04/08/2025: Expensive and horrible food. Paid 20 euro for a greasy pizza with burnt pepperoni. Better to pay more to get a quality pizza from dominos or papa johns

14/07/2025: What a great Restaurant, never disappoints. Perfect restaurant location if attending the Opera House. Libby greeted us, seated us and gave us the Menu. Food was delicious, served promptly and generous glasses of wine. The restaurant is spotless and staff professional and friendly. Happy to return to, Happy to recommend.

16/08/2025: Part of a Caledonia coach trip, 5 day stay arrived Monday evening, room clean, comfortable, shower rail could be cleaned with some wire wool to remove rust. Tuesday opened room door and handle came off in my husbands hand, he reported at reception and was told it would be sorted by lady (could be duty manager)we were out all day on our return, door not repaired, I picked up phone to call reception and it was not working, I went to reception once again to report door and phone not working, nice young man at reception came to the room and repaired handle to best of his ability ( still no sign of maintenance person) Wednesday back to reception again same issue ( same lady..could be duty manager ) it will be repaired and phone replaced by end of day) left on Friday morning and door and phone still broken. STILL NOT SEEN MAINTENANCE PERSON My brother was in next room so I gave him a keycard incase of getting locked in room he could unlock from outside incase of emergency. Staff very polite and as helpful as they could be..disappointed with breakfast, i like continental (cereal, dried fruit, pastries) not looking for anything fancy ..breakfast served from 7am but don't put out pastries until 8.30am, surely they are part of breakfast and should be out at 7am when breakfast is served.🤔🤔. Could be better, area at water feature could be lovely just need some cleaning with a jet wash and general tidy up..pool area..changing rooms need freshened up, maybe checked regularly throughout the day by a member of staff very untidy, spa was great but again need bleached around the drain.

20/07/2025: **BEWARE!!! I booked 2 rooms many months in advance when there were many rooms available. 4 weeks before the stay, the hotel realised they had good demand and could charge more for the rooms. They therefore cancelled my booking, stating that they were overbooked. Re-sellingmy rooms for a higher price. Disgusting behavior. DON'T BOOK HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO FIND YOURSELF SEARCHING FOR ACCOMMODATION LAST MINUTE!!

13/07/2025: Ordered online around 10:30 got a message pop up saying my order was cancelled and I will receive my refund in 3-5 business days it has now been 8 days no refund in my account:) we also had to pay an additional 30€ up front for the food they cooked which wasn’t even up to standard. Very disappointing, and the owner lied straight to my face when confronted. Do not eat there!!

22/06/2025: Did not eat here because they do not serve fish and chips. Lots of other food to order but NO fish.

26/08/2025: Got a chicken kebab a batter burger and a batter sausage and it was horrible chicken smells and tastes old the sausage was hard and battered burger was just awful used to have very nice food don't know what happened 😔

18/07/2025: Went in tonight for a Smoked Cod and Chips..loud musicians loud woman behind the counter who is not customer friendly. Fish was rotten... Stay away .

07/09/2025: Vegi “spice bag” was some potato squares, a few bits of tofu, 1/10 of a green pepper and what must have been a whole onion. Objectively they could call the meal a spice onion.

29/08/2025: Too Expensive. Watery curry sauce. I’m sorry but I’m not paying €20 per person for an “ok” takeaway curry with noodles. Plus starters it’s crazy money. OK food but rip off pricing

04/04/2025: I don't have any problem with the food but I don't like that girl in the front and also the stuff that is working inside,it was a nice guy for long time from grecce i think.

20/08/2025: Meat is slightly underseasoned and slightly too dry. Portions are decent. The overall meal is very dry because there is a lack of sauce, even though I had sour cream and salsa in it. There is not many flavours really as the balance between components is lacking. Ingredients however seem to be off decent quality.

26/07/2025: Got the quesadilla in here was lovely and good value. Plenty cheese and chicken would recommend it!! 😁

30/05/2025: Chicken wings cold Food take 45 minutes at 1.45am Pizza not great rubbery, always order then ring to tell them and they tell me I'm lying, I'll get domino's next time 👍
