17/06/2025: Poor customer service , and the worstest boba a ever tried .

16/05/2025: Pho to be honest here has been very nice, but for me overall the menu prices have been inconsistent at the till, recently got taro bubble tea and the milk tasted so thick as if it came out of a can. This placed used to have good value bubble tea but this was just disappointing, regardless of what I suspect I was overcharged. Prices needs to be as listed on the menu! Music is always a too loud here but maybe that’s just what people like. The karaoke upstairs NEEDS better soundproofing. Come for noodles, they are fresh and good. Just watch the total and don’t get bubble tea.

18/10/2025: Thank you to nicola and team for excellent food and delivery service tonight, I can highly recommend rays Ordered tonight from Ray's, the delivery person was absolutely lovely, chips as normal the dog loved her sausages, the doner kebab very disappointing

17/08/2025: A fantastic place to eat, especially for breakfast or lunch. We've been coming here for the last 10 years every 6 months or so, on our trips to Kerry. The food is always so fresh and they update the menu regularly so always something different. The Buddha bowl and prawn tostada on our last trip was delicious. Good vegetarian options are always available. Price is relatively good and the service is always great. We'll be back again soon 👍

24/06/2025: Nice food! I Went there for lunch with my partner. We both enjoyed it! The food was great, the place had a good atmosphere.

20/07/2025: Asking for a filter coffee two days in a row you would swear I was asking for a pint of blood, have to settle for Americano. Ye might aswell remove it from the menu

10/12/2025: Probably best night club in Cork. 2 Levels with different types of music, third level- smoke bar on top. Very good and very very loud as well.

02/11/2025: Awful experience. We had tickets, but the security refused to let us in for no reason. They said one of us was drunk — which was completely false. The way they spoke to us was rude, aggressive, and humiliating. Pure disrespect and discrimination.

13/11/2025: Will never call here again as a other customer said on the way out. It was full with teenagers from a local school and 90% eating there own food and no seating for paying customers. Want call here again and do shop in center. I wanted to visit the toilets but gave it a miss..of All my 1.6 M views this is up there with disappointment with Management.

19/09/2025: I’m usually mad about their wrappos; to the point where I don’t mind waiting average time 1 hour for them to be delivered but after waiting almost two hours (not the first time) I thought they were taking the piss a bit. Girl working on the phone was very condescending and had a clear god complex; got the delivery driver to literally scratch off the Just Eat delivery cost and add a euro (??) when they finally arrived. Shame about this terrible experience as I had been raving about this place to practically everybody. Not anymore. Wrappos were mid at best but still edible just dead cold, and one of them was literally just chicken with sauce and 3 flecks of rice with a load of (unwanted) spices inside the wrap (to make up for the lack of actual rice maybe?).

19/11/2025: Would highly recommend! The Sweet & Sour Hong Kong–style chicken was absolutely gorgeous, and the chicken balls were huge too! The lady at the front was really helpful with my order. Definitely coming back,great Chinese food! ☺️

19/10/2025: Absolutely gone to the dogs. Regular customer and I will never order from them again. Three orders in a row they have forgotten items and this time they forgot items that the said they would send out and didn't, got other items wrong and the whole order was soaked and soggy in the bag, avoid this place. They are useless. Paid €40 for my food and it's all in my bin, offered me €30 credit and I can tell you now I will never spend it. Won't ever eat another bite from that kip.

21/05/2025: I've been coming here for 4 years about 3 or 4 times a week, the staff here are lovely and so kind. Today there's been a violent incident that the security guard yelled at a young mother. This was clearly an act of racism. It was very disappointing to see that this individual created a disgusted atmosphere in this lovely coffee shop.

28/09/2025: Unless making coffee is now an artwork I dont understand?? 20 mins waiting with 1 person in front of me. Place empty and staff looking at oat milk like its a sculpture. We both walked out.. Pity because its normally a lot better.

07/09/2025: When I walked into this café, I immediately noticed that the prices weren't displayed, which set a disappointing tone for the entire experience. The food fell short of expectations— the sausages and sourdough were tough and hard, and the rashers were of subpar quality. Service was consistently lacking, with long wait times and multiple trips to the counter to ask for missing items like drinks. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience and I will not be returning.

08/08/2025: No brown sugar. Coffee ok but overpriced. Don't care for the shop. Grab a poor coffee and go.

06/08/2025: When I came in here to pick up my granddaughters communion cake I thanked the man at the till. He then stated that I shouldn't be so fast to assume someone's gender. I was surprised to hear this from a middle aged Irish man. When I said I'd like to speak to someone in charge as I paid a lot for the cake and deserve respect. He then did a twirl and said yeah that would be me 👍🏻 He then stated he was the best accountant wearing tights in the West of Ireland.

20/04/2025: We were asked to leave after spending an hour and a half in the back section. I asked for a valid one reason as to why we were couldn't stay, and they couldn't provide one

17/04/2025: If you're in the area, it's worth a visit. Great atmosphere and live music if you're lucky.
