23/11/2025: First time going here and we loved it, fabulous food and atmosphere. The service was very fast and good menu options.

18/11/2025: Lovely bar and nice setting beside the canal. Thought the portions were very small and I was still pretty hungry after a main dish. Cocktails are good and well served.

22/02/2026: The worst hotel experience I have ever had! I stayed for 3 nights and I deeply regret choosing this hotel. On Saturday night into Sunday, at 3:00 AM, a party organized in the hotel restaurant finally ended. I thought we would finally be able to sleep. I was wrong. The guests from the party moved into room 3 and continued the celebration with loud music, shouting, and unbearable noise. I was staying in room 5 and it was absolutely impossible to rest. The entire night was completely ruined. I went to the reception and informed the gentleman there about the situation. His shocking response was: “I can’t do anything, they paid for the restaurant.” Seriously? I also paid for 3 nights of accommodation to sleep, not to be forced to participate in other people’s party. At the moment I am writing this review, it is 05:25 AM and the party in room 3 is still going on with no intervention from the hotel staff. This is completely unacceptable! This shows a total lack of respect for guests who come here to rest. If the hotel allows parties until early morning and then lets guests continue in their rooms without any control, this is not a hotel — it’s a nightclub. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and rest. Poor service, indifferent staff, and zero concern for guests’ comfort. An extremely disappointing experience!

21/02/2026: I recently ate in the fairways the place is very comfortable and staff are great but I did not enjoy the pizza it tasted like it was from a box and not the stone able pizza as advertised other then that the place is great !

04/03/2026: Been here a few times for different things and honestly one of the worst places I've been. Food is mediocre at best. The service is always shocking and the general vibe is always bad. Don't want to be so harsh but it's the way it is.

02/02/2026: Had fabulous pizzas at Tom Skinny’s today.Very generous toppings on generous sized pizzas.Excellent staff, checked in with us on two occasions-lovely ambiance.Will definitely make a return visit.Could not fault in any way - delighted teenagers leaving.

19/09/2025: Fantastic food, super service! This is a beautiful and cosy restaurant ideal for a quiet date night or a celebration meal. The food was delicious, Hake, Monkfish, Pork medallions and the Duck were all faultless. Not to mention the Lemon soufflé or Chocolate Pot, both fabulous!

15/01/2026: We were happy to find something open serving food in Doolin, early January is their quietest time of year. The food and service was very good, but the restaurant area lacked a little atmosphere there being few customers.

05/01/2026: I first ate at this place back in 2017, and I recently came back. I still remembered that they had the best fish and chips I had ever tried in my life, and that memory did not disappoint. I never forgot the flavor or how good the food was here, even after so many years. Coming back confirmed that it truly deserves the reputation. The fish is perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the flavor is outstanding. It brought back great memories and met my expectations completely. I can honestly say it is still one of the best fish and chips experiences I have had. One hundred percent recommended if you are visiting. Greetings all the way from Mexico.

19/11/2025: Delicious!! Shared the Raclette burger and the Hot Honey Glazed chicken and both were superb. The garlic parmesan fries were absolutely perfect. And the pistachio milkshake 😋. Server Yana was also super friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of. My only complaint - it was a bit chilly inside. Wear an extra layer!

14/11/2025: Very nice burger. Slate that the burger was served was way to small. Also one little paper napkin that came with it wasn't enough. But burgers were delicious. I'll be back if around 😁

23/10/2025: Beautiful place, good coffee, nice atmosphere, and very friendly staff. I was there twice during my stay in Dublin, a wonderful experience.

07/03/2026: I love how aesthetically pleasing this place is. The service is top-notch. The space is bright and welcoming. I'm glad I was able to order the continental breakfast, which was delicious and healthy. We also had a burger.

24/02/2026: I just wanted to start off by saying I am not one to ever leave a bad or negative review for a business but we are so upset and incredibly disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. My partner had booked a table for Valentine’s Day well in advance and received multiple confirmation emails confirming our reservation. We were really looking forward to a special evening together. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was completely closed. There was no notice, no explanation — nothing. We tried calling multiple times while standing outside, but no one answered the phone. It was extremely embarrassing and upsetting, especially on an occasion that is meant to be special. To make matters worse, I sent an email the Monday after Valentine’s Day to raise the issue and at least receive some form of acknowledgement or apology. We have heard absolutely nothing back. Not even a basic response to acknowledge their mistake. Our entire evening was ruined, and the complete lack of communication or accountability since then has made the situation even more disappointing. We understand that issues can arise, but the total absence of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable. We won’t be returning and would not recommend booking here for any occasion

29/11/2025: Bar man said we were "too rowdy" and "causing hassle for others". Disappointed by the service considering the photo attached is how we were for the night. Bar man took a photo of us all and didn't say anything concerning and then decided we were all too mouldy and causing hassle for others despite us being the only people present. No wonder small bars are losing business when this is what people are met with.
