02/07/2026: A classic old irish bar. No phones allowed.

25/06/2026: Small bar. It's a surprise when you walk in. It's like having a drink in living room. Very cosy if you get a seat. No mobile phones aloud. Only the chat. Great!.

21/07/2026: One of my favourite go to coffee shops. The staff are always so nice and super friendly.

20/07/2026: I had the bacon sausage roll, it was very nice. My wife had the mushroom and pearl barely roll and she said it was amazing. Just be aware of the pigeons looking for crumbs on the benches outside 😄

13/07/2026: Nice and situated away from the town. Easy to get to with plenty of tv screens for whatever sports your into. Food isn't bad either 😋

29/06/2026: It appears that the manager did not exhibit an appropriate or professional approach in dealing with both staff and clients. He maintained a strictly authoritative stance, presenting himself solely as “the boss,” with the expectation that all matters should be handled according to his direction. While I would like to acknowledge that the rest of the team were polite, courteous, and helpful throughout, the situation was adversely affected by the manager’s behaviour. Although the decision in question was not made by him, he ensured that both staff and clients were clearly made aware of this, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. NEVER AGAIN

01/05/2026: The food here is exceptional. I love spicy food and my husband although he enjoys spicy food always gets heartburn from it. There is a good deal of not so spicy food on the menu in Daata however even when he eats food that is spicy in this restaurant he doesn't suffer from heartburn afterwards. I have no idea why this is just it means he can enjoy all the flavours without the pain. The staff are truly lovely. They are well trained and very good at their jobs. I love the atmosphere its friendly and happy. I would highly recommend a visit.

19/07/2026: Service was incredibly slow. So bad we had to get our food to go, as we had to go to work . They do have a sign up saying there maybe a 25 minute wait on food at busy times. Think we were waiting 40mins for 2 full Irish breakfasts. Figure out your kitchen operations. Staff were pleasant. Food was tasty enough. Best hash browns I've ever had 👌🏻 If you are there for a leisurely brunch , then it would be enjoyable. Just dont be in a hurry

21/07/2026: No complaints about anything here. We came for dinner on a Monday night, and it was not super crowded. As it got later it did start getting busier. We did ask if one pizza was enough to split between two people & they said no. I think we would have been happy with just one (unless there's a rule against splitting the pizza then I guess that doesn't matter). I ordered the lasagne and it was delicious. My friend ordered the bianco and was very pleased. We both had espresso martinis, which were also delicious.

10/07/2026: I have been her a lot of times over the years. It’s an excellent Italian restaurant with really fresh and tasty food. Lots of seafood and meat options, aa well as vegetarian. The place has an attentive and friendly staff. Have gotten dine in, take away to my home or into the pub next door and it’s always wonderful.

07/07/2026: I visited this bar today with a friend. The place is beautiful, very nice for a Monday, and I really liked the atmosphere. The interior is lovely, and the candles on the tables create a nice ambiance. Unfortunately, the service and the quality of the drinks did not match the setting. We ordered two Aperol Spritz and I watched the bartender prepare them. She used what appeared to be the last of an old bottle of Prosecco that had lost its bubbles, and the cocktail ended up tasting like water ( like summer fruit) with almost no Aperol flavor. When I politely mentioned that the drink didn’t taste right, instead of trying to resolve the issue, the bartender became defensive and insisted that this was how measurement an Aperol Spritz should be I simply asked if she could add a little more Aperol because the drink had almost no flavor, but her attitude made the situation even more disappointing. I wasn’t asking for a free drink—I was simply expecting the cocktail I paid for to be prepared properly and for my concern to be handled professionally. My recommendation would be to provide better training for the bar staff, not only in preparing classic cocktails but also in customer service. A good attitude and willingness to help customers make a big difference. It’s a shame because the venue is genuinely beautiful, but this experience would make me think twice before returning.

12/07/2026: Despite being very busy when I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and quickly found me a table. The service was prompt and friendly throughout. I had the salmon, followed by a delicious homemade apple pie for dessert, and both were excellent. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, making for a very enjoyable dining experience. I left very happy and would happily recommend

29/05/2026: There’s a free art tour given at 5pm which was incredible - Jonathan’s knowledge was very impressive and just an all round great bloke. Would’ve given a hefty tip if we had any cash! Followed by a few of the best cocktails I’ve ever had in my life - the 1958. Tastes like a spicy marg, looks like a martini. Stunning hotel and the staff were all class, we’d definitely come to stay next time.

27/05/2026: Sensational few days! Service was top class, food was perfect. Staff couldn’t have looked after us any better!

26/07/2026: After a few drinks in the noisy but cozy bar with live music, we went to the restaurant upstairs. There was live music there too. Very nice and atmospheric, but much too loud. Too loud to understand each other during the meal. The waiter was understanding and turned down the volume and showed us to a spot in the smoking area, where it was indeed wonderfully quiet, but of course not a good solution. In the end, we stayed and had a pretty good meal.

22/07/2026: Had lunch and drinks and it was excellent, will certainly return and look forward to it. A special mention for Fiona who looked after us very well and was great craic, she added to our experience and is a great host!! We'll be back!
