13/08/2025: I had the opportunity to stop in during my late travels at the Seaview House Hotel & Spa, on Oct 16, 2019. I would call it a manor rather than a house, with its beautiful gardens and historically themed interior. Not far from the property, you can take a walk along the shoreline and take in panoramic views unlike any you've seen before. I was fortunate they had availability, as I arrived late that night, but the accommodations were no less than expected. The following morning, I had a chance to dine in the breakfast hall and enjoy a freshly cooked breakfast. I had the company of other guests, one of whom stood out a young woman with her daughter sitting at the table next to mine. Her daughter was like a young duckling, full of life, so to speak. The hotel itself, along with its staff, went far beyond expectations. I would have loved to stay longer, but I needed to attend to my business endeavours. If you're looking for a quiet, family-oriented spa retreat, there's nothing quite like stopping in at the Seaview House Hotel & Spa a true country inn, if you will for anyone in need of relaxation.

10/08/2025: The place is magnificent. A beautiful residence in a sumptuous park. The rooms are large with a beautiful view. The bedding is comfortable. The dinner is quality, as is the breakfast. The service is impeccable and so attentive.

16/09/2025: Spent 3 days at this Inn and love it. They even put a fridge and microwave in the room for us. The staff and owners couldn't do enough for you. And the Trans night is a must

12/10/2025: Amazing food, friendly service. I’d give the atmosphere a higher rating but we were inexplicably put in a corner upstairs where we were the only patrons for about an hour, away from the nice vibe downstairs.

15/09/2025: Very local place with great meal deals and an authentic vibe. The service was very helpful and patient with us and you get to choose your own ingredients for sandwiches, different cakes and a soup of the day. We’ve loved it and it’s perfect if you’re looking for a place to eat away from the usual tourist places.

03/11/2025: Ballyseede Castle Hotel was one of the highlights of our wonderful trip to Ireland. We stayed for 2 nights and I wish our stay could have been longer. Our room and ensuite was beautiful and it had such nice amenities. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. For our first night's stay, we had a delicious meal in their formal dining room and we were treated like royalty. And we had a lovely view while we enjoyed our dinner too! Balleseede Castle has so many beautiful sites to visit that are close by - we enjoyed the Ring of Kerry and then returned weary and worn out and enjoyed having a low key dinner at the castle before turning in for our 2nd night's stay. During our last breakfast, we thoroughly enjoyed talking with Doreen - she was a delight and gave such top tier service! And to top it off, we got to meet Dolan, which is their youngest Irish Wolfhound. He was so sweet! Thanks to all the Staff at Ballyseede Castle - we will never forget our lovely stay on October 7-8, 2025. And we hope we can return some day. Joe and Jeanette (Ohio USA)

30/10/2025: A wonderful stay. We spent two nights at 'The Lodge' and had a large, stylishly furnished, clean room with a very spacious bathroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was superb, and the orangery and pub were simply wonderful. Another highlight was the fantastic park with its animals, especially the Irish wolfhounds and donkeys. Absolutely idyllic.

13/10/2025: Still dreaming of our delicious Chocolate Guinness cake from our wedding… Gary was a pleasure to work with and even designed the cake to match the flowers on my dress. The cake was moist and the buttercream was not too sweet, just perfect. Setup was seamless and the cake was ready in our ballroom by the time we arrived for dinner. Highly recommend!

02/10/2025: O’Carroll’s Bakery came through for us on short notice with the most delicious vegan cupcakes. My daughter was thrilled to have a safe, egg-free treat for her granddad’s birthday. Wonderful service and amazing cupcakes—we’ll definitely be back!

29/09/2025: I was with a wheelchair user and an autistic man and it was the best I have been to my son is moving to the area so hope to go more often as not from the area.

17/08/2025: Lovely spot. Food delicious. We had cabbage and bacon and crumbed chicken with peppercorn sauce for lunch and sherry trifle and apple crumble for dessert. Staff lovely. A lot of couples and families came in and out. A really lovely spot with tasty, reasonably priced food.
