24/10/2025: This little gem is worth walking an extra 5 minutes from the main square. Visited first with a local and returned with my husband, who is very picky about his mochas. Lucky for us, Orla—the most gracious and wonderful barista—was there for both visits. In addition to her friendly demeanor, Orla serves up delicious coffee. Though the delights of Grounded Coffee are served from a cute little food truck, they offer plenty of seating… even a cozy, inside area with heat and comfortable seating. And there are great views too. Can’t wait to return!

17/05/2026: Must be new owner...this used to our favorite place to eat when visiting from US....prices, service and food all terrible. Even the sticky tofffee pudding was terrible. So disappointing....

15/05/2026: The environment and the staff were nice, but the food was absolutely disappointing. We ordered chicken and beef, and both dishes were served with vegetables that were barely cooked and strangely tasted like fish, even though we didn’t order any seafood. We found it very expensive for such basic dishes with very little flavour.

18/06/2026: Before I even went in this man, who I think was the manager, was out in the parking lot loudly and aggressively saying the word c u nt about five times. Inside, he was walking around loudly talking with staff, stomping around, messing with the staff. It was really uncomfortable. I also got a cold sore after eating there which I'm fairly certain came from their fork. I would recommend literally anywhere else unless you enjoy an atmosphere of mild hostility and being made feel like an inconvenience for ordering food at a restaurant. The food was also not worth any of it.

07/05/2026: Bacon King burger meal was ordered. Really fresh, meat was tasty, chips were crispy! Self served drinks with and added flavour (e.g. Sprite with added cherry, or Coca Cola with added vanilla) . Excellent service 9/10

27/03/2026: went for a coffee and muffin. the muffins were stale staff were friendly and helpful, went to use the toilet and it was absolutely filthy. looks like it hadn't been checked or cleaned in days, absolutely disgusting. if this is the level of cleanliness in the place what does it tell you about the food.

11/05/2026: Tiny portions, the atmosphere wasn't great, it had a feeling of a chippers, rather than a fancy Italian restaurant. Quite expensive. No alcohol served.

03/05/2026: I ordered the Galileo Special Pizza for takeaway. It was absolutely wonderful. All of the ingredients were so fresh. I'm not even embarrassed to admit that I ate the entire thing while sitting in my car instead of taking it home. Great place, I will definitely order again soon.
