The best restaurants

28/09/2026: Ordered an espresso martini and a margarita at the bar and the bartender rolled his eyes at us. We had to keep our eyes on him to make sure he didn’t spit in our drink. Customer suggestion: If cocktails take too much effort for your establishment then perhaps you should consider taking it off the menu.

19/09/2026: Waited at the bar as the bartender talked people at the bar and continued to do glasses. He then served someone who arrived at the bar after me a pint of Heineken. He told me to wait a moment and continued to do glasses as he told me to continue to wait to order as he put glasses back from the dishwasher. He then left the bar empty with myself and another waiting to order. When he came back he ignored us and continued chatting with the initial group at the bar gathering more glasses to to place back on the bar. On a Friday night at 9 o'clock to not be ready to take orders in a bar is awful to be frank. We waited 5 minutes with no one ordering for no service whatsoever. I don't know what the management is like in this bar to allow this service. It is non existent and as far from what an Irish bar experience should be anywhere in the world never mind on the corner of the capital in temple bar. You are shaming Irish hospitality and an entire industry that the area relys on with this behavior.

17/09/2026: I recently held a small party here for my 40th and many people at it have since commented saying just how good of a venue it was. We had the small bar downstairs opened up for us which is a perfect venue for a party (about 40 or so of us there on the night). There was a great selection of beers and cocktails for everyone, we were able to put on our own playlist through the PA system and the two bar staff on the night were sound out and very helpful. As a pub in general I would always rate Itty Bittys/Bank Lane but I also highly recommend it as venue for a party/group.

06/09/2026: We were here for a hen party with a group of 20+, great deals on cocktails, great service, we played drag bingo, great venue for it

23/05/2026: Very disappointed in the food, nothing Thai about the flavors, bland and really more like a cheap Chinese takeaway. I ordered a Panang curry and got a stir fry of mainly peppers and peanuts. Will not go back.

24/04/2026: We live just outside gorey and this is our favourite takeaway. Food is always excellent, tasty with loads of veg. Spacious and quiet for sit down meals but just not buggy friendly

03/06/2026: I just moved to the area and I was so use to the one I got in town but I have to say it was lovely but not much beef, the man that took my order was so nice and the delivery girl so nice.il be ordering again 💯💯🤘🤘🤘

07/02/2026: Ordered tonight used to love there chicken curry. This is the second or third time in recent weeks last time was chicken in black bean. The quality has dipped but prices have increased 😒 chicken in the order tonight not good tasted like rubber. Shame...I'm done won't be back unfortunately most places have followed suit increase in price decrease in quality.

26/10/2025: A bot empty down the back but whats there is fantastic.

12/10/2025: Great place, good choice of sandwiches and pastries. Recomen!

05/08/2026: Go here for a group weekly non pub related

18/09/2026: Met a good friend for a quick bite at lunchtime. Service was friendly and efficient, food was very tasty and reasonable value, and environment was clean and inviting.

14/08/2026: Hard to say nice things.. below average, expensive, under seasoned food - The omelette was watery and tasteless, the Hollandaise on Benedict was lacking seasoning and bland, with no home fries or sides served for 15.50€… Not worth the money

10/09/2026: We had the spicy pizza and carbonara. Boy, they delivered... I can never get a picture of the food when it arrives to the table and still intact.😁🤌 The pizza is everything! Love the egg on top and the freedom to garnish with parmesan to my own pleasure. Servers are attentive atmosphere is cozy. What a local gem!

05/09/2026: Everything was great, Pizza Royale is highly recommended.

28/06/2026: Could be the best Chinese takeaway chain in Dublin and to keep standards high across different locations is a lot harder than you'd think.

14/04/2026: Got a hunger buster tonight No surprise no prawn crackers Happening to many times to be a mistake Curry sauce has burned taste Never again 😡

22/08/2026: A great McDonald's. Fast. Hot good location not too far off the motorway

09/08/2026: Cold junk food and not at all fast

31/08/2026: Enjoyed the food, had a the bruschetta, wife had the mozzarella sticks, generous portion for both and tasty. Had the Atlantic pasta and the tiger prawn pasta, both tasted very nice and the only complaint I would have is that I was too full for dessert!

15/08/2026: After a long time I got good pasta from la Strada. Not sure if they have changed their chef. This place was our go to place but For a very long time we got salty and not very tasty pasta. But now it's good to have pasta again.

19/09/2026: I see that the reviews have declined and I'm not surprised. Today, I ordered a pizza online. I left a note on the order not to burn or brown the base of the pizza. I also rang after placing the order and the person who took the call lied to me, and assured me that it had been prepared, they were awaiting the delivery driver and the pizza had not been browned. The pizza arrived and again, it was clearly burned/browned along the base. This is the third time this has happened. I've left a request with SP, who took my second call to return the pizza, for the Manager to call me, but that will never happen. Very disappointing experience, again! This place used to be excellent but it's declined terribly within the last 12 months. Even the ingredients are of a lesser quality. If you're reading this, order from Cao Pizza Ballsbridge, it's much better and more reliable. TERRIBLE experience. I'll never eat here again.

18/08/2026: Went for a brownie - salted caramel - it was really good. Got some waffel fries as a snack and they were good too

10/05/2026: Had the most amazing Roast & Warm Korean Chicken Salad. Great service & lovely staff

02/05/2026: The waiters are "dazed", the rest are more or less fine.

25/08/2026: Excellent food and professional, attentive service 🤗 I’m half Chinese so I have high standards for Chinese food. Will definitely be back!

12/07/2026: They treated me wonderfully, I will definitely return, the food was spectacular.

24/09/2026: Be in fairly regular. Always good food and great service

23/09/2026: Nice spot , lovely staff & good food .
