11/01/2026: The owner/manager/older grey haired man with a moustache is extremely aggressive and volatile. Would never step foot in it again.

13/03/2026: It's not worthy of a 4-star rating. The spa is an extra charge and the breakfast is mediocre with very limited choices. However, the staff is excellent.

18/01/2026: This hotel has potential but not near a 4 star hotel. Lots of things to do outdoors but has no swimming pool which is shocking for an ‘activity’ promoted hotel. For the restaurant, there is no proper bar so be prepared to either eat or sit in your room or read a book. When we went there the restaurant/bar was completely empty and we wanted to sit by a window as we had a small baby. We were to told to move to another part of the empty restaurant (2 tables down). Fight your battles staff. Food was good though. And for the staff. I met 1 Irish person working in the entire hotel in 4 days. Shocking really for a hotel in Ireland. Location was visually beautiful. A bit out of the way though for any other food or drinks or to even get anywhere. Would recommend a different hotel.

07/01/2026: I have never received such awful service! From swords dominos in Dublin! I ordered through uber eats with an estimated time of 15mins it has been 1hr 15mins and I still have no food. When calling the store the lady said my order didn’t exist and when I asked if I could have a refund she said no we can’t do that. Then when finding my order the gentleman said was on the way. That same gentleman said he cancelled my order. Get some workers that actually know what they are doing. They were so rude to me on the phone. And didn’t have a clue what they were on about. After working in HR and customer service this is the worst i have ever been treated! No apology no nothing it’s absolutely ridiculous and so disappointing due to the price and quality of your food and the people serving it let you down. I hope this is acknowledged. I will take further action to customer support services if not. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS!

29/01/2026: Vegan options are definitely not vegan here. What sort of swindler do you have to be to have a non-vegan vegan burger? You wouldn't do something like that to someone with other diatary restrictions. Unkind staff, asked me to leave.
