The best restaurants

02/09/2026: Just arrived home from a five day trip. Wanted a nice meal out for the last evening so pleased we found this restaurant the food was so good everything hot and well cooked delicious 10/10 but what really made it was the staff the owner a lovely man(rest your back) the kitchen member who greeted us on arrival and the lovely young lad who served us well done everyone we wish you all the best in this crazy world just a shame we live four hours away otherwise would definitely be regular customers thankyou for a lovely welcome

01/09/2026: I often buy from Just Eat. However, this time we collected, so I went into the restaurant. I was greeted by a gentleman at the front who was very welcoming, smiley, and professional. He asked my name and went to retrieve my order. When he came back, he held the receipt up and checked that everything on the receipt was in the bag. I appreciated that level of service from Nandon's. The food is just so delicious it makes my mouth have a dance party, so many flavours and textures. The portions are generous and I am always full up come the end... Actually, I love their food so much that even when I'm full up I don't want to stop! Sometimes, I leave some for the next day to heat in the microwave. I've never sat in the restaurant itself, but I still recommend it. It's the only Indian I'll order from where I live.

31/05/2026: Nice little hotel. Located right on the main road. Tourists partying until 3 a.m., constant truck and bus traffic make for a very noisy night. To top it all off, directly opposite is the local wheelbarrow vendor who starts loading his wheelbarrows with bricks from a distance of 10 meters at 5 a.m. Surely he's getting revenge on the revelers. It's a shame because the girls put in a lot of effort.

25/05/2026: Our golf group stayed at McSweeny Arms and we loved it!! Kelly Anne and her staff were the best. Cant imagine staying anywhere else. Rioms were prefect and the breakfast was first class! Red Breast nightcaps were a hit as well. Eight grumpy ole men absolutely loved it!! tc

07/08/2026: Had a great experience at Subway! The food was fresh and the service was excellent. Special thanks for both boys for being so friendly, helpful, and professional. Great customer service and a welcoming attitude. Definitely recommend this Subway!

14/01/2026: This bed-and-breakfast in the centre of Clones was truly special. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm, family-like atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The food was wonderful. Ann and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room was warm, cozy, and comforting. It meant more to me than just a place to stay — I’m very grateful and would highly recommend it.

26/09/2026: This was so good! Today I tried the Rice Bowl which was bursting with flavour! Huge Portion! Full of colour and texture -absolutely delicious! 😃 I was sad I couldn't get the chickpea bowl but breakfast had finished so that's understandable! The Rice Bowl definitely made up for it🍜

22/09/2026: Beautiful venue - spacious, funky, clean and comfortable, ideal for long breakfast and chat with old friend. Free parking which is handy. Great service - courteous and efficient. Food was nice but room for improvement - especially the eggs royale. Eggs were perfectly poached, large portion of smoke trout (nearly too much). Another slice of bread and some greenery/salad will elevate this dish. Cappuccino also needs improvement - too foamy, and taste more like milky coffee with lots of foam topping. Will return to try the lunch.

04/09/2026: Loved it, best thai restaurant in ireland. Best camile thai across the Ireland. They are still killing it. Great place for nice Thai food.

29/08/2026: Ordered takeout. Asked for two prawn dishes and there were bits of chicken in both of them which we don’t eat. We also asked for disposable cutlery and chilli sauce which they didn’t send with the order. Quite disappointed. Food was good until we discovered the meat we didn’t ask for. Won’t go back. Order took forever to arrive as well. Wasn’t the driver’s fault as it took them very long to prepare. We called the restaurant. Wasn’t satisfied with their response

27/08/2026: Great place to stay. Easy check in process, parking and breakfast included, very friendly and helpful staff.

16/06/2026: Harry is a good lad, the rest of them im not too sure about. Harry is really handsome and his hands are soft like cream cheese. He pulls a good pint and runs a good quiz. Hi dad, harry.

26/05/2026: The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the visit. Even with the unusual heat today, the management and team made sure the café remained comfortable by carefully adjusting the air conditioning system to maintain a pleasant indoor temperature. This thoughtful attention to customer comfort is greatly appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent. A big thank you to the whole team!

31/08/2026: Hands down the best pastries on the Ring of Kerry. We were blown away by the selection and quality. Everything was so fresh. We couldn’t help ourselves and purchased two pastries each but we should have bought two of everything.

04/08/2026: I got an assortment of treats today! Some were lovely- especially the cupcakes and custard pastry. We did not enjoy the rocky road or brownie. Unfortunately there was an overpowering taste from the cooking chocolate used in its making. The artificial sweetness wasn’t enjoyable.
