29/05/2025: Worst food ever got in a Chinese takeaway,large order placed,food was very overcooked,chips were rock hard,no veg in spice bags/munchboxes,no spice or chill either,chicken balls very dry & overcooked,nobody enjoyed their food,save your money & go elsewhere,they are also charging the return on tins with no return logo.

22/02/2025: The worst food I have ever eaten.I paid close to 20 euro for beef noodles.The beef smelled so bad and tasted even worse like gone off dog food.The flavour seeped into the worst noodles I have ever tasted.I left a full plate of food for the first time in my life.Completely unedible food.Do not eat there.

28/12/2024: Order a kiddie chicken fry rice. The chicken is tender, but it poured too much soy source, I can smell a strong soy sauce without even eating it. The price of 8.5 euro is also quite expensive for the content.

21/05/2025: Naan and paratha were indistinguishable - both tasted like poorly made pancakes The Dal Tarka was pure liquid and full of oil The chicken tikka shashlik was ok

23/02/2025: Ordered take away, scooped half a cup of ghee off the (vegetarian) Dahl, and was able to drain it straight from the paneer dish!!! Way too much oil.

19/02/2025: We had now 3 consistently great kebab orders from the place and its fair to leave a review. Really good kebab place :) Fantastic Vegetarian option - and a chicken kebab packed with fresh meat and salad! Loughrea has a really good Kebab place - it is the place for your Kebab cravings!

18/04/2025: A disgrace 19 euro for a small tub of rice and a bag of chips that was 3/4 full a cup of curry sause which was half full ... and a small tray of ribs with 3 ribs in it .... eating here years will never go near them again.... a disgusting portion size for the price shame on yous

19/03/2025: This was probably the worse Mega Box I have got in Ireland in the last 10 years. There was a handful of chips and around 5 bits of chicken for €20. More sauce then food. I would not recommend going near this place

16/06/2025: I called in on Saturday 14th June for a coffee and a muffin to take away and attempted to pay with an online voucher I had received as a gift. I had the QR code downloaded to my phone as per the instructions. When they scanned the consumer they said it wasn’t registering at the till even thought the gift card number was under the QR code. The assistant said she couldn’t accept the voucher as payment so I left the store and my order as I refused to pay for something when I had a voucher to cover the cost. When I got home I checked the voucher online and was horrified to find that the cost of the goods I hadn’t gotten because my voucher wasn’t “registering”, had been deducted from the full cost of the voucher. There is no phone numbers for this shop and when k emailed the customer complains email address given on their website, the email bounced back. Absolutely appaling treatment by staff and it seems when there is a problem, there is no one around to rectify. I will be calling back in person tomorrow so I will update this post then.

08/04/2025: We ordered chicken tandoori but it was total letdown. The chicken was uncooked and smelled sooo bad. The spices were completely off balance. This was the worst tandoori chicken I’ve had.

11/05/2025: Very unwelcoming place I ever went, I was there buying coffee, there was woman stuff there keep telling me and my children to go while waiting for my coffee because they were eating food from Tesco and me waiting for my coffee in there. Never recommend

10/05/2025: Absolutely Scandalous charging my 77 year old mother almost 10 euro for a hard roll with butter and 2 sausages. Will not be here again. You should be ashamed of yourself.

06/06/2025: I placed an order from Domino’s to my workplace, a studio where I was actively working and had clients inside. When the delivery driver arrived, he called me from the parking lot and told me to come outside to pick it up. I explained that I couldn’t leave my workplace because I had customers and I specifically ordered delivery to the door. Still, he refused to come in and insisted I had to go to the car “because that’s how they always do it.” Let me be clear, I was at work, doing my job, and I expect the delivery driver to do theirs. Instead, the driver took the order back, and shortly after that, I got a call from customer service trying to convince me that the customer is always expected to go outside. That’s just ridiculous. I would like to pay for delivery, not for a lecture or a parking lot pickup. Terrible customer service, poor professionalism, and zero accountability. Never ordering again.

20/04/2025: Bad places to order. Staff does not care at all about what they are giving out also rude and unfriendly.. after a couple times of getting dry overdone pizza and cinnamon buns which supposed to be with chocolate on top !without any chocolate at all! will no longer order anything from there and would suggest to avoid it at any cost. 👎🏻

25/05/2025: Don’t order from there. I have waited 50 minutes and the order has been cancelled. Even the delivery driver rang the bell and said my food order is cancelled for some reason. I ordered with ubereats.

24/05/2025: Just popped in for a bite to eat and really enjoyed everything! Our order was freshly prepared and the bakery goods were too temping to turn down! The staff were very pleasant and happy 😊

01/05/2025: The jam & cream sponge cake is bought was not up the what you would expect. The sponge was very stale. Not much jam on it either
