06/05/2026: AMAZING came countless times, always with good quality, portion and services

04/05/2026: Bit of a disaster. Floor staff were nice but there was no food coming out of the kitchen. Everyone in the restaurant was annoyed waiting for the food. The cocktails were badly prepared. No sign of a manager, just teenagers trying to run the place. When food finally arrived it was mediocre and small portions. We were still hungry when we left so got pizza at home. Won’t be back.

24/04/2026: We live just outside gorey and this is our favourite takeaway. Food is always excellent, tasty with loads of veg. Spacious and quiet for sit down meals but just not buggy friendly

09/02/2026: Really lovely place, decor is maybe a bit lacking but the service was friendly, the food was very tasty and good wine at a reasonable price. Would definitely go back.

14/06/2026: I arrived here with my family on Saturday 14th June, from the moment we arrived into the carpark everything was perfect, beautiful hotel, the receptionist was really nice explained everything in great depth, hotel is immaculate, family rooms were so spacious it was one of the best family rooms we ever stayed in & we have stayed in alot of them, beds are unbelievably comfortable. Id stay again just for that bed lol. Menu is really good, food is amazing, each member of staff that I had spoke with are an asset to the hotel, the guys in the bar in the evening were so nice also. The breakfast buffet area was so cosy and specious, each item on the buffet was fresh and beautiful. Thanks again guys.

13/06/2026: I cannot recommend this beautiful quaint yet mix of modren decor,the food is above reaproach with beautiful presentation an staff are efficient kind quick to serve,food always fresh but i must shout out to jessica who went above and beyond her call of duty when id just come out of hospital after magor surgery felt very vurnerable an she listened to me as i cried an helped my anxiety calm down.she is an asset to this beautiful restaurant that is home away from home an the amount off food perperson for value for ur money you wont regret coming here,but u will keep coming back where strangers become friends.thank u Jessica forevermore in my heart. The pantry is a MUST

20/08/2025: A small pub with character and they know how to pour a Guinness! A Guinness commercial was filmed here re: funeral for a dead television set. Laid back ambiance.

20/08/2025: This was my favourite pub in Westport, everyone was very welcoming, I even met the owner who took five minutes for a chat, so that made a great difference,in enjoying the beer and the evening. Well done.. Yous made your town proud.. Thanks again.. The beer is great also..
