12/10/2025: Everything is delicious. We took fish and chips and mussels. Most delicious mussels in our life ! Everything was really tasty and good.
11/10/2025: Very good experience in this pub restaurant, located a little out of the main tourists' paths in Howth, and just for that a little gem.
Very good food and a lovely welcoming from the staff was also much appreciated.
Definitely a must-go in Howth.

17/09/2025: very tasty food and big portions. i ate the haddock, it was tender, the batter was crispy. under the piece on top, there was a smaller one under it. i changed the chips to black garlic and parmesan fries
16/09/2025: I was suffering with a bit of a cold when I visited Quayside and Jo was the most perfect host.
Hot toddies were followed by the most wholesome, tasty food i've had in a long while and I left the restaurant feeling much better than i entered.
Thanks a million, Jo, you'll be my first stop when back in Donegal x

09/09/2025: The Skeff is part of the The Skeffington Arms Hotel. Food was very good. The Seafood Chowder and a couple of (non!) Stout beers from other parts of Ireland were a welcomed change of pace. IPA's, actually. One from Letterkenny, and the other from Kill, County Kildare. Other than the service being just a tad slow, it was (overall) very good. And the live music was magical this night. Okay...Not exactly magical, but covers from bands/artists that everyone knows, sung by a group of a youngish band of 3 called The Groev. They did a great job, actually.

18/10/2025: Chowder, seafood, calamari, and tempura shrimp—everything was great. Nice atmosphere inside—there's also an outside area for Irish people. Whether you're looking for a snack or a full meal—you can get it all here.

09/10/2025: Rustic Inn sure has that good ambience with bar, eatery etc. You can have events here too but you must book early as it is in high demand. Free parking is available around and lots of access to nearby route.

The Cottage Restaurant
02/10/2025: Incredible value at 60e. The food was all top class. The service was great & friendly. The interior is small with limited seating (I think 25-30 seats) with a lovely ambience. There's room for bigger groups but seems to work well for 2-6 sizes. The attention-to-detail is excellent from food to style to service. There's plenty of free street parking outside. The restaurant is a bit in the middle of nowhere so driving or a taxi (or cycling) would be the more appropriate forms of getting to this gem. I'd love to go back if I'm ever in Leitrim/Roscommon again. This is a must for any visitor to the area.
29/09/2025: Following an easy booking on-line, our dining experience was fantastic.
The menu had plenty of options to choose from, the food was absolutely amazing, the portions were excellent to allow us to enjoy the dinner, and the staff were excellent.
It was a pleasure and very memorable experience.

16/09/2025: A good beer and a tasty feed on a Thursday night in Dublin. A group of us in the snug with table service made for a great night out. Would recommend.
12/09/2025: Cosy, fun and a place you can stay. You can spend a night in the ginger man no matter the season but Halloween and Christmas cam make it all the better. The staff decorate the space and dress up upon occasion and that makes this place special. It's one of the few spots in the city you can start and finish a night happily.
