25/03/2026: Went here for tea with a group of friends in the evening, very polite staff, friendly atmosphere. Lovely comfy seating. Would definitely return again

16/03/2026: Server mad a mistake while taking my order and brought my food out, I asked for her to add cheese. The server seemed annoyed, onec she brought it out the 2nd time and the food was still worng. I asked her to redo it since it was still wrong, she seemed even more annoyed and said it would take 10 ish minutes because the are busy. Food came after 20 mins and finally it was right, but at this point everyone at my table had finished their meal. Worst of all once the bill was presented we noticed they were changing us for the food they messed up. We were also told we had the table until half 4 and the manager came over at half 3 interrupting our conversation and asking us if we were done since they wanted the table. Absolutely horrible experience, ho to Chawke's 2 doors up they're way better. More hospitable and plesent.

10/06/2026: Went there on a recommendation of our tour guide and a it was perfect. 1st time having Irish stew and now the bar is set very high. We also had wings and it's not Texas spicy but the breading was excellent. Fast and very friendly.

09/06/2026: Huge bar with delicious food and good service. We enjoyed the lamb Irish stew and the burger, both were great. We also enjoyed one of their whiskey tastings. Our waitress was great.

07/05/2026: Great spot for a birthday celebration. The vibe is very cozy—ideal for couples. We chose the set menu with wine pairing, and each dish was outstanding. To top it off, we received a complimentary birthday dessert that tasted amazing.

04/05/2026: My wife and I stopped here for dinner after arriving to Dublin from a long flight. The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. The salad was very fresh, and duck breast was cooked perfectly, would highly recommend!

03/05/2026: 10/10 Experience ⭐ Originally booked in for 7.00pm but was in the area early, decided to chance our arm for a table at 6.00pm instead and they immediately accommodated us. Began with crusty bread, olives and pesto. Followed by the French onion soup - perfect Gruyère/onion ratio. Then got the sirloin steak with fries - paired with a glass of the Bordeaux Superieur was heaven! Finished with the chocolate tart - the amarena cherries were fabulous, it was a pity it only came with two. Then they give you some homemade dark chocolate to finish. A complete foodie dream ❤️ servers were lovely and the interior was trés chic. See you soon la maison!!

12/06/2026: We arrived here on Monday, 8th June, with a group of 20 ladies, having booked for a 14.30 pm seating, arriving over 1 hour late. We did notify restaurant of the delay and there was absolutely no problem in changing reservation by one hour, which was such a relief to our Group. Everything was ready for us on arrival to a very warm welcome by the Manager. We were all seated together in a lovely dining room, set apart from main bar and a Menu placed at every setting, allowing orders to be taken promptly. The food was excellent, followed by tea and coffee. The Service was excellent and Staff were very helpful & friendly, nothing was a problem to them. It was a first time for many of our members visiting Aunty Lena’s and every single person would have no hesitation in recommending Aunty Lena’s to anyone who wishes a warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, excellent food and friendly service. 07/06/2026: This restaurant is high-end, and at the top of its game. It radiates professionalism and high standards throughout. In particular, the front of house manager, Sylvia, is an excellent host, and could not do enough for us on our visit last night. She is a great asset to the business. In addition, the quality of the food, and the complexity of the flavours were a tribute to the chef and his assistance in the kitchen. They deserve a gold medal. We shall be back ✅

10/05/2026: A most enjoyable experience. We had prawns in creamy sauce, olives, fillet steak, pork ribs and chocolate/hazelnut dessert were all delicious. The staff were very friendly, efficient and accomodating, even allowing us to choose a main course off the dinner menu even though we were having lunch. We've passed by this restaurant so many times and finally dropped in to support a local independent restaurant. Very glad we did, we love eating out at restaurants that care about their food and customers. Highly recommend.

22/05/2026: Such a lovely pub with a nice outdoor area at the back. The service was very good (fast) and the food was delicious. The steak sandwich in particular was amazing.

21/05/2026: Popped in on speck today for lunch and we were not disappointed. Cooked to perfection Fillet steak sandwich was to die for . Fast efficient snd friendly staff . Highly recommend it
