18/02/2025: You don't get much for your money. Very small amount of chips with a meal portions are small the new normal it's not right. I felt ripped off to be honest kids meal was a joke wouldn't call it a meal Very small kid was still hungry after eating. Should have gone to the local spar better value for my money.

08/02/2025: I paid €3 for gravy and i got home and there was no gravy in my bag. very annoying and disappointing. Ruined the meal i was looking forward to all day

03/01/2025: Unfortunately there were no breakfast options left as they'd had a busy morning. Usually they have an all day breakfast menu which is handy for a Sunday. I was disappointed, but staff were v apologetic

28/01/2025: I ordered delivery off just eat and the estimated delivery time was 2 hours since I placed the order. I call them after an hour and they say they made the order and gave it to the driver but just eat says they haven’t even found a driver for it. In the end I js cancelled the order myself and I never got any sort of explanation and I just wasted my time waiting for no food

15/08/2024: Excellent! Two of us dined here yesterday and had a light breakfast. The food was freshly cooked and the hash browns and the mushrooms were the best I have ever tasted. It is very clean, welcoming, fantastic value for money and the staff are top notch. Several other restaurants/cafes in Sligo could take note from this wonderful venue. Thank you.

13/01/2025: Ordered a pizza through Just Eat tonight. The wrong pizza was sent. Contacted Just Eat to try and resolve the situation. The reply stated they would respond within 48 hours. I wanted the pizza I ordered as I was hungry so I rang Mizzoni's in Inchicore. Only after I returned the wrong pizza they did send out the correct one, one and a half hours later. At Midnight on a Sunday night Mizzoni Inchicore rang me to give out to me for contacting Just Eat. Get the order right and then you wouldn't have to contact anyone, especiaIIy at midnight on a work night. I've ordered from here numerous times before, I won't be ordering from here again. Bad customer service.

03/11/2024: So nice to have authentic Indian takeaway close to my house. The staff in ROTI are very friendly. My favourite curries are Jalfrezi and Chilli Masala, I like spicy food. I have had chicken Korma and Bhuna, it was also very delicious. After a busy day, it's fast and tasty 😋

29/10/2024: We didn't expected the Indian dishes tasting such weird. For potato wedges they are serving it as a Aloo tikki. Wasted 60 euros by buying the food over here. If you are looking for a good and pure Indian food in Tralee one must try Royal India restaurant.

25/01/2025: Horrible experience. 1. Staff were super rude, shouting at people for trying to find a seat before ordering. Me and my friends wanted to check out if there was a table on the upstairs and was shouted at that we needed to order before going upstairs and were told that there was “lots of space” but to our surprise when we got there (after ordering, with all our stuff with us and drinks in hand) there was only 1 small table in a corner. 2. Very slow. Staff were chatting casually in front of a large queue, instead of fulfilling the orders. Taking a good 10 minutes per consumer. 3. Unfriendly. After ordering and sitting down, staff came shouting at us that not everyone in the group had bought something (mind you most of us had) exclaiming either we all consumed or we had to leave. This didn’t happen to just us, but to many people, didn’t matter their age. 4. Bad coffee. The coffee tasted bad and overall everything was overpriced. You’d expect better treatment for the price payed. 5. Disrespectful. Again shouting at customers, an old lady tried to sit with her friends and was screamed at and made a show of by a staff member saying that she was not allowed upstairs (mind you it was 3 hours until closing time). It is a regular occurrence. Overall would not recommend going there to anyone.
