The best restaurants

07/03/2025: Horrible service and extremely rude staff. Walked in to place an order, and the attitude from the employees was awful, just rudeness for no reason. Every interaction felt like I was being a burden rather than a paying customer, as if they couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs properly. The staff clearly had no interest in being helpful or even providing basic customer service. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the way they spoke to me was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the food was just as bad—bland, poorly made, and barely edible. It was obvious no effort was put into it, just like their attitude toward customers. Won’t be coming back here again. Avoid if you want to be treated with even a little bit of respect!

14/02/2025: BE WARY of this place. I had the worst experience ever in my entire life, DONOT BUY FROM HERE. The guy called Anthony was the rudest person I ever spoken to. He said *order will take around an hour or even less* then when I called after one hour and 15 mins he said I *told you already it will take OVER AN HOUR*. Why would I agree to place an order that will take over an hour and I only live 10 mins away from it? I agreed it will take max an hour or even less. However he started getting rude at me, and when I told him to REFUND me the money back as I already paid for the order and the delivery over the phone, he said *I DID REFUND YOU*. I called 3 mins later, another guy started to take my card details to refund me the money, which indicates Anthony didn't refund it first place as he promised. This place its a RIP OFF. If you can't do delivery for any reason, just say to the customer, NO DELIVERY ONLY COLLECTION TODAY. we will understand. It doesn't even deserve one star but have to submit one in order to put up my review.

25/01/2025: Spent nearly 40 euro in here and never received the drink i payed for and the portions are ridiculous majority is rice and only a couple pieces of chicken. When rang to complain person was no help at all on the phone was just plain ignorant

18/04/2025: Smoked cod chips don't know what your selling got 2 weird things of fish 1 was like a rock chips ok but would I come back order again absolutely not and for the price !

05/01/2025: The service is absolutely terrible here. They were so unbelievably rude me, they were trying to convince me that I was someone else and just completely ignored the fact that they gave my order to someone else. They tried to gaslight me despite me showing my order confirmation and them calling the other person. They then admitted their mistake but tried to get me to pay... again after I had already payed! They tried to justify it by saying that I had payed for the other persons food? They obviously had to redo my food and I ended up having to wait for 30 minutes after I had originally scheduled the collection for. Didn't even get a single apology. The pizza was fine.

03/01/2025: El servicio es absolutamente terrible aquí. Fueron tan increíblemente groseros conmigo, que estaban tratando de convencerme de que era otra persona e ignoraron completamente el hecho de que le dieron mi orden a otra persona. Intentaron sacarme gas a pesar de que mostré mi confirmación de pedido y llamaron a la otra persona. Entonces admitieron su error pero trataron de hacerme pagar... ¡de nuevo después de que ya hubiera pagado! ¿Intentaron justificarlo diciendo que yo había pagado por la comida de las otras personas? Obviamente tuvieron que rehacer mi comida y terminé teniendo que esperar 30 minutos después de que había programado originalmente la recolección. Ni siquiera recibí una sola disculpa. La pizza estaba bien.

22/04/2025: Not the best experience of my life . Two very unfriendly staff. The girl asked did we want it chopped and seemed pissed off when we said yes. Smaller portions than before and more expensive . Nobody in the q to a place that used to be so busy and now I know why . Terrible service

05/04/2025: Went in this evening about 5, when I asked the guy was it chopped he's like it's already chopped .it wasn't chopped such a liar and cheeky .

Impactante para una cadena tan grande de restaurantes que solían enorgullecerse de cómo operaban ganando premios de forma regular...
