23/09/2026: Always a good place for lunch. Great food

16/09/2026: We had a late booking for 25 people. They accommodated us and provided fabulous food and excellent friendly service by the floor staff.

08/05/2026: I feel like I was captured by the faeries and set down in a romantic Merchant Ivory film! I tooled around the West with friends for 9 days. They left, and I stayed here for two magical days. Everything - the hospitality of the house, the history, its surroundings. The stillness is just phenomenal. I think I’m just going to have to write some poetry when I get home! ☘️

02/05/2026: A quiet location in the beautiful country away from the hussle and busy of busy daily life. Fabulous food and friendly professional staff. Dietary requirements are not an issue.

03/09/2026: Nice pub for any Celtic fan ! Better quality broadcasts of the matches, as well as uninterrupted broadcasts, would be appreciated.

18/07/2026: Fantastic family-run Italian restaurant. You can really tell it's run by Italians who care about the quality of the food. The chicken was delicious, and the fresh-cut chips were some of the nicest I've ever had. There's a huge menu with plenty of pizzas and other options, so there's something for everyone. Great food, friendly service, and highly recommended!

28/04/2026: The food was excellent, didn’t stay in the accommodation but would highly recommend for a lovely meal. The sizzling prawns and pan fried hake was beautiful.

04/08/2026: Staff so nice with to staff from work and one of the girls 2 kids and the staff could not have been better. Food 10 out of 10.

31/07/2026: I got the "fresh burgers" but I thought that I would get an actual burger, and not a patty. That wasn't the main problem. The patty was chewy, mushy, and tasteless. The carrots were hard, cold, and tasted uncooked. The mash was somehow salty and dry. The cabbage was hard and unpleasant. The potatoes tasted like plastic. The trays were also quite sticky, and some had crumbs on them. They obviously weren't washed too well, if at all. Also the smell when coming through the front door was putrid, but only lasted a minute or two. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and kind.

20/09/2026: I like this shop and the range of items for the home is super. It's a pity there are not more staff on the shop floor to consult.

14/08/2026: Without doubt the best restaurant, not only in Swords but in Dublin! If you have not been, you might miss it from outside, but when you walk in , it’s simple 5 ⭐️set up, service & friendliness from the owners & the food is nearly 6⭐️! Chicken wings to die for & pasta & pizza combination which we had was out of this world.. I’d go back every night if I could.. 😋

29/06/2026: I have only eaten here once and enjoyed the food experience very much. My mains was for better than my starter. We were 3 in our group and everyone enjoyed their meal. We will be back.. .

09/09/2026: A beautiful historic building with really good coffee – not so easy to find in Ireland. Delicious cakes.

14/08/2026: What a credit to owners and staff. Super food, lovely listed period fort, and well worth a visit for a bite to eat and a coffee, all while overlooking the River Shannon. A lovely spot!

20/09/2026: All food tastes the same. The service is terrible, the waitress added 20% for tip when we said 10%, they didn’t provide such a good service to earn it. The worst place to eat in Dublin. Totally a Tourist tramp.
