23/07/2026: Great food and service. First visit I will be returning.

18/07/2026: We arrived at Gally’s for lunch after a walk and had built up quite an appetite. The warm welcome on arrival was much appreciated. We ordered the roast beef and chicken supreme, and the service was quick. The meal was fresh and very tasty. The beef was soft and tender, while the chicken paired perfectly with the pepper sauce. Highly recommended.

23/07/2026: Wonderful place with large portions and very reasonable prices. Duck Teriyaki and Tempura Bento were both delcious.

08/07/2026: We visited and ate at Sean Tierneys Bar and Restaurant on Wednesday 1st July 2026. We cannot speak highly enough of the place. Sean is delightful and the food is just amazing. I had the special, bacon, mashed potatoes and cabbage, carrots, chips and a parsley sauce. My wife had burger and chips, which was one of the best she’d had, the patty was excellent, there was a salad, coleslaw and chips on the side. Both portions of chips were so much better than you get most other places. The pub is traditionally Irish and welcoming. The one big disappointment was we went to go there the following evening after a day out and got there a little after last food orders so had to settle eating elsewhere, our fault not Sean’s. We heartily recommend visiting this pub if you are in Clonmel Ireland for the warm welcome, quality of the food, portion size and price which was excellent value.

28/07/2026: As a birthday treat my son took myself and my wife for lunch at this restuarant. We arrived just at ppening time at 12.30pm We got a very warm friendly welcome as we were brought to our table. The lunch menu for the early bird lunch give you 3 choices for starters, mains and deserts. Each of us enjoyed different choices for all 3 courses. The level of detail taken by the chef was extrondery as all dishes were top class. The level of attention that we received from our waitor was exceptional. The table settings and comfort was also first class. I would reccomend this resturant for a special occasion to be spoilt .. We will be back!

05/08/2026: I visited Cafeteria Tiramisu near St. Fin Barre’s Cathedral for breakfast back in January 2024, and it was a wonderful experience. We tried their delicious pesto pasta, chocolate croissants, tiramisu, and warm cappuccino and mocha, and everything was fresh and full of flavour. The café has a lovely ambience with ample seating, making it a great place to relax and enjoy breakfast. The combination of good food, excellent coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere makes this a spot I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Cork.

26/07/2026: We ordered directly from this restaurant tonight and were really disappointed with the quality of the food. We eat Indian food regularly, from local takeaways to higher-end restaurants, so we have a good idea of what to expect. The naan resembled a wholemeal wrap more than a traditional naan, both in appearance and taste. The pilau rice lacked the flavour and aroma you’d normally expect, and while the Rogan Josh tasted nice, it contained only six pieces of chicken and felt quite small for a main course. I called the restaurant to raise my concerns about the naan and was told to mention it next time and I’d receive a free one. While I appreciated the offer, I was disappointed that my concerns about the quality of the meal weren’t really addressed. Overall, this experience fell well below the standard we were expecting. The only positive was the prompt delivery.

21/07/2026: Place was nice and quiet. Service was quick. Sadly gobhi manchurian was not crispy. Alloo Tikki was nice. Paneer and naan was great in taste.

24/06/2026: Food & service where exceptional. It was fathers day. There was a birthday celebration in a corner area, extremely loud. Other everything was fantastic

14/06/2026: We stopped in for dinner and ordered the Battered Cod & Lasagna. Excellent food & friendly service. It gives a cozy, comfortable feel. Elaine took care of us during our visit and wanted to say thank you again.

08/08/2026: What a charming restaurant! A small basement room has been lovingly transformed into a restaurant that feels like a theatrical world. (The only downside is that there are paper tablecloths over the cloth ones.)

01/07/2026: We were a large group upstairs in the restaurant. The set menu had great choice. Duck was amazing, wines delicious.

12/07/2026: Update: one of the best places around the area! if you have bad reviews is because "KARENS" ARE EVERYWHERE! I went for many events and the place was super busy, now I'm back and still very busy but 🤩 iasmin!!!!!🌷🪻🌷 Bunnie Again! and the whole team were incredibly organized, and a special big thanks to the security team. Very professional. I'll definitely be back to try the food ina quiet day and Lagunitas of course!

10/07/2026: Had a few drinks here before the Metallica gigs, great atmosphere and they let you bring food in (as they don't serve food on match days or concert days). Only a short walk to the entrance of the Aviva then!

17/07/2026: Very good vegan burger 🍔 on the menu with fries, and friendly staff. Nice place for a lunch

09/07/2026: We had a delicious pizza here last night on our visit to Kerry. A beautiful setting also. Old church and friendly staff. I recommend the pudding pizza

08/07/2026: It could have been 5 stars if: The pizza dough resembled a cheap supermarket tarte flambée dough, and the topping was neither plentiful nor tasty. There are much better frozen pizzas! So, only 2 stars remain: For the location and the friendly service. What a shame!
