them straight back!

11/10/2025: Just a little bit in the middle of nowhere but a real nice place to stay in, staff very friendly, food good, rooms comfortable and warm a little on the older side but nice.

14/08/2025: The rooms were adequate but felt outdated. Both the bathroom sinks and showers struggled to drain water. At one point, I turned the shower off to let the water drain before I finished rinsing my hair because it almost overflowed into the bathroom. Family in other rooms said they witnessed the same situations. The meals were average and service was very slow. Drinks were expensive and not very tasty. Our waitresses were pleasant and always apologizing for the long wait for food. When ordering meals, some days we got “x” and other days we got “y” when ordering the exact same dish. No explanations were given when we asked why yesterday the dish was different. Breakfast was also hit or miss. The options were slim and the tables often ran out of bread, butter, cereals… and no one replenished them. Coffee refills were nonexistent unless you asked - and even then, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait for your refill. The card keys were always deactivating. We had to get new card keys several times. At one point, our card deactivated 3 times in less than an hour. We were locked out and at the mercy of the empty reception desk. I would recommend making reservations elsewhere.

20/04/2025: We were asked to leave after spending an hour and a half in the back section. I asked for a valid one reason as to why we were couldn't stay, and they couldn't provide one

17/04/2025: If you are in the area it is worth a visit here. Great atmosphere and also live music if you're lucky.

04/03/2025: Way too overpriced. Absolutely disgusting chips full of grease €6.50 for a bag no bigger than my hand. won tons with not won ting in them chicken skewers more chicken on a wing and everything over cooked. Paid €31.50 and not even a bag of prawn crackers. Never going back.

21/09/2025: Really not a good coffee shop or representation of Costa at all The coffee is always bitter, they don't have basic things such as cinnamon that you would need to cover up the taste of their bad quality coffee. People only come in here to get out of the rain. The staff don't really seem to care about the quality they serve anyway, so complaining doesn't go far.

21/09/2025: It's disappointing. The coffee doesn't taste as well as other Costas. They don't even have cinnamon to sprinkle on top. Some of the staff are somewhat nice but that's about it (other staff members just laughs at your face if you are unsatisfied with the coffee they made)

13/09/2025: avoid avoid. it is getting worse by the week. food either under cooked, over cooked or just getting orders wrong. big turnover staff lately. know one seems to know what they are doing, or who is in charge.

06/09/2025: Food is good most of the time here, with good helpings of chips. Steak sandwich is well worth a try. Chips can sometimes be underdone, depends on who is cooking.

11/10/2025: I ordered a gluten-free burrito from Pita Pit Blanchardstown, but when my order arrived, it was not labelled as gluten-free anywhere on the packaging. Given how serious gluten allergies and intolerances can be, this immediately raised red flags for me. I tried calling the shop several times to confirm whether the burrito was actually gluten-free, but I could not get through to anyone. I even left two voicemails explaining the situation, and no one ever returned my call. That level of disregard is extremely disappointing, especially when dealing with something as important as food allergies. In the end, I had no choice but to throw the burrito in the bin rather than risk getting sick. It’s very frustrating to pay for food you can’t eat because of poor labeling and a complete lack of communication from the restaurant. Pita Pit Blanchardstown really needs to improve their standards and take allergy awareness more seriously. Proper labeling and responsive customer service should be the bare minimum for any food business, especially one that claims to cater to specific dietary needs.

27/09/2025: The food was good and the staff was nice. The place is not too big for eating there, it can get full quickly.
