19/02/2025: He forgot me bottle of water my fork and my tissues the chips felt like they were going swimming and the kebab was horrible

05/04/2025: Possibly the worst McDonald's in the world. Staff don't care, toilets filthy and some of them locked up. Waitress agreed for food which was half cooked. Not coming back again

22/12/2024: Terrible service. I ordered a sub it was made and put in the oven it was then left out on the cold refrigerated counter for 4-5 minutes. Really bad service. Food should be getting served instantly and not left on refrigerated counters.

03/12/2024: I had the pleasure of being served by Tiere at Subway, and I can't say enough good things about him! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable.

20/02/2025: It's in a nice location with plenty seating, but the dirt was genuinely disturbing. I had to ask for a wet cloth to clean the crumbs and stains from the table and the chairs had large particles of dirt between the seat and the back as can be seen in the photos. The chairs are also too big for the tiny table that were joined up. The tables were rocking which is so annoying. I had a cappuccino which wasn't even served in a mug but a cheap paper cup........such cheap service!!!

20/12/2024: As one of the only cafes in the shopping centre, Misto Cafe is a letdown. The food and cake options are limited, and the coffee making skills are poor. We were served in paper cups despite sitting in, and both our coffee and hot chocolate were lukewarm. After asking for the hot chocolate to be reheated, it was returned boiling.. an overcorrection that showed little care or attention to detail. A place with potential, but as it stands, it does not live up to even the bare minimum.

25/12/2024: Very rude woman. Will tell you to leave 1 hour before closing time. Never greets customer, I've seen her constantly being rude to customers. Food is OK and just OK but the rudness of this woman is unbelievable. Would not recommend.

09/12/2024: Encantadora pareja muy amable trabajando duro ejecutando esta comida para llevar durante varios años no lejos de donde vivo. La comida es excelente y de buena calidad, el único problema es el frente de la casa persona que toma los pedidos. Ella parece estar chupando limones con la cara muy antipática que te recibe mientras entras. Ella te saluda con SI y cuando pagas no hay gracias y cuando recoges tu comida y te vas NUNCA te dice gracias. Una persona muy mala para estar sirviendo y saludando a los clientes. Un GRAN negativo para el negocio

18/01/2025: I had a disappointing experience with Ashford Oriental Chinese Takeaway that I feel compelled to share. I ordered Chinese food through Just Eat, expecting a delivery time of 30- max 45 minutes. After waiting for over one hour, I called to check on my order, only to be met with a dismissive response from the staff member who answered the phone saying 'it'll be there when it's there kind of thing'. It felt like they didn't care about my situation, and I was left feeling frustrated and hungry. One of the main reasons i chose this place over others was due to the delivery time advertised. 15 more minutes go by, so at this point we're at 1 hour and 15 minutes... When the food finally arrived—over an hour and 15 minutes later—the delivery woman gave off a very rude and unpleasant demeanour. She was seemed visibly annoyed, unfriendly and kind of flung the delivery at me without saying a thing. There was no apology for the delay, which would have been a simple courtesy. Instead, glared at me in a very unfriendly and rude way, as if my inquiry (when i rang the restaurant checking on the order at the 1 hour mark) had upset her. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I understand that things can get busy, but waiting this long for a takeaway is not justifiable, especially when the restaurant sets specific delivery expectations. Takeaways are not cheap, you get it as a treat for something quick and easy. Unless you're me and have to wait an hour and nearly 20 mins and get very rude treatment and no customer service along with a hefty bill. This was a horrible experience. I will not be ordering from here again and would advise others to consider their options carefully.

21/03/2025: Got a spice bag, chips are really nice. However, the spice bag was 8 euro and hardly comes with any chicken. They serve these chewy, crispy bits of skin instead it seems. Definitely wasn't thigh or breast anyways. Also the cashier wasn't particularly the nicest either. Looking at the other reviews, they've really gotta pull up their socks here. They're the only chinese in the area, but if a competitor came in I truly believe they wouldn't hold up well. Hate to give bad reviews but this warranted one. Will say that the wait time was really good though.

17/11/2024: Chicken dry asf in the spice bag but the people are nice, but Ngl it’s on a slow decline like golden grain which is near, better Chineses to go too don’t waste ur money.
