27/01/2026: If I could give this place a zero I would. I don't know why I returned , I never have a good experience in this branch. Went Sunday at lunch , only one person serving, 2 other ladies messing in the kitchen. No onions and other stock getting low, no Intention of refilling the counter. The server was so rude to 2 gentlemen and a lady in front of me , both of whom were looking for onions for their subs. One even asked if he waited could they cut one up, to which she replied no , we finished , then she proceeded to "apparently " not understand English. I got a 6inch sub , which definitely was not , more like a kids 4 inch, she barely put a spoon of chicken in and the salad was sparse, I asked for more salad , to which I was ignore and then shouted at , " what sauce".I'm sorry now I didn't walk out, but you just think of these things when you leave. I'm done with Subway Killarney. I always think it's gonna be better but never is . How disappointing ,as I really like subway. Staff also need an attitude change.

26/01/2026: What a disgrace .....,went in today at 1:40pm ....lunchtime, which should be the busiest time of the day and I was only told by Agne that they had no onions after she heated up the rolls 🙄🤦...I offered to wait while she re-stocked or even cut up another onion and she refused🙄🤬😡. Even with two other employees in the kitchen. The chicken tikka tasted like rubber and Agne could barely speak English and laughed off my suggestion to re-stock the onion basket🤬😡🙄😔. Absolutely Rubbish.😡🤬🙄👎👎👎👎.

06/02/2026: Food is great if it ever comes! The last few months has really gone downhill- it now takes minimum an hour to arrive. The two times I’ve tried to phone up, once because my order took 2 and a half hours to arrive, and the second because I received the wrong order I was basically just told pfft not my problem you need to sort it out yourself. Would not recommend unless they sort out their delivery situation

26/01/2026: If I had known prior that crab legs weren't, you know, actual crab legs, but rather a lovecraftian abomination. Baby crab craws stuffed into a battered imitation fish ball, it was horrifying see video attached. I immediately had to throw those, and looked forward to tuck into the rest. To save a lengthy review. Sweet sour sauce- like syrup. Chicken chow mean anemic. Rice, alright but pork been cooked cooked at different time to rice. But the worst thing was; I ate a chicken ball to recover from the crab legs, and the batter.. it was fried in same oil as the crab legs. So all I could imagine while eating was little emaciated crabclaws sticking out of a ball of flesh. The taste after four forkfuls of the remaining ballast, left a lasting foul taste in my mouth, and I actually had to chuck away all of it, and rinse my mouth out twice with listerine. Im considering court action due to the PTSD I suffer since I ordered an hour ago

21/11/2025: Terrible branch. They spare on ingredients but charge extra. €12.5 for few slices of Pepperoni and a sprinkle of bacon with plane chase.

21/10/2025: Arrived at 7.55pm and I was told the place is closing at 7.45pm. I checked on the outside and the opening hours state 8.00pm... if I wasn't hungry I wouldn't have posted it. Anyway, I appreciate ppl want to leave the work early but if it is opened till 8.00 they should serve till 8.00pm!

02/03/2026: My son ordered with cash delivery around 4pm today, and the driver didn't have enough change. He was short 5 euros after the tip, and he said he'd come back. My son just forgot about that. At 9:50pm the driver returned with money. Please say thank you to him. What an honest person. Amazing 👏

30/07/2025: I have been in that Starbucks coffee shop inside of the Dublin Zoo and they didn’t accept the Starbuck’s card which is been accepted everywhere I mean in ALL STARBUCKS around the WORLD. So, be advised about this.

02/03/2026: Woman in there with blonde hair and glasses is so rude for no reason. I asked her was the wrap made with breaded chicken or regular chicken, she said breaded……does it look breaded. Second time I’ve gone in there and she’s made a mistake. The chicken was also slightly pink.

08/02/2026: I went to O’Brien’s for breakfast in the morning and ordered a tuna sandwich and a cappuccino. I received my cappuccino, but after waiting 15 minutes, I never got my tuna sandwich. I only had 20 minutes before work, so I had to leave. When I asked the staff member about my food, she seemed very relaxed and didn’t care about the customer. She said, “Oh, I’m sorry, I forgot your food.” Very poor service.The

28/07/2025: €17 for burger meal in Dundrum.Looked good.No real taste off meat ,bun,kettuce or tomato.No nice sauce included? Burger was black on both sides and mot cooked in the middle.Im sure how they can justify the price?Certainly wasnt Gourmet quality.

30/05/2025: The fun began with their self-serve machine, which decided twice that it simply could not be bothered. I stood there like a chimp with an iPad, repeatedly stabbing the frozen screen while a queue formed behind me, full of people wondering whether they too would live long enough to place an order. Eventually, after what felt like a lifetime, the order limped through the system. Fifteen minutes later my number was finally called, but not before they managed to turn what should have been a simple handover into a full-blown drinks disaster. My Coke was launched across the counter like a low-budget stunt scene, showering three innocent customers. Unsurprisingly, this did not go down well. And then the burger arrived. Technically, it was a double patty burger. In reality, it was a cheap, greasy, structural catastrophe. The patties themselves looked exhausted — thin, grey, oily, and completely devoid of any real flavour. The cheese had melted into limp flaps, drooping sadly over the sides like melted plastic. And as if to ensure the whole thing was completely impossible to eat, they had crammed in a ridiculous slab of lettuce the size of a small parasol. It stuck out like the sails of a boat, making any attempt to pick it up result in an immediate collapse of the entire construction. This was not one of those indulgent, guilty pleasure burgers you rave about to your friends. It was a cheap, greasy mess you finish only because you feel too ashamed to throw it away. Gourmet Burger Kitchen needs to sort its technology, train its staff not to spill drinks on customers, and — most importantly — go back to sourcing proper burger meat. Because at the moment, it is a very long way from gourmet.

31/10/2025: Stay away it's just not worth paying for I was here on a Sunday had to wait for curry sauce mostly all the food was cold or reheat and probably the 3rd time around I could go on -deserts were no better just don't go if u like ur grub

25/08/2025: I ordered in Ubereats. Got it delivered. I ordered munchiebox and they forgot the chicken ball, which is the best part of the munchie box. Food is good but won’t get it delivered again. Might click & collect to check my order is correct.

06/03/2026: Under new ownership of Italians that own Manor takeaway fish and chips really good garlic sauce is brilliant (DO NOT CHANGE GARLIC SAUCE RECIPE PLEASE ITS GOOD) Friendly staff and hygienic place definitely recommend

26/10/2025: I recently had food from Four Star pizza in Ennis. It uses to be alright but I've never been so sick in my life!! I would not recommend going here!!

09/11/2025: Absolutely disgusting, ordered pizza and chip, they said 15 minutes, a hour later I got it, pizza stone cold, chips were like mash, squeeze one and oil drips out. Ask to either re heat pizza or new one. They said can't do that we busy.. Stay away from here if you want a decent meal..

22/12/2025: I ordered a €36 meal deal after not having take away in a while and everything arrived freezing cold, the dips were actually warmer than the food. Rang then up and asked to replace the food and says he cannot do anything as the manager is off for the night. I said so what am i supposed to do with the cold food ye sent me for myself my partner and our child and he replies, heat it up in the microwave for now but i will get my manager to call you tomorrow. I said so you are going to leave me here with freezing cold food and his reply was... Ah yeah just heat it in the microwave🤣👌 Top notch service there...I will be waiting my phone call and my refund and it will be the last time i order from ye!!

20/12/2025: We rang them and ordered 3 pizzas and 2 sides 45 minutes before we came. When we arrived they only had two workers there and we were waiting there for an additional half hour and they forgot a side The pizza was average and we are never going Back
