04/09/2026: I am vegetarian. Their plant based burger is only option, but that too is very smelly and not suitable for vegetarians and for vegans.

31/08/2026: Burger King on O'Connell Street. Convenient, open late for tourists arriving in the city from the airport in the evening.

23/07/2026: And, out of absolutely nowhere, it’s gone! Nice spot, nice setup, but very suddenly replaced by a Butler’s.

29/08/2026: Was there with two kids and partner yesterday evening Friday 28th August 2026 at 9pm. Ordered food and a man behind the counter and he was absolutely brilliant. Made ordering good craic and was a genuine nice fellow. I regret not getting his name to personally mention him. Highly recommend. First time in Supermacs for a while and he made it memorable, was nice to us and the kids too.

13/07/2026: Ordered through the Supermacs app. We got a call after an hour to say our food had been delivered to the wrong house. Then had to wait an additional 30mins for our order to arrive. Food was stone cold when it arrived. Genuinely disappointing. When you go in the food is always so good but delivery is just terrible. This is not the first time this has happened either. We’ve gotten wrong food before and sometimes missing items too. If you’re going in, grand, if you’re ordering for delivery order on just eat so at least you can get a refund!

27/05/2026: We ordered Nyonya prawns and black pepper beef, and they were both delicious. The chef is Malaysian, and after traveling for many days, it was great to finally taste the flavors of home. Thumbs up! 👍

24/05/2026: We had a lovely birthday dinner with my husband and his family here today! Thank you so much to the staff for being so helpful with recommendations - everyone loved the food! Will come back soon for more Malaysian food when the cravings hit again ❤️

01/06/2026: Disgraceful and unpleasant stay. Family of 3 (2 adults + 9yr old kid) Stayed for 2 nights(sleepless) in their Slaney Family suite room - Annex building (Room 605) .This is completely opposite of Treacy's hotel in other location. Holidays are meant to be pleasant stay but this isnt. KINDLY AVOID GOING HERE, and this definitely is not a 4 star hotel and heres why - this room is 5 mins walk away from hotel (behind a weird apartment building) with very compact parking spaces - Room itself is a complete disaster. See the pics attached. I took a video but couldnt attach here * spiders everywhere * found cockroach on the pillow * Rugs are pitch dirty, cant roam in bare foot, even socks gets dirty within mins * Broken room vents (dusty) * Dirty bathroom with bugs in the shower area * Mattress is worst. Low quality Spring mattress in a 4 start hotel.. omg thats insane. * noisy atmosphere - Food was OK I called and spoke with the lady in the front desk immediately after I saw the room as it was nothing as advertised. Explained everything to her but she offerred me a room in 2nd floor and alsl said all our rooms are the same. Obviosuly we couldnt move with all the luggage as there are no lifts in the building . Never ever coming back..

23/08/2026: The best food in Charleville, hands down! I was in Charleville on business for two weeks and I ate here quite a few nights. Everything I had was absolutely delicious.

All of the bar and waiting staff were just as lovely and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless and immaculate, with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Breakfast the next morning was also fantastic and the perfect way to start the day. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay and will definitely be back again. 30/05/2026: Travelled down today for the third time with my family from Banbridge for lunch... An absolute delight from start to finish. Pleasant staff and amazing food... A hidden gem. Brilliant 😍

22/08/2026: Was looking forward to visiting but overall wouldn't recommend or go back. The iced chocolate was lovely, but the signature hot chocolate was pretty naff. I've bought their hot chocolate pods before to make at home and it tasted way nicer than what I paid for in store. We also bought a selection of chocolates which were all just dropped in a bag together, whenever we have been to a chocolatiers before they usually put them in a box that keeps them separate, so it was a shame to pay 90c a chocolate for them to all be dropped in a bag together. They were nice chocs and it hasn't put me off buying Butlers, but I wouldn't make a special trip to the cafe like we did.

07/06/2026: I like butlers but please teach and ask your staff to prepare the coffee or mocha every time with same consistency, there is no perfect formula , each employee makes in different styles which feels bad to taste some times

15/02/2026: Love this cafe , very spacious and a good queuing system, great variety of cakes and sandwiches. Staff are friendly and helpful. Has ample seating outdoor s. Situated right in the heart of ballincollig shopping centre entrance.
