The best restaurants

23/09/2026: I was there 10 years ago with my parents and came back last night because we had such a lovely time at first but i have to say I was a bit disappointed. The quality of the food , the atmosphere, the dancers was not the same it was 10 years ago, only 2 small piecesof lamb in the whole stew and the dancers were lifeless, for the price I was expecting more. Service was great staff was very friendly and helpful. Music was great but too much chat in between the songs.

23/09/2026: We were very much looking forward to the show, then so disappointed. My wife bought tickets online, but we were actually staying at the Arlington. Our seats (T-311), were beside the stage and offered only a side view of the stage never once seeing the lead female singer on the far side of the stage. The acoustics were terrible! From our seats we could barely make out and words, everything sounded like loud base vibration, a couple of people around us were plugging their ears. This was likely due to us being situated behind the speakers, but terrible sound. There was a TV screen, but you couldn’t make anything out. Sorry to say, the food was mediocre at best, and service was lacking. I will say that the entertainment (especially the dancers, the female singer and the flute player) were terrific. The place began to clear out about 45 minutes early, allowing my wife and I to sneak to a table more in front of the stage, which was considerably better. These were the same price as what we paid BTW. We were then able to better appreciate the entertainment. In short, for what we paid, we should have been able to see the whole stage, not backsides and a TV screen.

07/09/2026: Seven euros for an ice cream that tastes like nothing. The pistachio tastes like nothing, the caramel tastes like chocolate. Take a trip to Italy and you'll truly understand what selling ice cream means. Shame on you.

22/09/2026: Good variety of products, but the quality control is very disappointing. Almost every month, I find expired products on the shelves. Today, I drank a chocolate milk drink without noticing it was 3 months out of date. This is not the first time I have found expired products in the store. Please improve the checks on expiry dates, as this is a serious issue for customers.

30/08/2026: Great spot, great food, great atmosphere and great staff! It became the official place for birthday parties within our group of friends. Vegan options for pizza and a really good selection of beer -and wine- on tap. Special shoutout to Colin, who’s an absolute gentleman, and poured me one of the best pints of Guiness I had in a long time. Can’t go wrong with The Circular!

29/07/2026: The meal was excellent and hearty, featuring delicious local produce. I 100% recommend this traditional pub.

19/05/2026: While looking for dinner (it was already very late that evening), we stopped by the hotel. Even though the kitchen was already closed, they made us two delicious sandwiches. We had some top-notch Guinness to go with them. The bartender was very friendly!

23/08/2026: Great place for live jazz on Sunday afternoon. Quick but not excessive service. Definitely a place to visit again when back in Dublin. Good public transportation to get you there from downtown

14/08/2026: Great, tastefully renovated interior, fantastic outdoor beer garden. A small, basic menu, but food quality is good.

03/06/2026: Comfortable accommodation for a night in town. Breakfast was very nicely presented and tasty. My small room had a wonderful view out to the ocean.

10/08/2026: Basic room, but had everything needed. Staff was very responsive. Breakfast was awesome. Irish breakfast is big enough for two. Lively pub with lots of local patrons. Would be a great place for those looking for a pint of Guinness after a day of travel.

07/09/2026: One of my favorite pubs in Dublin. It has several terraces, one of which is heated. The food is good. Reservations are recommended as it's always very busy. The food is delicious. The wings are their specialty. The calamari is very tasty, but the portion is quite small.

12/09/2026: Popped in recently for the first time, my sever was a man named Eoin. He made ny visit so memorable! He was so knowledgeable about the menu and the wine and was genuinely just so personable and kind. Had the foccacia sandwich and it was delicious! Will definitely be coming back!

22/09/2026: The best Italian in Malahide (and all of Ireland if you ask me)! The food is made with heart and their people care about giving you a great experience. I will definitely return 🍝🍕

20/09/2026: Sette is my go to restaurant every time I visit Ireland. It is worth the trip from Dublin City Centre. The food is outstanding, lovely staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. Best Italian food I've had and I already can't wait for my next trip! (Get the carbonara - you won't regret it!!!)
