28/01/2026: Every time I find myself in the area, I can never resist stopping in for what I know will be a relaxing and incredibly satisfying meal. Not only is the food consistently excellent, but the ambience is calm and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind and truly enjoy the experience. I always look forward to my next visit to Un Altra.

29/04/2026: I’ve been a very loyal customer, but after this experience I won’t be returning. I’m honestly shocked at what was delivered. The food was covered in an excessive amount of spices…it looked like an entire container had been spilled into the bag. I could only manage to eat some of the chicken and a few chips after brushing off as much as I could. There was even a pile of loose spices sitting at the bottom of the bag. I didn’t even bother calling to complain, as it’s clear there was no care taken in preparing this order. What I received is nowhere near acceptable. A complete waste of money.

15/02/2026: The service was quick and very friendly, however the only let down was the food. The dishes came out suspiciously quick. The starters were good, but small portions. The pasta was very bad, chicken was like ready to eat chicken not fresh and the sauce was watery, pretty bland, and expected more from an Italian restaurant. The pizza base was so thin and burnt, with the toppings falling off, and again watery. We got a cookie sandwich and tiramisu for desert, cookie was hard and basic Hp ice cream. The tiramisu was basic nothing special. Disappointed in the food overall.

20/12/2025: I have been eating at espresso for years now. I visited the other night and unfortunately left disappointed . The menu appears to have been reduced and a number of the Italian dishes seem to have been removed such as the Tagliatelle Al Fungi (which is strange considering it’s an Italian restaurant). I thought the food was very overpriced for what it was, €19 for a carbonara! And hardly any pancetta in it. For dessert, my friend and I ordered tiramisu’s and tea and were given cups that were visibly dirty and given no spoons to stir our milk. I was also Disappointed to see the portion of Tiramisu had greatly reduced but the price had increased. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I felt like it was poor value for money and I don’t think I’ll be in any rush to return.

04/06/2026: Food is amazing here. The staff are very friendly and give some good food advice. They also gave us some free taster starter which is very nice of them. Will definitely be back

07/04/2026: Very disappointed with our visit. I was excited to show my Irish friend authentic Indian food, but the experience was ruined when we were informed of a €15 per person service charge. My friend was shocked at the cost, which felt very excessive for a casual meal. It’s a shame as it made the evening quite sad and stressful instead of a nice cultural exchange."

05/05/2026: Tuk Asian food An Establishment of Excellence Marred by Recent Pricing Decisions It is with a measure of reluctance that I compose this review, for my experiences at the above-named establishment have, until recently, been nothing short of exemplary. The culinary offerings at Tuck are, without exaggeration, of a remarkably high standard—consistently flavourful, thoughtfully prepared, and deeply satisfying. Of particular note is the staff, who are, in my estimation, among the finest in the locality. Their manner is invariably warm, courteous, and attentive, striking that rare balance between professionalism and genuine friendliness. One is made to feel not merely like a patron, but a valued guest—a quality that is increasingly uncommon and thus all the more commendable. However, it is precisely because of this prior excellence that the recent adjustments in pricing are so disconcerting. A dish which I have regularly enjoyed is now priced at €12.99 for takeaway, yet rises sharply to €20 when dining in. Such a disparity is, quite frankly, difficult to justify and risks alienating even the most loyal of customers. While I would not hesitate to praise the quality of the food—indeed, it remains outstanding—I must express serious reservations regarding this pricing strategy. It is my considered opinion that, should these increases persist, the establishment may well forfeit a substantial portion of its clientele. In conclusion, Tuck remains a venue of undeniable merit, bolstered by exceptional staff and superb cuisine. Nevertheless, the current pricing structure casts a shadow over an otherwise stellar reputation. I would strongly consider returning in the future, but not without hesitation, unless this matter is addressed with due consideration for its patrons.

21/12/2025: Have been very sick from what was meant to be boneless chicken wings. When I bit into one a strange gooey liquid burst out, when I pulled it apart it had cartilage and bone in it and the meat was grey. The cheese chips were rock hard and full of black lumps. It all went in the bin. They did refund me for my food but also told me the only food cooked fresh on the premises are the pizzas. Everything else arrives in prepared and they just reheat it. Disgusting. Dodgy chicken is so so dangerous and why call it a boneless wing if its not.

16/05/2026: Tasty vegetarian breakfast (missing something though, maybe add halloumi?), but unfortunately I can’t say the same for the coffee. The smashed avocado (forgot to take a pic) was smothered in hollandaise sauce, which took away the flavour of the avocado. The service was great, the young girl who served us was very friendly and accommodating.

16/02/2026: Quality went down the loo. Delivery is always a gamble on what are they gonna possibly mess up this time. I left a review here 7 years ago that was 5 starts now I wouldn’t even feed this to the seagulls. Food arrives cold, you order a max meal and they send regular the list is endless.

11/04/2026: I don’t usually leave reviews but some of you may get a little giggle out of my cheeky encounter. After seeing reviews that they clamped cars I kept an eye out, but once I seen the staff oh mama! My eyes went googly moogly. I completely forgot about the safety of my vehicle. Tall, pale, handsome, blue eyes, a mustache fit for a saddle. Rough ‘n’ tumble. I ordered the pornstar martini thinking he’d at least take his top off but was sourly disappointed when he didn’t! I was so entranced by this man that my car actually DID get clamped but I saw it similar to a medical clamp, a short discomfort that would lead to prime human optimization. This optimization led me to be able to view my sweet sweet gentleman as he left work and got into a beautiful van. My carriage. Does anybody know who this man is? 14/01/2026: Great NYE night out, excellent staff! Came here for New Year's Eve 2025 with my girlfriend and her friends. Good spot for a big night out. The bar staff were surprisingly attentive and friendly, which is rare these days, especially on such a busy night. Big shoutout to the bouncers too. Fair prices for drinks, nice venue with a good setup. The only downside is that it was VERY overcrowded inside. There was a massive line all the way down the road to get in, so you need to get there early on big nights. Overall, a solid night despite the squeeze.
