06/02/2025: This place has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! This was my second time here, and I came in for some Indian tea and a few starters. But the rude guy at the reception—who clearly has no clue how to treat customers—told me I couldn’t sit and eat because my order was too small! He said I could only take it to go. The restaurant was EMPTY, and yet I was treated like this? It’s beyond frustrating! Now I completely understand why the place was so dead. This place doesn’t deserve your time or money—don’t bother coming here. The food is bad, and the service is even worse! Avoid it at all costs!

11/01/2025: Poor first time experience. Ordered at 19:08. Estimated delivery time between 20:12 to 20:22. No sign of pizza so I called at 8.28. No phone number to call in the app. Arrival ETA does not update either. I was told the pizzas were about to go out for delivery. No apology offered for the lateness. Pizza showed up at 8.40, 92 minutes after ordering.

Prices have increased significantly in recent months - They charge €8.50 for beans on toast. Also, the 5 item breakfast in the Kay's Kitchen in Blanchardstown is cheaper.

04/02/2025: We stopped by chance in Kenmare during our roadtrip. We were looking for a place to drink a coffee but everything was closed. We walked in the lansdowne hotel to ask if we could drink something. The receptionist welcomed us warmly. The menu seemed so good that we couldn’t just drink a coffee! The waitresses were amazingly kind! We had a lovely time, ate a delicious breakfast for a good price! Thank you so much for your hospitality
21/01/2025: Highly recommend for a stay in Kenmare. Very comfy rooms. Lovely food. Bedroom fully equipped complete with a personalised handwritten welcome note. Very friendly engaging staff. Open fires very atmospheric.
I left an item behind me in my room and it was posted back to me the next day. Wonderful service.
A definite 5 stars from me!
