27/04/2026: This is a lovely hotel situated in the heart of Letterkenny. We stayed for one night. The location is great with lots of bars and restaurants close by. The room was very clean, comfortable and a good size. We booked a double but it also had a single bed. We had food in the bar. The service was excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful. It wasn't expensive. We had pizza, triple cooked fries and cheesy fries. The triple cooked fries were a bit underdone. Crispy on the outside but hard in the middle. The pizza had too much cheese. That might seem like a trivial complaint but it spoiled the pizza somewhat. Despite that, I would highly recommend the hotel for an overnight stay.

08/05/2026: I bought my anniversary ring from here! We really wanted something symbolic and meaningful, and this was the perfect place. The shop is absolutely wonderful, filled with unique jewelry and vintage-style collectibles. What made the experience even better was Nataline; she has such a lovely personality and is so professional. Bonus fact: she is an incredibly talented makeup artist too! She’s truly a multi-talented and amazing woman 🌟🩷!

02/05/2026: Loved it! Nathalie de Maison, always charming woman who does my eye brows, always beautiful and so kind, I always want to give her a tip for making me gorgeous! But she always tries to repay me back! Shes honestly genuine and so kind. Will be coming back plenty!

25/10/2025: Breakfast at Cusack’s bar – 24th October We visited Cusack’s for breakfast around 11:10 a.m. on the 24th of October. To start with the positives — the lady who took our order was absolutely lovely. She was attentive, pleasant, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She truly deserves appreciation for her service. The food did take a little while to arrive, which was completely understandable given how busy the place was. The disappointment began when the food was served. My poached egg looked fine on the outside but was actually hard-boiled inside, had an awful taste of just vinegar, and the avocado was dark and clearly past its best. The overall quality just wasn’t what we’ve come to expect from Cusack’s, which has always been one of our favourite breakfast spots in Ireland. What really surprised us, though, was what happened towards the end. While we were still having a conversation and my wife still had her cutlery in hand, one of the senior staff members came over and began clearing the plate mid-conversation. She did ask if it was okay to clear, but she was already holding the plates stacked up before we could even respond. It felt a bit abrupt and left us both a little uncomfortable. To be clear, the gentleman working alongside her was perfectly polite and not involved in this. We genuinely like this place and have always enjoyed coming here, which is why this visit was disappointing. Most of the team are excellent at what they do, but it would be great if everyone could be on the same page, because small things like this can unintentionally take away from the otherwise great work of a wonderful team.

17/10/2025: Old but nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Food is very good. Breakfast is from menu and very good. Dinner is also amazing.

13/09/2025: I placed an order an hour and a half ago and it's not confirmed yet, I called 22 times and no one answers. The funniest thing is that I paid for the order. I had a bad experience.

10/09/2025: The food was amazing, fresh pizza with tuna was my first time having a pizza with fish, I loved it as a first experience. Get the fresh cut fries for starters, they really will make u feel like appreciating it the quality of the food. Non of the food was oily. Leaving made me feel like wanting more, I will visit the restaurant again

The food was steaming hot and the chips crispy, Fried Chicken not greasy no dripping oil outside crispy inside chicken is soft, not dry from frozen one and the pizza were perfect,no soggy base. A special shout-out to the NEW Delivery Driver—he was brilliantly polite, arrived ahead of schedule, and handled the food with care,no spill no mess,food still steaming hot at my door . It’s rare to get such friendly and professional service at your door. Will definitely be back!

22/11/2025: Wow. Food was fantastic. Everything served very quickly. even the place was full. Teriyaki chicken burger and french toast are definitely the winners. Potato wedges just perfectly fried. Service very profesional and friendly. Will be back when next time in Tralee. Thank you guys.

07/04/2026: Great stay overall! The hotel and room were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. The only downside was the evening restaurant service, which could definitely be improved.

07/05/2026: We had a very nice early dinner here. The restaurant was empty and we got right in. We got the garlic chilli prawns to start. They were perfect. Then we got the seabass and the cod. We loved every bit of it. Our server was very friendly also. We would absolutely would return.

02/04/2026: We ordered fish and chips and a carbonara, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The fish was perfectly crispy, and the pasta was rich and creamy. On top of that, the view outside was amazing, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

26/01/2026: Great atmosphere and live music. Also amazing staff! I accidentally left my jacket there NYE and didn't get a chance to grab it the next morning before heading back to Galway, so they kindly posted it back to me, very much appreciated and will be back next time I'm in Achill👍
