05/03/2025: If you are a true Indian/Pakistani food connoisseur, you wouldn't like the food at all. It was the only halal place open that Sunday. I wouldn't go there again, nor would I recommend it to family or friends. It was a bit pricey, too.

24/02/2025: Food was STUNNING. Came here for Valentine’s Day and was super cute. Spicebag chips were unbelievable and dessert was heavenly. Such a cute date spot. Cocktail was nice too

24/02/2025: Beautiful restaurant. Interior is very inviting and the food was out of this world. If you’re looking fancy street type food this is your place. Chloe & gio were looking after us, they were super friendly and very accommodating! Will definitely be back!

25/02/2025: There's a reason why I haven't been in years and I will never go again. Truly awful experience - from the moment you arrive you make your way to the table but have to go up to the counter to order the food yourself. You have to fetch your own cutlery and your own drinks. The drinks wouldn't be so bad if they were reasonably valued or included in any meal deals - but of course, they're not. You're paying €54 to feed two adults and two kids without a drink. The most overpriced and underwhelming food. Horrible value for money. The stingiest portion of chips I think I have ever received whilst eating out, ever. The 4 boneless pieces of chicken thighs are like a starter portion and that's being generous. They don't even apply the seasoning or toss the chips in it, just lump a huge amount of it on one or two or three chips. There you go, toss it yourself - we're not arsed. The lack of effort or energy is amazing. Mad egg is superior in every aspect. A few doors down. Avoid Nandos like the plague.

16/12/2024: Stopped by this pub in Sligo on our way down the West Coast and so pleased we did - really friendly people who made us feel welcome. Shout out to Anne behind the bar - you made our day thank you! Everyone seemed to know each other in this traditional pub, a local pub I think. Free street parking out front. Cash only - there is an ATM across the road.

28/10/2024: Had a great night here. Met up with Heather's relatives. The atmosphere was amazing. The Guinness was spot on.

07/03/2025: Fancied a couple pints, but I had my dog with me. They allowed me to enter and go in to the beer garden, which was great because my dog isn't small 🙃. Everyone was great even Tommy loved it.

25/02/2025: Unfortunately, my first experience at this place was not pleasant. And I came to check previous reviews and found out many people complaining about how the host treated them. I decided to visit because I had WON some gift cards at work and wanted to share a special night with my friends enjoying some cocktails, I was so happy to invite them there and I booked a table in Open table (no restrictions were showed). Upon arrival, the host informed us in an unfriendly manner that if we didn’t order food, we couldn’t sit at a table, only at the bar, despite the place being completely empty. While we understood the restaurant’s policy, the way it was communicated made us feel uncomfortable from the start. We were seated in an area behind a wall, which made it difficult to receive service since no one came to take our order. We need to beg for service, call someone more than 3 times. Additionally, when I politely asked if I could borrow a charger (as I had seen one plugged in right in front of us at the bar), the staff member said he would check but never returned or gave us an answer. He could just say no, do not make wait. The service was poor and unwelcoming, I cannot explain my feeling enough. The service completely ruined the experience. For a place of this category, I expected a wonderful night and I received the worst ever.

25/02/2025: A beautiful starter that I would have been happy to have eaten as a main but then a €40'something steak that was disappointing. Seated in front of the kitchen so you'd think the warmest spot in the kitchen but my wife had to put her coat back on! Freezing!

21/01/2025: My last visit to this location was a few years ago and the restaurant was a bit run down and neglected then. Went back recently on a Sunday as we heard that it had been done up. Lots of parking as usual, place very clean, good buzz coming from the restaurant as we went up the stairs. Room was fairly full. Unfortunately the only menu was a quite limited all-day brunch, and the first couple of things I ordered were sold out. What we got was adequate but not exciting. Staff were lovely, friendly and efficient. Would I recommend it? Probably not, purely because of the lack of a good selection of food. But I'd love to see this place do well, it's an interesting location and could be so much better with a few more substantial main courses on the menu. Really it's café food in a restaurant setting. Oh but the Kinder milkshake was fab, highly recommend that!
