07/01/2026: If you're Brazilian, you'll love it! The reception and kitchen staff are all Brazilian. I loved that they gave Brazilians the opportunity to work, and when they meet us, the way they welcome us is amazing! I loved it!

18/01/2026: This pub is very well located, in a lovely corner of Westport. The team is very welcoming and effective, which makes the waiting time very little! The food is good, portions are very generous and tasty. It is a very small, traditional, and well themed pub. I like the overall energy. I recommend.

14/03/2026: We stayed here for a competition and the manager moved breakfast to be earlier so our team has time to eat without having to rush and go. They accommodated to all of our needs which we really appreciated especially when there was about 60 of us.

Not only is the coffee so delicious but the staff are absolutely amazing and super friendly.
The atmosphere in the yard and the vibe this coffee spot brings to Clonmel is exceptional.
Mouth watering treats to add with your coffee the only place to go for a coffee in Clonmel Thursday to Sunday.

The Club House Hotel

02/02/2026: Super quaint and homey hotel that made me feel like it was 20 years ago, but in a good way. Perfect location only minutes away from all the main things to do. The bar was very slow service and the bartender seemed super stressed out. We just ended up leaving as we sat at the hotel bar for nearly 10 minutes without her coming back to take our drink order after I asked for a cocktails menu.
27/01/2026: Clean, comfortable rooms. Not terribly big. We had booked a twin but ended up with a double. There were 3 rooms booked for our party and the heat in all 3 was overpowering upon entry.
Breakfast was an unfortunate let down. Good number of parking spaces out back. Good location to walk into town.

04/01/2026: Really poor. Website advertised kitchen open until 9 pm. Tried to place an order at 19.37 to be told that the kitchen closed at 19.30. Despite our group placing an order at 19.26 and pizzas did not arrive until 19.55 they would not accept an order for two pizzas. Stonky behaviour by manager Gary Caughlan who demanded that the kitchen closed. Staff obviously still on site. No incentive to return.
Would definitely not recommend this pub as a place to go to in blackrock

18/12/2025: I had my yearly get together with my best friend and our daughters here this year. The food was fab, the atmosphere was really lovely and the servers could not have been nicer. It was a wonderful place to meet up we will certainly return in the future
