05/05/2025: Glorified burger van without the wheels, just like the Signature chicken burger without the chicken. Literally a "Birds Eyes" chicken burger in a tiny bun with days old lettuce and sliver of tomato. Burger was so thin and charging silly money. Curry chips were nice but your can't really get that wrong.... Stay well clear not worth the money, if it was a fiver for the meal id think long and hard 🤮

The Hideout

19/04/2025: Staff were lovely, very friendly and efficient. Alot of dishes on the menu, but we got the toasties and chips. Toasties were decent, chips were nice and hot.
I also got a latte, and the glass had visible coffee stains dried into it. That didn't come off when I rubbed it to check.
Also, the womens bathrooms have cameras in them over the mirrors pointing at the stalls, which was a bit disturbing. The toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, visible build-up of dirt on and around the toilet seat, the smells was also disgusting in the toilets. Only one hand dispenser had soap in it, there was toilet paper just left lying around.
08/04/2025: Every now and then you find a place that ticks all the boxes and the Hideout Kilcullen was just that. Made a reservation for two for an anniversary dinner and arrived early, no problem, showen to a nice table by Leigh who was so polite and helpful. We ordered two different dinners and didn't have long to wait, the food was beautifully presented and plenty of it, very tasty. Another member of staff Demi was so bubbley and chatted to us making us feel welcome which added to a wonderful evening. I will definitely return, big thanks to the staff.

03/08/2025: This is as far from a 'royal hotel" you can come. Its a shabby pub with a disco open until 02.40 in the night, where hotel guests impossible can sleep before 02.40.
06/07/2025: waiting the guts of 40 minutes for a drink, bartenders just serve whoever is shouting load enough darragh kennedy is class tunes tho only redeeming factor

I don’t put more because it’s difficult to find them in the reception and because there is no WiFi and Internet doesn’t work very well. But it’s true that in their website it is written that there is no WiFi.

04/08/2025: I found kebab roll to be quite enjoyable; it's slight spiciness contributed significantly to it's flavor. The food temperature was spot on .Additionally the staff provided excellent assistance.
16/07/2025: Worst ever.. The chicken shawarma i order was not at all good and it had foul smell and also I ordered 1 mango lassi €6.50 and insted of that i received 2 fanta cans .there is absolutely a loss for me about 2 euros.food is absolutely horrible as well.
This shop doesn't know how to satisfy the customer needs.

14/08/2025: I was very impressed with the South American/Spanish manager here in the Limerick City branch last week. After I notified him about an issue with a doner kebab being too scabby that was prepared by parsimonious Indian. He provided me with two fresh replacements.

05/07/2025: I stumbled upon Curry House last week, and I’m so glad I did! The food is absolutely amazing. The onion rings were crispy and golden, and the curry sauce on the chicken skewers was rich, nutty, and full of flavor. You can tell everything is freshly cooked. Definitely my new go-to for a treat!
26/05/2025: Placed an order on Deliveroo, order was accepted by the restaurant - 5 minutes later I received a call from Deliveroo that the order was cancelled by the restaurant as it is outside their delivery zone. It is a 12 minute drive away and they are currently still accepting orders to the same location on their website and Deliveroo? Now I have to wait 5 days for a refund, instead of them not accepting orders to places they “don’t deliver” and then changing their minds.
