04/07/2026: Staff very welcoming and helpful but its too expensive for coffee

24/06/2026: Had a great iced coffee and the staff were lovely.

06/05/2026: With a bit of time to burn before the tour, we slipped into Ri-Ra Irish Cafe & Bar for a quick reset. Nothing complicated, just a solid coffee and a sausage roll that delivered exactly what it should; flaky, warm, and gone quicker than expected. It was one of those easy stops that sets the tone for the day, good food, relaxed pace, and a place that makes you want to sit just a little longer than planned.

28/06/2026: We chose this hotel for our wedding reception. We couldn't have been happier than this. The staff, venue, food was amazing from planning to accommodate our wishes. The guests and we were extremely happy and satisfied. We spent a lovely afternoon and we'll cherish these memories forever.

14/06/2026: Avoid if you can. This is below "no frills". No A/C in all rooms. No hair dryer. No refrigerator. No coffee machine. A small room with a small TV. Bathroom is functional and well stocked.

04/08/2026: The food here was absolutely beautiful. One of the tastiest Madras curries I have ever eaten, and the butter chicken was to die for. The naan was also tasty, thin and fresh, just the way we like it. The icing on top however, was the waitress. I didnt catch her name, but she was attentive, kind and fast. She made us feel at ease when our 6 mth old became a little upset due to missing naps with travelling, and made sure we had everything we needed. I would 100% return here given the chance, for both the food and the service.

24/09/2026: Anyone wanting to experience Ireland will feel right at home in this atmosphere. What some might consider "a bit dated," we see as the quintessential Irish charm. If you're looking for five-star dining, this is obviously not the place. However, they do offer excellent local cuisine. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, and the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. We'll definitely be back. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team!

19/09/2026: A typical Irish pub with good, reasonably priced beer and super friendly staff.

17/09/2026: I was waiting on my fiance to pick me up after visiting mt dad in Vincents hospital. I bought a tea and sat down. It says online they are open until 7pm but they make you leave and close up at 6:15pm. Maybe don't advertise incorrect opening hours. Super inconvenient to have to go and pay for another drink somewhere else so I can sit somewhere waiting on my lift.

20/08/2026: Thanks for today and as a manager you should know that serving a customer and on the phone is bad customer service and also a machiatto is with foam and i understand that some staff are just lazy and they will add hot milk and nothing else.

09/09/2026: Great food. Wonderful staff. Pleasant atmosphere. We were celebrating an anniversary and were looking for a place to make it special. We found this place just next to the library. Very happy with our experience there!

13/07/2026: Absolutely appalling. And the girl with tattoos and purple hair needs to be taught about hospitality absolutely shocking and overpriced for basic food. this place needs a revamp, a deep clean and better staffing. I will be making sure something is done about this.

29/08/2026: came in here a few times, service is terrible every time, waiters took 20 minutes to come take our order, staff aren’t that friendly

23/08/2026: Would love to properly review this place, however we were refused to be seated even though there were seats available (must have ghosts sitting there) because the “kitchen was too backed up”, best they could offer was to comeback in 10 minutes (maybe the ghosts said they would be finished by then) and we potentially might get seated, not even coffees offered…….

08/06/2026: Called in on the off chance of a lunch time half pint and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the barman was. Add to that the quality of the beer (draught Guinness) was excellent and the atmosphere in the bar was superb. Thank you all

12/08/2026: Previous visits to this public have been disappointing due to the loud volumn of the background music. This visit proved much more comfortable... Perhaps it because it was mid week. Anyway great pints great service this time around so will be back
