02/11/2025: It was our put stop for food..highly recommend this place

17/10/2025: I used to come here with my grandmother as a child so it was important I revisited here. The layout seems different to when I was young but the food tasted the same 😅 the food was good, the service was great and atmosphere here was mellow. Got talking to some locals while having dinner, important I went back to visit one of the first strong women in my life.

18/10/2025: Staff were very friendly and accommodating, threw in some freebies for us as well, due to not having our desired toppings, which is always a great thing. Fast and friendly.

24/10/2025: A great vegan pad Thai! There were several other vegan options that also sounded pretty good. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the place had a pretty good vibe. Worth knowing that there’s a slight discount if you pay with cash! Overall would definitely recommend.

14/10/2025: Such great customer experience, the staff worker Nathan was of great help to me finding stuff around the place. Centra itself is lovely, it gets busy but that’s to be expected from a centra on campus

14/10/2025: It's incredibly frustrating to go for a lunch at UCD Centra if you don't eat chicken. No egg mayo sandwiches in the fridge. If you order tuna or egg mayo for example, this is the level of protein they smear into your roll before a "what chicken do you want?". Head wrecking. To pay full price for this is a joke.

24/10/2025: Visit Marina Cafe today, great service, staff were super friendly and efficient. Food was fabulous we had the Chicken Goujons which came with chips and a beautiful salad. Highly recommend this cafe, you must stop if your in Killybegs. Keep up the great work, I will definately be returning, Thank you

10/10/2025: Went here for lunch today. Interior is lovely..coffee was fine ..I ordered a slow cooked roast beef panini …..I can only describe the beef as a piece of rubber…I’m glad we just ordered 1 between us. I’m stuck for words…. Grizzle and fat??? See pic….

06/10/2025: Small but charming place in Italian style. Amazing food, especially Panini with Mortadella!🤌 I higly recommend that restaurant!

20/09/2025: Finally! The day before our departure, after 2 weeks of traveling, we ate the Best Breakfast, the cheapest. Family atmosphere. Come and walk in this neighborhood, the C2 buses etc. are direct.

29/08/2025: Excellent Irish breakfast!! Exceptional value for money! For only €8.50 you get a typical Irish breakfast and a drink! Only a few minutes by bus from Dublin city center where you would have paid double. A real restaurant that's not a tourist trap. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to go there.

02/08/2025: One of the best coffees I've had in Ireland. Coffee and sausage roll was the best combo. How nice is their shop front. Even nicer inside too.

01/06/2025: Best coffee in Carlow hands down. Specialty coffee made by skilled baristas. Silkiest flat white I have ever had!

20/10/2025: 6 ladies dined here on Saturday evening for my special birthday celebrations. The ambience, service, wine and food was excellent. We had an amazing evening and I would definitely recommend. (Best lasagne I have ever had) next time I’m in Dublin I will be returning. 🥰

09/10/2025: Booked to celebrate a 40th birthday for 9 of us, they were accommodating for the booking just a few days before the event. Sadly that was where the pleasantries ended, the restaurant was very dark/dull which made the menu hard to read, I asked a couple of times if the battery operated lights could be replaced as no light was coming off them - this was ignored, drinks orders need chasing up/didn’t materialise, only a single small jug was offered for water. The food was ok, nothing special and was definitely overpriced. The toilets were dirty, had no toilet paper etc. despite it being early and the place practically empty. And no recognition of the celebratory occasion. I can’t say I’ll be recommending this place to anyone.

12/09/2025: I honestly found this place very disappointing. The prices are way too high for what you actually get. I ordered vanilla ice cream, but it had almost no flavor at all – very bland. We also tried the White Ferrari crêpe, which was undercooked and looked unappetizing after just a couple of bites. The whipped cream wasn’t sweet and even seemed curdled. On top of that, the staff weren’t friendly and acted as if they didn’t want to be there. Overall, not an experience I’d recommend, and I wouldn’t go back.

07/10/2025: Lovely golf course, great value for money and I’m surprised it’s not more widely talked about. I played the New/Championship course off the tips and a real good fair challenge with beautiful holes and in great condition. The club itself has a lovely feel to it as though members really enjoy and take pride in the place. Highly recommend for golfers of all standards

15/09/2025: A great first time playing golf in Ireland. My special thanks to all in the golf shop Darren. Great company with Kevin Brendan and Declan. And thanks to Tom the club captain for a warm welcome. The restaurant food was beautiful and look forward to returning g to the Headfort soon.

23/10/2025: Perfect for a tea and croissant. Lovely atmosphere, warm and cosy and the gentlemen serving Jorge, lovely lovely man. Highly recommend this place.

13/10/2025: We stopped into Tatler Jacks for an evening meal whilst in Killarney, my husband had the fish n chips & I had the daily special of Roast Irish lamb with Champ & veggies - the servings were large, the food cooked well & we enjoyed every bite. The staff were all very friendly & offered help in finding me my very first taste of Irish whisky - the whisky menu was HUGE! Later in the evening the music started, the bar filled out to standing room only & we thoroughly enjoyed a great night of Irish craic!

09/10/2025: Went to the restaurant, food was excellent. Service in the beginning was amazing but after we got are food we did wait a bit for refills on our drinks.
