23/03/2024: Well … I just can’t rate this restaurant highly enough! We were there last weekend and were treated to a wonderland of amazing flavours! Make sure to go. The staff were also really friendly ! Can’t wait to go back.

18/03/2024: The food was very good but the waitress service was terrible. he gave us the wrong order and had a very bad attitude. It's a shame because the place is very nice but I'd rather pay more elsewhere and receive good customer service

14/03/2024: I debated whether to give 5 stars to any restaurant but I actually couldn't fault anything about Jeremiah's .... food was tasty, service was friendly and fast and I'd definitely go back. While they have reduced the menu since my last visit ( this seems to be a regular occurrence in many restaurants and takeaway places too), there was still something for everyone. I ended up just ordering 2 starters for my main meal, the hot wings - tasty - and the bruschetta, absolutely delicious, was tempted to order another one🥰 We ordered the brownie for dessert...and a couple of spoons 😎. The food arrived quickly and we were put under no pressure to vacate the table. The staff were lovely, chatty, friendly, without being overbearing. So, if it's just a quiet drink or a meal you're after, head to Jeremiah's, you'll be glad you did. P.S. PLEASE BRING BACK THE CARBONARA 🥰.

01/04/2024: Mary Barry's is possibly the best restaurant in all of Ireland. The seafood is unbelievably tasty and the portions are very generous. They have a big parking lot which is unfortunately still filled up during busy times. It's understandable why this place is usually booked once you've tasted the seafood. The staff is friendly and attentive. The selection of food is very large, and the same goes for drinks. I've visited many times and tried many different items. My personal recommendations are the crab claws and the scampi. I recently had their steak which unfortunately was not to my taste, but this was the first time I didn't love something from their menu. I still enjoyed it nonetheless it was just not as good as the seafood. They also have a great selection of desserts. If you can, they are absolutely worth ordering. The banoffee is excellent, so is the apple pie, profiteroles and the chocolate cake. The toilets are clean and accessible. The prices are not cheap. You get what you pay for, and it really is worth it if you can afford it. Overall an absolutely fantastic restaurant and a must visit if you are in the area.

01/04/2024: Hot Seat Hell Upon arriving, my party found that despite booking a table in advance, we were made to wait well past our booking time. When we were finally seated, it was in a table located in what can only be described as a glass house with no sun shade in sight. As the sun beat down on us, we felt like we were being slowly roasted alive. Despite our discomfort, the staff showed little concern and refused to accommodate our request for a table change or even to move us to a more shaded area. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to address our concerns was truly disappointing. Frustrated and uncomfortable, we made the decision to leave before even placing our orders. As a local resident, I can confidently say that I will never be returning. The combination of poor service, lack of consideration for patrons' well-being, and overall subpar dining experience has ensured that they have lost a customer for life. In conclusion, if you enjoy feeling like a rotisserie chicken and appreciate being ignored by indifferent staff, then by all means, give Mary Barry’s a try. But if you value your comfort and expect even a basic level of customer service, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your dining needs.

04/04/2024: Very good food. Unfortunately the head of staff is an arrogant eejit who doesn't have the slightest clue about dining etiquette and finds normal to bring starters to the table whilst his customers have barely received their aperitif. When I pointed out to him that he leave us time to finish our gin and tonics before serving the food he answered " not necessarily" and was thereafter brusque and put up an attitude. The young ladies waiting on us were charming but this guy, the short and bald one was a joke. He even started speaking broken French to us for some reason. None of us were French and I'm Irish. He gave us a good laugh though. The restaurant should consider employing someone with decent social and customer relation skills. Or at least give the silly little man some dining etiquette and frustration management courses.

01/04/2024: Food is fine but the amount of seabass in main course dish is incredibly small especially for that price. We also ordered coca cola, waiter put a lot of ice in the glass and poured only half of bottle without bringing the bottle on the table.

23/03/2024: Absolute rip off!! 7.50 for basic ham and cheese toastie, no justification for this apart from GREED! Disappointing because it’s one of the few old Dublin pubs left. $$$$$ 💰💰💰

09/03/2024: It's Saturday evening, and only 2 other families in the spot. Good came out pretty quick, and it was excellent. We did a build your own platter. The lemon sole, garlic mushrooms.. ummm calamari were really good! Top it off with some Irish whiskey. It's a gem on the Bay front. We'd recommend.

20/01/2024: Such a great find. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. The fish and mussels were all freshly caught and cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

03/04/2024: Incredible. Absolutely delicious. I had the cream of vegetable soup and goat’s cheese salad- my friend had the soup and steak. Everything was so good. The soda bread is very unique, and also amazing. Wish I could clone this place. The service was incredible as well- all 3 people working were completely on top of everything

02/04/2024: Dropped in quite late yesterday evening after a hike on the cliffs. Had the fish and chips, my friend who’s vegetarian had the lentil pie. Good food, good beer and lovely staff, would recommend!

31/03/2024: Polished and stylish hotel, part of the Best Western group. Professional check in staff, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good but avocado was too ripe. Coffee was excellent. Ample parking available. Rooms would be better with a espresso pod machine.

13/03/2024: 4.7 stars. Slight mix up during the reservation by Priceline (for the 2nd time on our trip), but the employee at check-in took care of everything. She was polite, fast, and took care of us. Room was comfy with standard amenities. Bathroom could use a slight touch up of some things. Water temp and pressures were solid. The breakfast the following morning was absolutely delicious. It was a huge reason we left all smiles as not only did we sleep well, we also ate like kings and queens. Beautiful lobby and restaurant as well as outside facade. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting the Blarney Castle.

14/03/2024: Very delicious food, extensive menu with lots of great vegetarian and vegan options. The bistro has comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Our server Breda was a star. Will definitely return in the future!
