19/10/2026: Ate lunch here right after arriving in Dingle. We each had the steak and mashed potatoes, which was delicious. Good place for a pint.

10/10/2026: SPECTACULAR. It was so good we had to go back the next day for another meal! The burger on special was ordered by 1/4 people on the first visit and it knocked his socks off so we all went back the next day for it. Highly recommend! Staff are soooo friendly and cocktails were 10/10! Didnt make a reservation, had to wait a little but was so worth it.

17/10/2026: Stopped in for a quick lunch. Friendly welcome, seated immediately. Quick service and food arrived promptly. Shame it wasn’t up to much. Soggy batter (with yellow food colouring/turmeric?) on the fish n chips (€20) - wasn’t great. Chips couldn’t done with an extra few mins in the fryer - soggy and pale. Prices for kids meals and lunchtimes sandwiches good. Staff were nice and friendly, but food needs sharpened up.

15/10/2026: This is my recommendation for anyone who loves Korean fried chicken. Their fried chicken is so crispy and delicious. They definitely double fry the chicken and that extra crispy texture is amazing. I tried their Chimac poutine which is great mix of a bowl of chips, topped with bacon, fried chicken, and caramelised onions were game changer. You can choose your own sauce from their own recipes- my favourite is their Caramel sriracha. I tried their yuzu pepper wings which was in their special menu. So juicy and the fresh citrusy taste of yuzu with great spice from white pepper makes the wings stand out. Lastly, their chicken burger was so delicious, which the perfectly well seasoned burger patty and added taco sauce and cheese. All in all this is very great place, right in the vicinity of the Dublin City centre. Loved it.

07/09/2026: The quintessential pub, with its cozy atmosphere and inviting nooks. Arrive early if you want a chance of getting a seat during the live music. A must-see in Clifden.

11/10/2026: My mother ordered the buttermilk chicken burger with no sriracha mayo. The burger coating itself was spicy, the menu does not mention the chicken is spicy. A simple matter you might think, they should have said that on their menu, when the issue is raised you simply apologize and offer another dish instead. Not this place though. Declined to replace with another dish, and declined to reduce the bill by 1 cent. I thought maybe the staff didn't have the authority, so I emailed the owner afterwards. My email was ignored. Never again! With the cost of everything these days places should live and die by their customer service, and this was non existent. If your menu is not accurate, that's on you.

07/10/2026: Great food, music and cocktails. We were in Kenmare for 3 nights and were here for 2 of them. We had 2x steak sandwiches the 1st night, and a burger and wings the second. Everything was great! Staff super friendly and welcoming, especially Voyo!

09/07/2026: Absolutely superb. I think we've tried 15 different places for a pint of Guinness on our visit this week. Kavanagh's is easily the best. No idea how but it's lighter and no bitter taste.

09/07/2026: Best Guinness in all of Dublin. And we tried almost every pint I reckon. They wouldn't let us have it until the head had settled properly. It really was lighter somehow.

10/10/2026: We were fortunate enough to get a table by the window, and the view of the sea was amazing. The cocktail wasn't very strong, but the food was excellent. I would suggest adding more steak selections to the menu.

29/09/2026: We were looking for somewhere to have coffee and found a great deal more! Superb coffee (Bewley’s filter) and fantastic Egg Muffins and Potato Cake! I was very sad not to have room for the other baked delights on offer! Highly recommended.
