On my way to work, I tried their caramel latte and carrot cake for the first time, and I have to say, they absolutely made my morning. The coffee is delicious, the pastries are soooo good, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, the place is incredibly cosy and the staff are lovely and friendly. I definitely recommend giving it a try! Your café has a special place in my heart now. I simply can’t walk past you on my way to work anymore without stopping in for my morning coffee. ❤️

26/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Cork! We had a marvelous time at SpitJack for our daughter's birthday, and everything came together to make this occasion truly special. The welcome was particularly warm: a smiling, lovely team who were above all very attentive, paying real attention to our needs. We truly appreciated their kindness and the little touches that make all the difference on a birthday. And the food was delicious! Everything was wonderful, generous, and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and lively, while still being very pleasant for a family meal. A big thank you to the entire SpitJack team for their hospitality and for helping to make our daughter's birthday even more special. We highly recommend this place if you're ever in Cork!

18/08/2026: So delicious! I've eaten from both the menus upstairs and downstairs. Both are great, but I favor downstairs for a group get together. We order lots of little plates and share them all. The chicken dish downstairs is a firm favorite. Staff are lovely too and great cocktails and wines.

15/09/2026: We had our wedding ceremony in The Sitting Room and, the night previously, a small group dinner in the courtyard. Service was attentive, food was amazing and everyone was talking about how a great location the cocktail bar is for the ceremony - and dog friendly too.

We were wandering around Dublin when we heard live music pouring out of the pub. Now, being responsible tourists, we obviously had no choice but to investigate. 😂🍻 Walked inside and immediately knew we’d made the right decision. Proper Irish pub atmosphere, great crowd, brilliant live band, excellent service, and of course a beautifully poured pint of Guinness — because when in Dublin, hydration is very important. 🍺😂 We grabbed some food as well and it was absolutely delicious. Great pub grub, cold drinks, friendly service and live Irish music — honestly, what more do you need? This is exactly what I love about Dublin. 11/09/2026: A wonderful and welcoming pub in Letterfrack. We immediately felt at home, and the food was delicious. A great refuge even if it's raining outside: grab a Guinness and a stew, and the fear will pass.

02/09/2026: I neen to the dockyard multiple times with my family and friends and one 2 times on my only but every time I go depending on the staff when I went on my only thats time it took 1h to get my food come and I and was almost cold they single me out and started talking about me out loud 2 off the staff generally i have no problem with them but does not take almost a 1h fir one food to come out and I didn't order a drink summary they they served other people immediately who had four people at the table , but why did I take half an hour , almost see it served and the last time with my friend it took 50 mins and and we late we sat down at 2 ordered at 2:20 and the food come at 2:50

20/08/2026: We had Dockyard breakfast several times and were delighted with our visit. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout, and it's clear they're used to welcoming families — they were especially kind and patient with our kids, which we really appreciated. On top of that, we thought the value for money was great. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. Highly recommended!

12/08/2026: Stumbled across this spot on our way home from the Aran Islands, everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The food was 10/10 and lots to choose from on the menu! The atmosphere was lovely too. Highly recommend if you’re around the area.

09/09/2026: Where to even start! The food was absolutely incredible. The menu is extensive but they do it all very well. The seafood is amazing. Hands down the best place around for seafood at least. Everything cooked to perfection. A gem of a restaurant. The staff is so nice and attentive. I had a lovely cocktail. The atmosphere is great. Plenty of free parking. Can't wait to go back. My friend and I went on a Tuesday for dinner and decided to make a reservation...not sure if it was needed but it was pretty busy.

04/05/2026: The food is amazing. The rooms are nice, but small. The shower isn't great. The hotel itself is really nice with loads of interesting features and a really nice terrace for drinks and lunch.
