02/09/2025: The smallest bag of chips in town for €4.20.
I was in the shop when another customer said it to the owner, he didn’t reply, just silence!
They have reduced the size of the brown bags to disguise the small portion size.
They know their customers are unhappy and I can see lots of comments on this forum.
I have taken my business elsewhere.
04/08/2025: 28e for a chik fillet burger and breast. 1 chip and curry sauce. Madness. Games gone

31/08/2025: Ordered from here last on just eat. They never delivered my food. they lied to just eat. Refuse to give me a refund. When I called them they didn't answer. Don't order from here.
14/08/2025: Could’ve been better.
Kebab roll is soggy and soupy. The liquid pours like it’s some sort of a soup. Also doesn’t sit well on the stomach.

08/09/2025: Second time ordering from here(wanted to make sure). I asked for less salt on the food. Again they did not listen to the request. Very low quality ingredients drowned in salt and other spices to mask awful taste.
Would not recommend unless you are literally starving.
07/09/2025: Food quality in the Mulan is going down hill fast, got a 4 in 1 , it was dry very little curry sauce for over 8 euro

23/03/2025: Very disappointing. I was told it would be 20 minutes so I sat and waited. I eventually went up and asked how much longer it would be. They took a look and found my pizzas sitting out going cold. When I got home they were cold. Pizza was pretty mediocre. Definitely not worth the price.

21/08/2025: The driver didn’t check our details, didn’t even say hello, he handed us our food and left. So rude… it was like a horror scene when we received our food. The bag was smothered in oil… and was soggy. We opened the bag and our food looked like it has been eaten. IT HAS BEEN EATEN BY the driver or soemthing… I will be complaining to the HSE. I am NOT coming back EVER AGAIN. if only I could show you the photos…the delivery was 10€… we only ordered a burger and taco chips.

23/07/2025: really enjoyed fish and chips and crab roll. Been here many times. Why oh why do they not provide disposable table cloths our " table " had bird poo on it. This is only complaint.
15/07/2025: I ordered the gluten free fish and chips. The chips were lovely but the fish had an unusual metallic taste, the portion size was excellent with plenty of fish but it wasn’t as good as it could be. As a coeliac I don’t get to eat fish and chip all that often so I was alittle disappointed.

21/07/2025: I’ve given Mandarin House multiple chances, but unfortunately, it’s been a consistently disappointing experience. I’ve had my order messed up on at least three separate occasions, and each time I’ve tried to raise the issue, I’ve been met with poor customer service. There’s never any accountability—just the same response that “there’s nothing they can do about it.” Not even a simple apology.
To be fair, the food itself is actually quite good. But for me, the quality just doesn’t make up for the hassle of dealing with repeated mistakes and unhelpful service. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Rude, rude, rude! Terrible service. Made up stories to lie about why half our family wasn’t allowed in the store (said it was closed when it wasn’t). Made up stories to explain why she did it. Hurried us to leave talking about when the shop was closing.
I read in other reviews she is racist after we had already gone, sadly. Wish I never went. 0 / 5 stars. Close it down.

17/08/2025: Was the first time there, the restaurant as a really good location, full city center, i recommend to eat during the day (the night its busy with the people going to drink everywhere) we ordered 3 plates, the rice was a little bit burnt, apart from that the dishes were really generous, and the taste of the meats superb.
14/08/2025: I’m visiting and came across this place that interested me. I asked “what’s your absolute favorite?” while pointing the menu, she ignored me and moved on to the person after me… what the actual F? I felt very humiliated…
I confronted her afterwards and she shrugged and had nothing to tell me as expected.
I’m Asian too and was being nothing but smiling and friendly, and did not expect to be treated like that.

22/07/2025: I very rarely if ever post such a negative review but this had to be said. Absolutely dull and abysmal — don’t even know how the place is still open. Staff were far from polite, felt very rushed as if I were inconveniencing them. Never felt so unwelcome in all my life. There was nobody in the place and I’m not surprised. Won’t be back.
18/07/2025: If I could give no stars I would the man who works there is unbelievably rude and obnoxious he looks at you like you’ve ten heads the girls tho are lovely and will do anything to help u while he stands there and watches them weird if u ask me won’t ever be back as he just gives me weird oul vibes

22/10/2025: The pizza was barely cooked the mozerella isn’t chewable it’s like chewing gum, the hot honey dip came fully crystallised impossible for it to be a dip. Only good thing I can say the food was hot the chips were nice and the hot honey garlic bread was nice but everything else was vile I feel so sick after that pizza.
