The best restaurants

16/06/2025: Trying somewhere new, got a matcha and banana bread. Matcha was not good, very bitsy and disappointing. Banana bread was quite dry but flavour was grand! Didn’t try the coffee but if you wanted matcha maybe try somewhere else unfortunately.

11/06/2025: I really love it here. Staff are very friendly, great coffee and my dog is always welcome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

20/10/2025: Food is lovely. Always on time and very reasonable prices. We love the meal deals as there is a lot of us.

14/10/2025: Ordered noodles with mushrooms and onions. Came with noodles and then slimy mushrooms and onions on top swimming sauce

23/08/2025: There is a comedy bar upstairs and out the back of the bar has an area for bands to play. Good atmosphere in the bar and the there is a good selection of drinks.

08/11/2025: The food here so consistent. Breakfast is great and the selection is great to choose from. Its December 2017 and the service is fab The new Manager Nicole knows what great service is it comes natural. Bar Manager Dennis is sound Darren the barman is very professional. Christine great with customers gone Now Lovely girl A credit to the oldborough. 100% Nice selection of beers try the Devils Backbone. Food and service here is great. A great starting place. Let's not forget the chef and kitchen staff waitress and waiters. A nice friendly atmosphere here. Amy and all the guys Well done to all the staff. 08/11/2025: Very less staff on the counter always slow and they don’t care much if customers are waiting when food and drinks are ordered on the app they don’t even bring the drink on time all the ice gets melted and the drink doesn’t even taste good… very bad service

09/09/2025: This use to be a lovely pub - I remember I use to pop in for a pint and a sambo on a quiet Sunday afternoon as a hangover curer! The lady that use to serve me was so lovely and friendly, as well as the thin bald man. I remember I said to my family we should go down sometime for a sandwich with the dog as I noticed they allowed dogs on their premises. I then brought my elderly mother down with the dog and we sat down and were met by big bell-ied bald man that was horrible to us! Very rude and nasty and d poor dog even hated it! Big belly-ied boy was too lazy to serve a sambo! I went back two or three times after this and every time that big belly boy was there, you’d know you’d have a terrible experience! Pub would be better without him! Please leave lad, patrons do not like you

02/10/2025: we got pizza & wings delivered from here last night - delivery time excellent!! the food was absolutely amazing- we had a simple margharita, chicken wings with blue cheese dip - the pizza was incredible better than some I've tasted in italy - seriously tasty & the wings & dip were out of this world - the combination of taste impressed me so much - I will never go anywhere else for pizza & wings again THANK YOU FOR A DELICIOUS MEAL & if you haven't tried it then trust me you won't be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

14/09/2025: I would like to think that I was an isolated case with so many good reviews, the pizza was terrible. I ordered delivery and it is true it arrived hot but they had almost no toppings and the dough was chewy, my mouth hurt after chewing so much, I will not order here again.

16/10/2025: Food was ok and delicious. The atmosphere was noisy and the tables are too close to each other. You can listen in on others conversation.

15/10/2025: If you like to experience authentic ramen and gyoza in Dublin, this is one of the best spots that I'll recommend in the heart of the city. It's a value for money spot. Must try their Gyoza and Ramens!

25/09/2025: This was BY FAR the best place I stayed on my two weeks vacation in Ireland. Only a few minutes walk from the center, it is right next to the river and it’s just magical. I had the Riverside Suite which is split in two levels. You enter the room from the main floor. There you access to a private vintage looking living room with a tv, cute looking chimney and sofas. Then on the first floor you have a cute bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. The suite is just perfect and makes you feel like your in a little appartment. I only had two nights there and I regretted not taking even more. The staff is so kind and makes sure you’re well taking care of and the breakfast are to die for. As a solo traveler I felt really safe there and I will be returning there in the same room. It was just perfect perfect perfect.

11/09/2025: A nice cafe, the menu looked good and the food was tasty. Sadly, the portions we had for lunch were really very small and we both left still feeling hungry. It was expensive and just didn’t feel like value for money, due to portion size.

02/04/2025: Amazing Oat flat white perfectly balanced and silky milk texture. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Tried the new flatbreads, told they were home made and was very impressed. 10/10 Specialty coffee done right
