04/07/2026: Stale bread , no fillings , off lettuce. Absolutely vile. Learned my lesson will not be back.

24/06/2026: Went in at 12 o clock on a wednesday and got a footlong sub. €11.60 for completely stale bread and gone off lettuce and onions. Got home to eat and the whole lot went in the bin after one bite. Price is gone mental and its gone downhill bigtime over the years. Horrible place, never again

06/06/2026: Was asked to pay an extra €4 for delivery after already paying at checkout. We were also made to meet the delivery driver as he wouldn’t come up to the house to complete the delivery. Meaning we drove to collect our “delivery” order which we paid €8 for it to be delivered. The food was extremely poor quality, it was cold on arrival, and we waited over an hour for it to be delivered (including our drive to meet the delivery man). DO NOT ORER FROM HERE

14/04/2026: Disappointing service – stingy with basics I had a very frustrating experience here. The staff was incredibly rude when we made a simple request for extra tissues. We were only given one, and when we asked for one more, the salesperson was dismissive and claimed they didn't have any. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you feel like you’re bothering the staff just by asking for basic necessities. Won't be coming back.

07/01/2026: It would be good if they worked with gloves, but people don't work with gloves in the kitchen. When you handle money with gloves, you shouldn't touch the food with those same gloves.

09/11/2025: The sent me out the wrong food which I have been looking forward to all week.. I asked for chicken chow mein they sent me some dry tiny pieces of chicken no sauce the starter of the skewers in a bag not a tray badly packed so disappointed only thing was good about it all was the driver was very nice

04/02/2026: The middle aged lady working there intentionally stole money from me. I went to tap my card and it didn't work according to her and then she charged me again. The thing is the first attempt was for 16.50 and the second for 14.50 both were successful, this was done intentionally to avoid it looking like it was a double charge. The food was supposed to be 14.50. Thief! This happened on the night of Feb 1st at 1.58am, I have the receipts to prove it. I don't know if the lady in question is the owner or not, but this is horrible behaviour. I was wondering why she typed on the card machine for the second attempt it's because she stole 16.50 from me. To the owner look at your cameras at exactly 1.58am and you'll see the incident or go through your electronic statements you will see exactly what I'm talking about. I know it's 16.50 but please get this transaction reversed before I take I take this further.

01/02/2026: €7.50 for garlic chips after midnight. Robbery.

02/06/2026: €8.30 for a ft long with just bacon. Didn’t ask for extra bacon but got charged €1.45 for the privilege of bacon on my roll.

10/04/2026: Horrible waiting times for delivery using Just Eat waited two hours for a foot long meal deal was told it was busy when I rang but still wait half an hour after I rang for my food

02/06/2026: Ingredients were not fresh at all. Could see the lettuce had started browning, rice was hard at points and the refried beans must have been refried in 2008

16/05/2026: Very bland burrito and questionable food hygiene.

24/07/2026: Never ordering here AGAIN!!! I have ordered 2 veggie delight 6inch... I only got the sauces and the salads... No veggie patty in sight! Terrible I can't even contact their number!! I want a refund (I have picture evidence... absolutely terrible)

01/07/2026: Decent Subway with a good selection of produce. The staff are usually kind and fast. Sometimes the food isn’t made to the best standard

17/04/2026: Cancelled 3 orders on me 5 min before too good to go pickup. Not a great thing to be doing to customers.

01/03/2026: Waited 25 minutes for a sandwich that came with a hair in it and chicken bones mashed into the bread. Zero flavour sauce in the sandwich.

26/06/2026: Bland corporate Hilton wannabe (which is not, in and of itself, a compliment to Hilton). A tough day at work demanded late room service. >€30 for what I can only assume was a supermarket pizza, which took an hour to deliver vs. a 20 minute confirmation,and had half the ingredients missing. The ‘manager’ then tried to argue that I was wrong, which has prompted this furious review. Awful professionalism all round, dismal service, in a hotel which, despite refurbishment, struggles to justify any of its four stars. Never again.

11/02/2026: We booked a meal for eight of us on Jan 17th 2026 after the miss siagon show in Bord Gais. Firstly they hadn't got our booking but accommodated us after a little wait. The first notable thing was the really poor service. It was very obvious from the start that they had a lot of new waiting staff that were very poorly trained. All the staff that served us had little understanding of English and we had to repeat ourselves several times to make sure they got the correct orders. Two of our party were coeliacs and we had to explain this and wait until they checked with a manager every time we asked about it. Eventually they brought a supervisor over who was able to explain what was gluten free. To be honest we felt so sorry for the young staff that seemed out of their debt. Eventually when the food arrived, it was all right but just all right. For such a well known hotel the food was very average and disappointing, plain and very low standard. I would not recommend this to anyone unless overall standards improved.

15/06/2026: Ordered a Veggie Burger which was so oily i couldn’t finish it, & not even a slice of tomato with the lettuce. The worst veggie burger i’ve seen. Overcooked chips. The bottled water was very good. Avoid.

13/06/2026: Horrible..... twice we told them that we do not want bacon added to our burgers. But even though we said it so many times they still added bacon to our food.

12/09/2025: Gone very downhill. The service was always atrocious but the food made up for it. Now the food has gone properly downhill. The last few times it was very disappointing.

28/08/2025: this is genuinely the worst chinese in dublin, spicebag was full of disgusting greasy scabby chips with about 4 tiny pieces of chicken. curry sauce is greasy enough to give you a heart attack. chips and chicken taste like decade old oil aswell
