Not okay behaviour & very poor customer service. Your job is to help customers, lighten up. You're literally being paid to serve customers. If you can't have a basic level of respect for customers then you shouldn't be on tills

01/01/2025: Just a heads up -they will make you wait 3 hours for a small order if somebody else is paying more money than you. The rudeness out of the two guys in there is incredible, and the inappropriate comments they make at young girls is VILE too.
03/11/2024: Beautiful fish and chips here. Very fresh and tasty. Nice and friendly staff. Reasonably priced.

24/12/2024: I said that I came to Starbucks yesterday and drank coffee and while drinking it I smelled a bitter and burnt smell in the coffee and now I taste the same burnt coffee. And DAMLA made me a new coffee, it was a coffee without a burnt taste, it was really great, thank you very much. What I mean is, preparing coffee varies from person to person. She know this job. I hope everything goes well.

28/02/2024: Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the manager/owner of this restaurant. We had a booking confirmation email that confirmed our reservation and were refused entry and basically told to leave because he claims they don’t do online bookings. Why on earth have a system set up where you can book online then? He was extremely rude waving his arms in the air and telling us we were wrong, even though his restaurant was empty and could have simply given us a table regardless of the mix up on his behalf.

30/12/2024: This used to be a good place to have a coffee. Now the bins are overflowing, all the tables are dirty and the toilets are a disgrace. There doesn't seem to be any cleaning staff here. The staff behind the counter are very good. It's a shame the seating area is so off putting.
05/12/2024: I placed an order for takeout, 2 pieces of big dough... They gave me an order with one big dough, unfortunately I only saw it at home. We live far away, I can’t return quickly. The order was placed, paid and issued on 12/5/2024 at 15:31. Question: if you haven’t completely collected the order, why are you handing it over??? People trust you, how can you do this? No bon appétit to the girl who didn't give me the whole order!!!

21/11/2024: My infant daughter and I went here for her wedding, we ordered a curry and were served what appeared to be a severed birds carcas with a cactus poking through the top. This wouldn’t have bothered me but afterward it rained. I blame the curry.

28/12/2024: My friend wanted fish & chips, I brought him to this one, I was shocked by the price +19€, incredible.. tourist scam!! Above all, it's not worth it..!! It’s not luxury fish. Plus the day before, I had been to the one in Christchurch 9 minutes from this one, the price was different at €14.85. So we headed straight there!
Avoid... go to the other one, it's not far away at 9 minutes, and it's cheaper.

17/09/2024: One of the places on the Wild Atlantic Way with the most potential. Located on the waterfront and with an excellent location. This place could be a hot-spot for tourists or locals alike.
It's can be a great place, unfortunately it's not used to full potential.
With all the required amenities and an abundance of beauty, this place should be at tracking many more people.

16/11/2024: I was here today. I have never received such terrible service. The older lady taking our order was so rude to us. Our food order was wrong and the food was cold. When we asked to split the bill , she processed to throw her hands in the air and give out. It was so disrespectful we just paid and left. Always used to come here and loved the food. Place has gone down hill . Very disappointed to be treated like this. I will not be returning.

Female behind the counter got the order wrong.
Didn’t realise this until home and about to eat the food.
Chips overcooked and crispy and bag full of bits and not even large bags even though large bags were paid for.
Battered Sausage overcooked.
Burger had grease dripping out of it and this made the burger bun soggy.
Very Bland Food.
If you can’t get a simple order correct or even cook chips correctly you really shouldn’t be in business.
Worst Food I have had in years from a takeaway.
AVOID !!!.
