13/01/2025: Out of date meat for sale, its not the first time I've seen it in this store. You can actually smell the rot. It's disgraceful. 13/01/25

20/10/2024: I don’t usually leave bad reviews for places but this time it was actually necessary as I have never seen this done before and it was embarrassing! I went to Donnybrook fair dundrum for my lunch break to get a wrap in the deli , I usually go on weekends and get the same wrap every time, 3 salads and chicken and it usually costs me €6.20, Today I was charged €8.50! I told the girl at the till. She then sent me back to the deli, the girl who made my wrap said she put extra chicken in it? I didn’t ask for that but ok and then she reopened the wrap and started taking some chicken out. I just thought that was extremely embarrassing as there were more people in line and I have never seen that done before. My wrap was then all messy with sauce and butter everywhere as she had to rewrap it and it ended up costing me €6.30. The wrap now feels so empty as sauces and salads came out with the chicken and it just feels like a waste of my break and money and it was so embarrassing. The same person made my wrap yesterday too and it was fine, just charged me extra today and then embarrassed me by opening it again to take some out????? I don’t think I’ll be returning

21/12/2024: By far the worst apache I've ever been to, horrible service with rude workers along with long waiting times, this could be made up if the food was even just satisfactory but my food was served to me cold and soggy I genuinely threw up afterwards, would never recommend this venue

10/05/2024: Wow. Absolutely unbelievable food holy smokes. Pizza was 10/10 and sides were 10/10 which is unusual for a pizza place. The goujons and wings in particular were sublime

15/04/2024: I ordered yesterday mead plan for €16 from Just Eat, got chips and pizza and a can . Pizza was burned, couldn’t eat 4 slices because of burn taste and the pineapple in pizza was frozen I think didn’t taste good. 👎

30/10/2024: Shredded chicken is my favourite from here doesn’t taste like spice bag version from other takeaways . Defo my go to when ordering from happy valley. Special Fred rice has bits or rib, prawns etc in it and just beautiful to eat. Chips are like homemade and nice change than regular ones in town.

28/10/2024: Avoid food is terrible!! Chips are soggy, curry is rotten and you wouldn’t even think about eating the chicken.

07/12/2024: I love Starbucks but for whatever reason I am always disappointed in the coffee in this particular place. I visit the square regularly and would avoid it. After paying over €7.00 euro I should of sent it back for them to do it again...

27/12/2024: I live outside walking distance but well inside driving distance yet I still manage to get "warm" pizza and cold chips every time.

04/12/2024: Seriously order chicken wings delivered the dough balls, call store someone pick the phone but just hang up

19/12/2024: Absolute joke of an establishment. there should be FULL TIME SECURITY inside the store. i was inside the store today waiting on food and as i was waiting i seen a customer absolutely berating a member of staff shouting at the top of her lungs screaming all sorts of foul language. this happens nearly every time i enter this establishment with staff having 0 control over the situation and its not safe for other customers, kids and even their own staff members it really goes to show how little the owners care about the welfare of their store and the safety of people within it. i have seen multiple of these incidents including customers,staff and even delivery drivers. Will not be returning to this place until the situation is returned to normality

22/12/2024: Services bad and from the menu they had only two pastry options available … this coffee is not the same as used to be. I don’t recommend AT ALL

08/12/2024: Not very nice Got ham and cheese croissant and asked for it to be heated. The edges were but the cheese and ham was still cold on the inside. Very disappointing. I was there few years ago and it was amazing couldn't even finish the lunch

27/12/2024: Love the place! Delivery drivers are gents 👏 if a mistake is made with the order, which is rare, they'll sort it in no time at all.

13/12/2024: I am visiting Dublin and I have been to this coffee shop many times during years, I always relax, meet friends and make orders, today I stopped there to write a bit and was preparing myself to other some coffee, the lady who was cleaning the place came up to me twice to say for me to be there I would need to order something. Calling me rude. She was skinny and used glass. Tbh I don't think she's suitable to be there. As she's dealing with people all most of the time. And it's the first time I hear someone approaching me on Starbucks because of consuming, and believe me I have been to many Starbucks around the globe. My advice is get ride of people that doesn't want to work, find people that is happy with their life and they work cause I am pretty sure she wasn't.

04/10/2024: I have been to the bagel bar several times now and though the food is perfectly fine i always find the staff exceptionally rude. Recently I ordered a bagel and it was dropped to the wrong table. When I realised I looked to the staff and explained but they started to giggle and made no effort to correct the mistake so as customers we were forced to swap the food ourselves. Terrible customer service and I haven’t been back since.

17/08/2024: Brilliant service. Staff were amazing! Food was 5 star and my steak was cooked to perfection! The pepper sauce is to die for and I can’t wait to get home and give it a try making it. I won’t have my pepper sauce any other way. Will definitely be back! Thank you.

09/06/2024: I still can’t work out how the food, service and atmosphere could all be so poor. It was so bad, in a way it was a fun night because it was comical. The worst meal I have ever had.
