The best restaurants

21/08/2026: Worst kebab I ate in my life, if you can even call it that. It was swimming in sauce (80% of it was sauce), it falls apart when you touch it.

01/06/2026: Waiting an hour for 2doner kebabs, rang back to see what story was and was told they ready now to go out! Excuse was bad traffic on a bank holiday evening. Food came another 15 minutes later cold with more cabbage than meat. Paid by card otherwise I'd of cancelled it, €30 for cold late muck. Macaris is gone to sh*t

01/10/2026: The food was beyond awful. Avoid if possible

30/09/2026: ordered a flat white, & this is what I was handed. I was also charged €4.70 for it. The “barista” couldn’t even look at me when he handed to me. A cup of mud would have been better. It’s embarrassing that they’re even opened and serving food and drinks.

01/07/2026: Do not order from them. It is a scam. Our food never arrived

22/03/2026: Avoid this Chinese at all costs!!! Wish I could give this lower than 1 star. Used to order from here about a year ago and loved the shredded chicken, ordered again for the first time since and the chicken is completely different to before. It was disgusting, stringy, purple????and completely raw - it went straight in the bin it was inedible, I genuinely don’t know how they can serve food like that. Afterwards I came and looked at the other reviews because I actually thought I had made a mistake and ordered from the wrong restaurant by accident but unfortunately not, it just seems to be a common thing that they don’t cook their chicken for any of their customers now 🤷‍♀️

05/08/2026: I was charged €50.50 rather than €1.50 for a tea and the staff did not explicitly apologise. I was very disappointed for this to occur, especially in a student coffee shop. Waiting for the refund to be processed.

24/07/2026: Awful coffee & dried out pastry. Next time I'll wait until 8.30 am and go to Bluebird.

11/04/2026: The Barista clearly doesn't like her job. I paid €5.50 for a latte that was litterally just thrown into a cup with no care to properly froth or make the beverage.

23/03/2026: Nice calm athmospher plenty of space good food and service.

25/05/2026: I can't even believe I'm typing this but Ige just ordered a chicken shawarma meal and there was a literal rock inside of it. I'm just thankful I didn't eat it before noticing. I will never order from this pisspoor restaurant again. Smoking goat is much more reliable

28/04/2026: Propably the worst food that i ever ate. Seriously...Shame on you selling this to people. Give you a bad stomach.

06/09/2026: Worst chicken tikka ever. Color looks unnatural and taste is the worst.

13/08/2026: The worst butter chicken I have ever had. What was especially disappointing is that, without clearly informing customers, they include coconut cream in the butter chicken unless you specifically choose the gluten-free option. The dish tasted nothing like authentic butter chicken. It was essentially chicken cooked in a coconut chutney, with an overwhelming amount of butter. The combination was strange, overly heavy, and completely missed the flavour and character of a proper butter chicken. If you’re actually looking to enjoy a good butter chicken, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. It was extremely disappointing and definitely not what I expected when ordering butter chicken.

04/10/2026: Served me a mouldy sausage roll. 🤮

06/08/2026: Rude and doesn’t deserve people’s business. Not a great representation of Cork or the authentic friendliness of Irish people.

01/10/2026: Terrible kebab I thought I was in a butchers meat just thrown in to the tray were that keep the meat then the staff woman starts cutting ✂️ it with a scissors clumbs of meat freezing cold didn't have enough kebab. Go to clonee or ongar much nicer fresh food this place needs a new owner start again. I won't be back a lot more negative than positive reviews say's it all good luck to you.🤢🤢🤢🤢

24/09/2026: Food quality very poor .greesy thick batter and undercooked fish, undercooked soft chips of bitty sizes. Extortion for bad quality. Only answer machine to try to phone you to give you feedback. Would not use ever again.sorry

08/10/2026: STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE" WILL NOT STAND BY HIS WORD so do not believe anything he says. Reading these other reviews I feel very glad that I only lost a few hundred euro of a deposit when I decided not to proceed with the sale of the vehicle. I did try everything I could to get my fully refundable deposit back from Niall as agreed but he refused to return my money.

08/10/2026: I couldn't recommend to any one. Never response.

13/09/2026: Ordered Munthy and kebab box in Munthy supposed to be 6 pieces of chicken but half was missing, too much sauce. Definitely won't ordered again

18/08/2026: Staff are absolutely vile, tried to overcharge and refused to hand back money when I said I'd take my business elsewhere, place is absolutely filthy too, avoid at all costs.

11/10/2026: Steer clear of this subway it is abysmal

11/10/2026: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY ON UBER OR DELIVEROO ETC !!!! They literally do not put the food in the oven. It is disgusting!!!

27/09/2026: Absolutely outstanding service, food, and wine quality, everything exceeded our expectations. The ambience was warm and inviting. It was our first visit, and definitely not our last! I initially thought the restaurant was only open to hotel guests, but it’s actually open to the public, which is fantastic. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and of exceptional quality. Highly recommended

18/08/2026: It was nearly one year ago I went to book a table to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The workers from the first minute were really friendly and they made sure I could get the table I said I really wanted. Thanks for them the birthday was amazing and all of us spent a fantastic day. They put a lot of dedication and love. Thank you so much for giving us a special day that night. I ordered with them a cake and it was really beautiful and delicious as well. They write all the words and numbers, it was the best cake I have ever seen for a birthday party. I am so grateful as well for all the patience the waiters had to us. They helped is taking many pictures and they allowed us to take pictures as well and decorate the table. Thanks a million for making this celebration so magical and my apologies for writing this review so late. Kind regards, Álvaro

16/10/2026: Great coffee … terrible service

15/10/2026: Awful coffee and stale cake. Avoid

10/09/2026: Prawn crackers had cleaning spray all over them, can smell and taste it very strongly 🤢🤢 shredded chicken rock hard too

04/06/2026: the food is sooo goood. Pizza is amazing, spicebags and chips are as good as it gets and super fast delivery.
