The best restaurants

29/05/2026: Good experience, stopped for a quick breakfast on a road trip across Ireland. Plenty of parking & a drive through. Would return.

10/05/2026: Some feedback: the egg mcmuffin this sunday morning was ok but the egg was hard and the bacon quite rubbery with not much taste. Please have the egg as half soft and the bacon as nice and crispy - then it will be great and I'll give it a 5-star.

29/04/2026: I relied on the good reviews, but the experience was disappointing. Tables were not cleaned, the fish was poorly fried, and the fries were undercooked. Overall, the food lacked flavor. Disappointing given the place’s reputation.

19/04/2026: Must say the food was delicious i got a doner kebab meal my wife had a chicken kebab meal she loved it too ill be back very soon to try something new

18/07/2025: Restaurant is nice and cosy however the customer service is beyond terrible,just a bunch of kids awkwardly standing there. We had to wait an hour and twenty mins for our food. The price is not worth what you get, portions are very small. Terrible service, long wait and have the nerve to slap on 15% service charge for that experience. There was 11 of us, not likely any of us will be back!

02/07/2025: It used to be good but now it has deteriorated. There is no flavor, no taste. How can chef make the veg pakoras which are not properly cooked . It’s bizzare. Literally, the gram flour is raw inside. If someone is paying for food then can at least expect this much.

22/05/2026: Great bar. I really like this place. It caters for all age groups easily. Lovely area out the back. Great pint, great service and staff. They cater for all sports fans but it's not consuming the atmosphere.

08/06/2026: Beware of chef special Sarawak laksa it’s missing a soul and it tastes like it. Sorry I try not to say anything less than good but sometimes it’s so annoying I have to. It’s usually a soup but here it’s dry It’s a famous dish and should be epic, but it’s a learning experience and hopefully it’s gonna get better

09/05/2026: We ordered a takeaway for a 20 person stag group and the service was fantastic, as was the food. Friendly staff and great food.

18/11/2025: Had to stop in to see "the mural" and fish. There's a cool area out back. On that particular night... Not our crowd. So we left after one drink.

20/12/2025: Online it says they open at 7:30am on Saturday yet when I went at 7:35 I was told they do not open until 8am.

29/09/2025: As a regular visitor to Butlers in Ballsbridge I’m writing this review as a very disappointed customer. I order extra hot, hot chocolate. Nearly every time I receive it ,it’s lukewarm. Not even hot. It’s either far too milky or too much lumps of chocolate. The staff need more training and the outdoor seating area is often very dirty .

05/06/2026: Chicken was very dry, kept warm too long.

20/05/2026: I was very exited to see the first supermacs, I went in to a foul smelling restaurant, waited at the till for about 5 minutes while being ignored, in these 5 minutes I witnessed a worker drop a cup and then use it, people putting their hands in bins and then touching food. The level of hygiene is very low. I would not recommend going. I am a major fan of supermacs and made the 4 hr journey to see it and it was massive let down. There was a picture of a human pig on one of the computers, it amused me.

15/12/2025: Had a lovely meal there on 2nd December for birthday girls n food was amazing 👏 chef came out to chat too which was much appreciated and staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend this restaurant 👌

08/05/2026: I go to this zambrero often and the staff are always so helpful, quick and nice. The shop is always very clean and the food is always fresh. I would recommend zambrero to anyone looking to get something to eat in whitewater !

30/03/2026: It’s good but not great overall its about a 7.5/10 for me the burrito is nice but you need extra sauce other wise it’s dry and I think there should be a bit more sauce and meat options

13/05/2026: Lunch was not great. Chicken burger poor and fish and chips not great either. Did say to serving staff that meal was not great who apologised and said would pass details to kitchen.

20/03/2026: We were very satisfied. Our room was very quiet and the service team was very friendly. The pool, sauna, and gym were very well maintained. The location is fantastic, and you can reach many places on foot. The airport shuttle stop is only a 4-minute walk away. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again.

31/03/2026: This Dunnes Stores is a smallish local grocery store with excellent free parking facilities.

02/03/2026: Modern spacious mid size supermarket. Good ranges. Clean and nicely lit. Great (mature..like myself) lady on checkout. Cycle parking (6) just outside Recommend.
