31/08/2026: I'm very satisfied because my partner and I went for lunch and I ordered salmon without specifying that I'm lactose intolerant. When the dish arrived, I immediately realized my mistake because it was a cream sauce and I couldn't eat it. I explained this to the waitress, and she promptly offered me another salmon dish and asked how I wanted it prepared and what side dish I'd like. The new dish they served was delicious, perfectly cooked with vegetables and fries; in short, I loved it. The manager came to ask if everything was alright. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and all the attention we received. We'll be back soon.

29/08/2026: The coffee is really good, and you can tell the staff know how to make proper coffee for people who appreciate it ,no need for syrups or anything extra. Just really good-quality coffee, lovely friendly staff, and a cosy atmosphere. The perfect place to hide from the rain with a good cup of coffee!

23/08/2026: If you like oat flat whites or oat cappuccinos I wouldn’t recommend coffee angel. I have been here so many times. Too many. It’s overpriced and more importantly the coffee is just never good. The milk is frothed so badly and it never tastes good. Always a bit too sour and “off” tasting. Not a cosy cafe, I don’t think the staff really care for the craft but that’s a judgement.

10/08/2026: Food is fine but my stomach turned when I saw the horrible ai images used on the website. Why would I order from a place thats too lazy to take a few pictures and would rather us ai slop. Whoever approved this needs to be sacked asap

20/09/2026: Beautifully decorated, authentic French bistro serving delicious croissants, savoury and sweet, and the cakes and pastries just look so inviting. This is a truly gorgeous place and well worth a visit.

10/07/2026: Very disappointing experience. My wife and I spent over 100 euros on dinner here, expecting a pleasant evening. Instead, I found a fly in my Chick Stirfry. I immediately called the manager to show her the problem. Rather than apologizing or taking responsibility, I was told that because we were sitting outside, the fly must have flown into my food after it was served. The situation was handled in a rude and unprofessional way. There was no apology, and I was still expected to pay for a dish I could not eat. I left with a bad mood after paying so much for a ruined dinner and being treated with such disrespect. Avoid this place if you do not want your evening spoiled. I would not recommend this restaurant based on the way this situation was handled.

24/06/2026: desperately lack ventilation I stayed here during the summer, and the rooms do not have air conditioning. To make matters worse, the window was extremely small and wouldn't open more than a hand's span, meaning there was absolutely no air circulation. If a room doesn't have AC, the windows at least need to open fully. Aside from this major issue, everything else was very good—the hotel is beautiful, the spa is excellent, and the location right by the river offers a fantastic view. They just really need to improve the room ventilation.

07/08/2026: Food is well priced and excellent. Bonus if you eat or drink outside, you get the brilliant music from the fountain pub which is well worth a visit.

06/08/2026: We saw this bar while we were shopping in Cork & I'm very glas we did. The lady who seated us was very helpful. The food was lovely. I had ciabatta chicken which was lovely. Although highly recommended

01/09/2026: Ate some delicious Bibimbap and sweet potatoes noodles. Also got to take our own miso soup portion. Lovely staff and great atmosphere, will definitely be coming back to try the other dishes!!!

28/06/2026: Let’s start with most important part so food, absolute perfection I’m baker myself and I ordered pistachio square which was delicious and definitely had some real raspberries inside . Great coffee also , friendly staff and I have to mention great music such bangers when I was there . I wish you were closer to me , very happy I stopped here for my cuppa .

20/06/2026: Was just charged €16.50 for a sourdough and a jalepano loaf. Absolute rip off. They also cannot handle a crowd and service needs massive improvement. Obvs will never go back with them prices

22/06/2026: This neighborhood restaurant in Cabinteely never fails to impress. The quality of the food surpasses that of any other Indian restaurant I have visited, and that's been quite a few! The presentation of the food is amazing, particularly the starters is akin to something you might see in a Michelin star restaurant.
