10/11/2024: Whole staff needs to be trained on customer service as last night I went and I was completely ignored by the whole staff literally standing there ready to order for the last 10 mins and a man was there just stapling a plastic bag as if that can’t wait acting like he’s sole purpose in that job is to be stapling receipts onto plastic bag, I wasn’t acknowledged and it’s just rude.I left the store after that without ordering because it’s just a joke .Won’t see me in there again anyways

15/10/2024: One of the bullshit service I ordered the pizza it took more than 1:30 minutes to get it delivered when I call the shop they said ‘you can cancel the order if you want’. Dominos has better food service and better food. NEVER AGAIN.

I got aromatic duck, house fried rice, chicken chow mein and a spice bag.
Aromatic duck was nice, duck was dry but still tasty.
Chow mein was drenched in a deep dark sauce with a sweet sauce on top. The chicken and beef was watery and chewy. Similar for the house fried rice where the chicken and beef was watered and sinewy with a sweet sauce on top.
Spice bag was just crispy shredded chicken and chips. No veg. Very big serving. Overly salted for my liking.
Overall, I might go back for a spice bag or 3in1 after a few drinks out but I wouldn’t be rushing back.

04/01/2025: I don’t usually leave bad reviews but one of the staff told me off because my toddler was getting sticky fingerprints on the big glass shopfront. Ironic when you consider that there is doubt about whether they even have legal permission to have built that shopfront, which resulted in damage to heritage architecture. The shop is a pure blight on the streetscape of Cork and the doughnuts are just sweet gunk. I would go back for my child’s sake if the member of staff hadn’t been so rude.
10/10/2024: We had a fundraiser at our office today, Krispy Kreme really looked after us, donuts were delicious everyone enjoyed them!! Conor served me he was a pleasure to deal with, Thank you Conor!! We will definitely see ye soon, Thanks again Krispy Kreme Cork

11/01/2025: The service is good. The food is good in most aspects, my only complaints are the use of salt is excessive and the crispy chicken itself is just crispy, no chicken. It seems to have absolutely no chicken in the crispy chicken which is just a way for them to maximise revenue and cut costs. Other than that the food is ready quick, staff are polite and most items are good.

03/01/2025: I wish I had taken pictures of the toilets. I wouldn’t let my dog use them. Absolutely revolting that any establishment that serves food would have toilets that are this revolting. No soap. No hot water. No hand dryer. My son said the men’s toilet had half a door/was broken and no lock.

24/11/2024: Self-service kiosk (one of the few that were operational) did not show option for meal despite fries and Coke being available separately. Brought to attention of staff who tried to take order at till but credit card payments were not working. Staff just shrugged, no apology, nothing. Left without ordering anything, will not be returning
20/11/2024: Ordat kiosk had to wait 20 minutes on food which was cold , nuggets were over cooked

Just imagine how hard your job has to be to make pizza and deliver. No wonder u can't get better jobs. Joke
06/12/2024: Pizzas were dropped and found squished in the box, we were given two bottles of soft drinks as compensation. Until an hour later when the driver came back and asked us to give the bottles back because they were actually for another order. Proper bumhole of a place just get a Chinese.
