09/09/2026: Nice little coffee, especially after the Dunloe Gap walk.

03/09/2026: Alright place, Food was nice, coffee was a bit burnt but acceptable. Wanted to get breakfast but very limited veg options led us to have just some cake. Quite expensive (€26 for two coffees, 2 cakes and an apple juice), plus the lady at the till added a 10% tip onto the card machine after she told me the price, without saying anything. I understand there's lots of Americans coming through with different tipping culture, but in Ireland I wouldn't expect to tip at a self service cafe, and definitely not without being asked.

10/08/2026: We had a beautiful Sunday breakfast here sitting outside looking out towards Waterford when we had friends visiting. Sunday breakfast is from 10-12 and includes classic breakfasts like full Irish, pancakes, poached eggs, etc.

09/08/2026: Great place for food. It was very busy when we called in for dinner and also the next morning for breakfast. Food is great service is very good and rhe view outside tops of the great experience we had here

03/09/2026: My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your property. The highlights of our stay included: 1. Room 178 — We looked forward to sipping tea while taking in the view of the sea.The air conditioning unit in this room worked. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have extra pillows. 2. Dining — Another of our favorite thing to do was to order breakfast and enjoy it at your Brass bar and cafe. The delicious fruit scones warmed to perfection, the perfectly done scrambled eggs, and the best tea on the planet. The sourdough toasts were also amazing. 3. Staff — We had the pleasure of meeting and engaging with many of your staff members. The ladies at the front desk — Maneesha and Anu, the servers at the Bar — Anna and Raquel were a delight. The young man who served us on the Sept 1st was equally terrific. They are so polite, courteous, and sweet. 4. Location — The location is terrific, especially the bus stop right next to the hotel and across the road.

26/08/2026: We stayed at this hotel for a week with our family, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the bed was especially comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from. My only observation is that the hotel does not provide luggage carts. The distance from the reception to the rooms can be quite long, so having luggage carts available would make the experience much more convenient for guests, especially families with several bags. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

12/09/2026: Great variety of shops. Went up with a group who needed outfits for holidays birthday parties and more. We all picked up something had food and went to the cinema. A great day out under one roof.

09/09/2026: Great restaurant located near the shopping center entrance. Trying different restaurants can be difficult you never know. But Zizzi in Liffey Valley has a warm inviting atmosphere, and smells from the kitchen are wonderful. I ordered the Mushroom Risotto with an additional chicken skewer. Snack starter was a variety of olives, with seeds so be careful. Everything was delicious and piping hot. Dessert was a divine fudge cake. My server Joanna was very nice and patient while I choose my meal for the evening. Brilliant smile and very helpful. So in of your in Ireland and Liffey Valley area.

05/09/2026: Sorted us out on our travels, we were looking for somewhere with a nice Irish breakfast early in the morning & this place couldn't have been more spot on. Lovely pot of tea & fry and nice warm atmosphere.

The terrace is beautiful and such a nice place to sit, especially when the weather is good. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

22/08/2026: EDIT: place has gone awful. Ruined my lunch and my day. Been a customer for years. Unagi portion today was tiny (unlike other reviews), on a bed of too much super hot rice overcooking the unagi. The miso soup way too sweet instead of salty. The unagi sauce was pure brown coloured sugar. The only saving grace was the salmon sushi. When I complained they didn’t do anything, didn’t replace my food nor give any discount. Zero customer service. Actually, who’s was my worst food and customer experience in YEARS. I’ve actually never before experienced restaurant staff not offering any solution and completely ignoring a customers compliant! They only offered to do anything once they saw me typing this review, after paying my bill - ridiculous. Of course rejected the “takeaway food” (?) they offered. Even the tap water was lukewarm instead of cold. Listen to your customers! Left hungry and disappointed. DOWNGRADING TO ONE STAR. AVOID. WORST JAPANESE RESTAURANT IN DUBLIN. OVER TEN YEARS HERE AND I’VE TRIED THEM ALL. ——- Old: Pretty good sushi (for Dublin), very nicely presented, with dry ice and flowers. Miso soup was not to my liking as it was a bit sweet, but that was corrected later. Busy with many Chinese customers - it seems they do authentic Chinese Sichuan food here as well (Chinese menu, it would be great if they had it translated to English as well), which looked quite tasty, must try next time. Great location and nice relaxed atmosphere with relaxed background piano music.

12/07/2026: Despite being very busy when I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and quickly found me a table. The service was prompt and friendly throughout. I had the salmon, followed by a delicious homemade apple pie for dessert, and both were excellent. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, making for a very enjoyable dining experience. I left very happy and would happily recommend
