10/09/2025: Was ordered a tender meal and found it really good and well cooked and the fries were really scrumptious recommended

17/08/2025: Great food, the pizza was nice not dry not oily they add lots of toppings to your pizza, the chips were also seasoned they just needed a bit more salt but except everything was great very underrated spot people gotta stop hating on pizza max.

17/11/2025: Ordered this lovely seasonal drink Maple Spiced Macha Latte and a slice of Vanilla Cream Cake. Plus this lovely ladies who are always friendly. That starts my day right 🤩

19/08/2025: This is a cost little cafe built into Dunes in Naas and I love going here because there's always a deal to be got if you watch the specials. I went for my regular which is a Latte and a sconce. It was €4.95 until two or three weeks ago but even at the new price of €5.15 it's still great value. The staff are always very nice as well.

14/10/2025: We have been living in Killarney for 6 years and yesterday was the second and last time we visited. We arrived at 19:50 and waited 20 minutes for someone to come and serve us... Even though the waiters had seen us! There were 2 waiters and there were only 3-4 tables with people. You mean we left, terrible behavior!

30/10/2025: Visited from abroad a couple of times and food and service are good for a super busy cafeteria. It is clear the staff is trying their best in keeping tables clean as soon as they empty and food was prepared quickly and brought to the table. Never tried the baking but it is a good spot to sit and grab a quick bite.

06/10/2025: We went here for our breakfast. I ordered a mini breakfast and my husband ordered scrambled eggs. The lady charged for it and was 13.90. The other lady notified of the scrambled egg and accused me of not saying it when i clear as day said the order. Even my husband said i said it. I found this quiet rude and embarrassing as their was a queue behind us . When i got my food, it was okey, however my husband found shell in his . He thought maybe it was just a once off and continued to eat some more until he chewed on more which really turned his stomach. He couldn't eat it. I brought it back up and notified the two ladies behind the counter of which one was the lady who made it. She just gave me a look, didnt apologise or acknowledged that this shouldn't of happened. I walked away back to my table. Very unprofessional to let a customer walk away like that . When I looked back up she was on her phone and the other lady was doing the dishes. No offer to substitute it for something else or refund . Very poor unprofessional service. Wont be thinking of going here again.

17/08/2025: Worst pad Thai I've ever eaten, if you could call it pad Thai! It was noodles with loads of chilli's in chilli sauce, with a few pieces of chicken and carrot. Don't waste your money.

02/08/2025: I ordered chicken pad thai to be delivered via deliveroo. And what i got was noodles drenched in red sauce. No peanuts. nothing compared to a pad thai. It was extremely appaling. I called the restaurant to check and the lady who picked the call didnt even apologize or try to offer a solution. All she said was "that is how we cook pad thai"!!! Disgusting food and service!

25/10/2025: I usually get deliveroo from this place, they always forget an item, this time was the drink, so annoying, I called the place to solve the problem and the guy on the other side of the phone was really not interested in the call, prefer to handle the problem with the deliveroo, do not order from here

17/09/2025: I had a bad experience with staff (Orliana) in Natural bakery Dun Laoghaire today. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter yesterday and did the payment. I just went to shop today and requested to change the cake size if possible. According to the staff, they can't do that and advised me to order online. I just asked them to confirm whether it will be ready on time. The staff it'self do not sure about whether it will be ready or not. And she slso insisted me to cancel my previous order for refund. When I tried to complete new order, could not processed it as well. The staff is not approachable and helping. I won't recommend this to anyone

27/10/2025: Shockingly Poor Experience We were told there would be an hour wait, but it ended up being 1 hour 40 minutes in the end, which is completely unacceptable. When we raised this with staff, their response was simply that it was a bank holiday. A weak excuse for what is clearly poor kitchen and order management. When our food was finally ready, it was inedible: tasteless, watered-down sauces, dried-out rice, and the “crispy” chicken arrived with the tiniest bit of sauce. We couldn’t eat it. 22/08/2025: Waiting 30 mins for food for collection, then no taste and soggy!! Just got good enough for the price they charge €11 for “spice bag” to get a bag of chips and salt very little chicken and it was overcooked. Won’t be ordering again!

10/12/2025: Too long of a wait for substandard food. Won't be rushing back.

04/12/2025: Waited 35-40 mins for a chicken burger and curry cheese chips. Burger was no lettuce yet was still plucking out lettuce from the burger, curry cheese chips were large,but barely filled half the box. Woman I assume is manager was lovely, but as for the others….

14/07/2025: Food shocking bad!!!!. Everything cold!!! Curry chips like absolute water. Never ever again. First chipper that won’t cook a half bag of chips. Hotdog burnt to a crisp. Say no more. Stay well away. Never again. You might fool drunk people but 40€ order is not good enough. Rant over 🤷‍♀️

20/06/2025: Chicken curry and chips. Quality just not acceptable under any metric. It was barely credible. The few pieces of chicken were sinewy and lukewarm. The curry sauce was watery and tasteless. Surely there can't be a future for this level of ineptitude.

19/08/2025: What a fine dining experience! Truly Michelin-star level if the star was made of rotten meat. We only went in ‘cause nothing else was open, and wow… what a mistake. My mate ended up sprinting to the toilet with explosive diarrhea, while I was busy trying not to puke my lungs out. Honestly, I didn’t know food could double as a biological weapon. One star, but only because Google doesn’t let me give negative numbers.

29/08/2025: Zero customer service experience. I complained about the chicken having an aftertaste and that it seems to be an old chicken bits. Instead of addressing the issues and apologizing to me, the guy on the other side becomes agitated. I told him I'm not asking for a refund or replacement but merely informing them for the sake of other customers. He then abruptly thank me for calling and hang up. Good job!!!! You lost a frequent customer here.

23/04/2025: Food is nice if it arrives. Couldn't find my town address apparently. Prepare to be asked for extra money for delivery at the door too(if it arrives lol)
