08/10/2025: is this even a genuine apache ? i really don't accept that i ordered Vegetarian Fish pizza today i wouldn't discuss the 1 hour delay in the delivery thats possible to happen but the shape of pizza was literally when a 5 year old try to make a base with the edges bigger then the breakers on road . was half burnt was literally tasted like curry rather then a pizza the the condition of Bread ,we were literally struggling to chew i was unable to cut it through teeth. disgusting service extremely disappointed

29/07/2025: Rang to place order was told they could not sell me a kebab on its own as its not on his system even tho I had bought one the week previous. Refused to take my order with a horrible attitude on the phone

30/11/2025: I walked down to wongs garden in the rain with my little sister in the cold I ordered a slice box with a can of coke bear mind I ordered this spice box before leaving my house when I got down the the Chinese it still wasn't don't I came home and opened my spice box and the chips and chicken was burnt I took a bite out of the chicken and it broke half of my back tooth this is a disgrace 🤢this has never happened before

23/08/2025: I had stopped ordering food from her over a year ago because of how downhill the food had gone. I gave it a try again tonight and never again. I got a notification my food was ready via just eat. I went to collect and I still had to wait 10 mins for my food once I got in there. Spice bag was way to salty and wet.

05/10/2025: You might survive this place but not even worth the risk. Save yourself, avoid it. I have no idea if this restaurant is called Vela or Sheila's Palace, but I guess its safer for them to go with 2 names so that when people realise how bad it really is, they can just change names. first time i really enjoyed this buffet restaurant, it used to be great. Unfortunately, my recent visit was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. First off, the food quality has dropped drastically. Now after reading the review section, I relaised how many people are falling sick after eating here. Many dishes were either empty or left unrefilled for long periods. To make things worse, the setup is unnecessarily complicated, you have to pick half your food from one area, another half from a different section, and some items from the kitchen. It’s very inconvenient and confusing, especially when you’re trying to eat with guests. A lot of the food that was available was cold, not hot at all. The plates are tiny, almost as if it’s designed to make things more inconvenient. And some seating areas are so far from the buffet that it’s just impractical. But the worst part of my experience was when I found a piece of metal in my food. Yes, a sharp metal piece. I didn’t create a big scene because I was with some non-Indian guests and didn’t want to leave a bad impression about our hospitality or food. Instead, I quietly informed the chef, who seemed genuinely apologetic at first. He assured me he’d refund my meal and promised to fix these issues. However, after waiting quite a while (understandable since chefs are busy), he returned only to say he would refund just 50% of the bill. I refused, not because of the money, but because of the principle. I even paid for my drinks separately, just so there was no confusion that I was asking for a refund for money’s sake. What really shocked me was his final comment: “I’m sorry, but this happens.” I’m sorry, but no, it shouldn’t happen, ever. Finding metal in food is a serious safety issue. This experience was beyond disappointing, it was unsafe, inconvenient, and handled poorly. Sadly, I’ll never be going back to this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values food safety, quality, or basic professionalism. I am almost on the fence to report them.

30/09/2025: Food is garbage,no lights on in carpark,hard to get a spot,my car got crashed into while i was in here! Avoid!

07/12/2025: First time we went food was pretty good but nothing special, service was very good... However, we went again and my food was so sweet it was inedible and did not taste fresh.. Very overpriced for what you get... I've eaten in dozens of Chinese restaurants all over the world and this is just not very good.. 2 egg rolls are €8 and Tiny.. I had a sweet chicken and it was €22..a real shame as the place has a lot of potential but they don't really seem to make any effort.. Sorry guys..

28/10/2025: This is a lovely restaurant and the food is amazing. Toilet area spotless and restaurant. Staff extremely friendly and helpful with choices of food. Takeaway extremely busy. If you are looking for a Table for Party or get together I would advise to call restaurant as they do have specific closing time.

28/11/2025: Absolutely terrible 3rd time going here decided to give it another time and every time I’ve been I’ve found hair in my food my sister was ording food and I noticed a hair in the shredded chicken and on the side of one of the containers the food is kept warm in, whwn he left we looked back in the window only to see the woman mixing the chicken up so she didn’t even throw it out never ever again will I be eating from here…..DIRT

08/11/2025: Very disappointing experience. The Szechuan duck was sour, the vegetables were raw, and the rice tasted stale. Overall, the meal was completely uneatable. I won’t be ordering from here again.

19/09/2025: Food is nice but way over priced. €7 for a small tray of curry chips that had a drizzle of sauce ? €7.50 for 5 chicken balls. I won't be ordering again.

20/10/2025: Disappointed, wouldn't let me to order take away coffee 😕 because I had with me puppy. They asked me him to leave outside. Sorry I couldn't he was rescued. I was on my own plus they never offered service outside.

31/07/2025: well i got a take away last night cost 31 euro for a 3 in 1 and 4in1 and 2 noddles and 2 drinks lets start with the price id pay less any were in Longford and the food is nicer the chips in the food was the frozen chips that was pre cooked and then heated up since ye think people don't know there food reheated food has a different texture than freshly cooked food the chicken was rubber the curry on the 3 in 1 was not proper curry it was a cheap curry im sure they store in a cardboard container due to the taste of cardboard of the curry the sweet and sour on the 4 in 1 was sour like not like proper sweet and sour like to the point i nearly got sick the rice was not soft it was hard the noddles tasted like crap words cant describe the taste of them like i get it all the food is pre cooked and reheated but for anyone that has a brain and wants to get there moneys wort in food go some were else the prices in this take away are a joke for the way there food is ii shall not return or offer my business to them agen only one gud part of the experience was how polite the delivery driver was very nice man

09/07/2025: I tried the Hearty Italian bread and it was really good! The location is nice and the restaurant was clean, which I appreciated. Customer service was okay — not bad, but not outstanding either. One thing that definitely needs improvement is the bathroom — it really needs a working lock on the door.

18/05/2025: Just got 3 foot longs to take away and all were day old bread from yesterday, stale!!! NOT FRESH, Subway standards have really fallen in Ireland

16/09/2025: I have a complaint about this place: every time I buy my favorite coffee, it doesn't taste good. They are stingy with the caramel, or on one occasion they gave me one that wasn't what I ordered. Also, the coffee isn't so cheap that they don't put love into it... I hope it improves.

28/06/2025: A meagerly stocked franchise. The cappuccino I had was watery and unpleasant. A cappuccino should be a light and frothy morning drink, not a scalding hot insipid latte.

27/11/2025: The ingredients that I was served were from probably the day before or so How come that lettuce, onions and tomatoes, such simple and easy to get vegetables be rotten in such a shop Anyway I also paid 6.20 … for all this scrap food
