07/09/2026: I come to this cafe every day and I absolutely love it! The staff are always so friendly, kind, and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and always greet you with a smile. Great coffee, lovely atmosphere, and wonderful people. Highly recommended!

06/09/2026: Tried this place a few times and not going there again. Not very pleasant customer service from the man who took my order. Previous visits have been similarly disappointing with the exception of the food and tea.Any business relies upon polite, professional, and friendly service,if it wants to retain customers and attract custom through positive online reviews.

25/06/2026: From the minute I walked into The Address Hotel Cork, I knew we had made the right choice for our wedding. Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were unbelievable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they accommodated every request I had with a smile. My son has autism, and the care, kindness, and understanding they showed him meant the world to us. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our whole family felt comfortable and looked after. I had some unique ideas for the day, from Stormtroopers and Darth Vader to lighting and smoke effects, and the team embraced every single one of them. They made everything happen flawlessly, and every detail was spot on. The food was absolutely divine, the décor was stunning, and the service was exceptional throughout the entire day. Since the wedding, so many of our guests have commented on how incredible everything was—from the delicious food and beautiful venue to the fantastic staff and the overall atmosphere. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue. Thank you to everyone at The Address Hotel Cork for making our day so special and creating memories that we will treasure forever. I would recommend them to anyone planning their wedding without hesitation.

05/06/2026: I recently stayed at The Address Hotel in Cork and I can't praise it enough! It's a beautiful, typically Irish hotel, full of charm and in a fantastic location in the heart of Cork. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and offer all modern amenities. On our first evening, we had a minor technical issue in our room, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. We were immediately given a different room, and from then on, everything was perfect. We also spent an evening in the hotel bar – it was really lovely, the atmosphere is simply wonderful. And from the balcony, we had a breathtaking view of the city. An absolute 5-star experience – I'd love to come back!

09/09/2026: Pretty much standard studenty bar for me. Has some live music on aswell. Usual rip-off Dublin pint prices Atmosphere is good and lively enough. Food is very good i will give them top credit for it. Burgers and chips, wings, onion rings etc. Served on a trap and all delish and a fair price too. Oh and theres a small pool table down stairs. Worth a visit.

09/09/2026: The draughts are ice cold, the pool table is lively (although I recommend bringing a distinguishing coin/guitar pick or something to mark your spot in the queue as every €2 coin looks the same and sometimes people were confused about the order) and the bartenders are friendly. The music was a mix of some throwback classics and we thoroughly enjoyed our late nights there.

06/08/2026: Avoid this hotel. This place looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 1980s. Everything feels old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The lift sounds like it's about to fall apart. The room smelled musty and was dusty when we arrived. The air conditioning is so loud it sounds like an airplane taking off. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the neighbours talking, snoring, and having sex all night. The bathroom is ridiculous. The toilet is shoved into an impossible corner, and the toilet seat slides around as soon as you sit down. Don't expect any modern facilities either. No Chromecast, no Netflix—nothing. This hotel is living on past glory. It desperately needs a full renovation. Definitely not worth the money.

09/09/2026: This is a review of the takeaway side of things they also do reservations and walk ins to their restaurant. I’ve been eating from this place for the last couple of years, and it suddenly occurred to me that I’d never actually left a review for this absolute gem! The food here is seriously banging. It reminds me of the old-school Chinese takeaways from years ago, when the quality seemed to be on another level. Black Wok in Blackrock certainly doesn’t skimp on the portions or quality. I know value can always be debated, especially in Dundalk, but personally, I think it’s more than fair. I never mind paying a little extra when I know I’m getting genuinely good-quality food. And the curry sauce deserves a special mention — absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a proper, old-school Chinese takeaway with great-quality food, I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try.
