24/10/2025: Didn't even deliver my food . Ordered at 22.39 pm food tracker said 29 mins . Its now 23.38 pm restaurant closes in 2 mins . Delivery driver still at restaurant and 43 mins away what a joke

11/10/2025: Ordered on Just eat paid by card, status said delivered. Called Supermacs, Manager said yes its delivered. I didnt get the food. It was left at someone elses door. This is robbery. Very bad customer service

30/10/2025: What an awful place ,I feel sorry for the kitchen staff. A pair of pushy grabbing owners gesturing to get you to go in. Should have taken the hint then, vegetable soup had undefined flavour, ham and cheese toastie special had 🧅? Don't bother

08/10/2025: An old-fashioned restaurant couple in an establishment with old-world charm. Offering very generous lamb shanks and delicious traditional Irish coffees.

04/11/2025: Portion sizes very small for sides, paid 10.99 for the food in the picture below. Service not the best as I was left standing for 15 minutes before someone attended me. Chips are very dry.

04/10/2025: Ordered 2 pizzas for collection. App said would be 25-30 mins, after 30 mins app said my order was still in prep, after 40 mins I go to store and the little girl working there just looks at me and says it will be 10-15 mins. I get if you are busy that things get delayed but have the common courtesy to acknowledge the inconvenience and apologise for the delay. Then when the pizzas were finally ready the little girl continues to take new orders and continue to delay me as I had now been waiting around an hour

12/09/2025: Can only comment on there chips which are dry as they never put on enough salt and vinegar

26/08/2025: Food is really bad, you ask for a burger with No onions and they put onions on it, with a tiny scrape of mayo, the lettuce looks gone off, the chips can be very dry, some of the staff need to be taught how to smile & bloody listen, I'm always surprised to see so many people in there when I pass but obviously they don't mind eating junk

05/11/2025: Pre ordered food at 2pm to be delivered at 5.20pm-spent €42 on the food-it arrived 50 mins late and freezing cold- not even as much as sorry for being almost an hour late-they should have gave the food for free! Will never order again.

23/10/2025: Came here for the first time and loved the food!! The customer service was great also well looked after and great value for money. See you again.

06/11/2025: Will never order from here again they got the whole order wrong after it was put in there notes rang them up and they said thats what I ordered I looked on the notes and they some how changed it why would I order 3 of the same chicken wraps and write that in my notes spent nearly 50e all the food was wasted I wouldn't waste my money on this place again

06/11/2025: Ordered here tonight paid over 50 euro on food and the two chicken wraps came wrong but thats not even the bad part its the fact that they went and CHANGED THE NOTES on the app because they both said chicken tenders with everything on it but the thing is neither of them were meant to have something on it and when we rang they said that its not their fault and theres nothing they can do so our food was just wasted. Do not order here

29/11/2025: Had an absolutely lovely gluten free chicken nugget meal! Food was all presented in seperate safe packaging and the bag it was in had a gluten free sticker which is great for preventing confusion! Good gluten free option, very impressed and satisfied with it. Chips were also very fresh and nice.

23/10/2025: Third time I've been to the drive thru and ended up with the wrong order..... Called the waiter to confirm what what is the bag and he just walked away....staffing should be looked at along with training....disappointed won't be returning

19/10/2025: Well, I ordered it last night, the wait was a bit long but I would say it was worth it. The food was very big portions, so big I couldn't eat it all myself! Very nice stuff.

10/10/2025: Absolutely Disgusting,Dirty Food and Rude Service I’ve ordered from this restaurant several times, and every single experience was terrible. The kitchen is small, greasy, and unhygienic. Staff handle cash and food without washing their hands. Recently, I even found hair in my food ,when I asked for a refund, they refused and accused me of putting it there myself. That is absolutely disgusting. The chicken dishes are overly sweet and taste awful. Prices are much higher than nearby restaurants, but the food quality is far worse. They insist on cash payments and never provide receipts, which makes me seriously question how this business is being operated. After talking with other customers, I found many had similar complaints ,poor hygiene, rude service, and total disrespect for both customers and staff. The worst part: when dealing with complaints, the owner insulted customers in Chinese, not realizing some people actually understand it. That arrogance is shocking. This restaurant should be ashamed. Overpriced, unhygienic, and rude,do not waste your money or health here!

20/08/2025: This franchise does not exist any more and reviews are for old franchise called chickings but this franchise is permanently close round 7 months ago now its new business opened here called LK FRIED CHICKEN.

11/04/2025: I regrettably spent 30 minutes (waiting)on an unproductive endeavor. The chicken was excessively cooked and excessively greasy; the oil appeared to be rancid, possibly even outdated. Regarding the family meal—the specific selection escapes me—the team reported a missing side of fries. I would not recommend dining at this establishment, particularly given the presence of uncleared tables. The online comments indicate that the establishment is Halal-certified, a fact that was previously unknown to me; consequently, I will not be returning.

16/11/2025: The restaurant owners in Guangdong are very friendly and trustworthy. You can stop by here for Chinese food if you're passing through.

20/11/2025: Absolutely disgusting!!! Vile food. The dry chips tasted like cheap oven chips,reheated food. Food was stale and old. The “breast” of the chicken tasted like rubber,similar to the underneath of an old flip flop. Had to send the food back. Distinguishing,stale and reheated

30/11/2025: Taco chips were watery and the cheese on top tasted cheap, burger had a slice of plastic cheese thrown on it and the person who got the burger said it was so dry. Another person got the steak sub and said it was watery, flavourless and soggy

10/11/2025: Ordered food,including a snack box and the chicken was excessively dry. Chips as usual were great. It was a late delivery, most of the lovely skin and batter that was usually on the chicken from previous orders was non existent only dry chicken and small patches of the bayter.

04/07/2025: I recently booked a work party at The Black Rabbit Limerick, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Sean, the manager, was super helpful from the moment we got in contact. He was incredibly easy to deal with, always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had leading up to the event. On the night of the party, he was on hand and super helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that our group had everything we needed. The staff were equally wonderful – friendly, attentive, and made sure we were all well taken care of throughout the night. The entire event was put together extremely well and everything was well-coordinated and exactly what we wanted. It was a relaxed, fun atmosphere that really let everyone unwind and enjoy the evening. The Black Rabbit team went one step further to make sure we felt welcome, TV screens were branded with our company logo - a nice touch! Overall, I highly recommend The Black Rabbit for any group event. The combination of excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and seamless organization made our work party a huge success. A big thanks to Sean and the team for making it all come together!

12/03/2025: Shocking that this establishment decided to cancel a sold-out gig 24 hours beforehand in favour of putting in a student night instead. 7 Japanese members of a band playing Irish Trad music travelled over 10,000km with a double bass and all their instruments to play a sold out show to fans who were travelling from all over Ireland to see them just to be told that they’re concert was scrapped in favour of a student night. Really unprofessional and a disgraceful way to treat 7 Japanese people who’ve been obsessed with Irish music for over 20 years on their first tour to Ireland. How embarrassing!! 😡

02/12/2025: I just flew over from London for 1 night staying for work at the Clayton hotel about 15 min walk I was like gotta try a spice bag this place did not disappoint massive massive portion 15.05 eur with can of coke food was very good walked back as well still hot. Defo check it out wish I could upload pictures on my phone. Thanks for giving me good experience with my first spice bag
