12/03/2025: I was really looking forward to a good kebab, but this was a huge letdown. The meat was dry and flavorless, as if it had been sitting out for too long. There were barely any vegetables, just a sad sprinkle that did nothing to balance the meal. The worst part? The pita bread was raw and had a strange smell, making it almost inedible.
To top it off, I didn’t feel well after eating, which makes me question the freshness of the ingredients. Definitely not worth the money

15/01/2025: Honestly, really used to enjoy ordering from this place. It's very unfortunate that I have to avoid it now. Last time we ordered from here we found multiple hairs in the beef dish. Very unhygienic. Seems to have deteriorated quickly in recent months as we used to order frequently.

11/03/2025: We went in to get coffee and a scone. There was a cashier/waitress behind the counter with a short, shaved hair style. She was incredibly rude, made us wait, and when we asked what the pastries were, she told us and walked away, completing ignoring us again and starting cleaning. It was not busy, no one else was waiting, and there were several staff.
09/03/2025: Long, long, long, long waiting. Have been queuing for 40 mins, ordered and paid for the food, and another 20-minute-waiting. The food was ok but the portions was different.

02/03/2025: The worst kebab I've ever eaten in my life.
It was cold, full of mayonnaise and a disgusting salad, served very unappetizingly.
No garlic sauce, no chilli sauce, no fresh lettuce or cabbage, only a few pieces of meat, mayo and a horrible salad.
We stopped there only because we were starving coming back from Dublin to Limerick but the food was absolutely disgusting. We all didn't eat it and left.
08/02/2025: This place is on its last legs unfortunately..Time to close up shop for good.. Chicken America has to go..The new owners and chefs haven't a clue what they're doing..Too much competition in the town for take aways now and they won't last longer..I got a burger last week in this place and the beef was undercooked or reheated or something and the bun had a bit of mould on it when I was half way through it, so I had to bin it. Got sick 30 mins afterwards..I will never order from this place again..
Enough is enough
Will definitely not recommend this place..
New customers do not attempt to order from this place...You have been warned

10/04/2025: Just got home to find a missing chicken fillet burger which I had paid for and waited ages for. It wasn’t even busy. Won’t be back and will be in tomorrow for my refund.
15/12/2024: had to wait ages for fish.. customer service was an absolute disgrace and when I did finally get my food I found a hair🤬! if i could rate this place a 0 I would.

02/03/2025: they didn’t give me anything right in this order. first i ordered a coke zero and they gave me original coke. second i ordered ben and jerrys chocolate fudge and they gave me cookie dough. third i ordered chocolate chip cookies and they gave me burnt black cookies. never order from here.
03/01/2025: Absolutely terrible food. Found hair in the food not once but twice and also delivery driver left me shirt change. Last time I will be ordering from here. Rang the takeaway and said he would send driver to “inspect the hair” but that they were not responsible.

14/02/2025: The barista served boiling hot coffee with lots of bubbles in it. The worst coffee I've taken since I arrived in Ireland.

16/11/2024: All their dishes taste like tomato sauce with a tiny bit of spice mixed in. Not sure how this place gets any return customers. They also forgot our side sauce which we paid extra for.. Never again..
