The best restaurants

29/07/2024: The worst dining experience I have ever had!!! I wouldn't give anywhere a bad review but this was shocking. Firstly me and my wife were greeted with as much as a grunt and a "Sit wherever we are empty anyway" attitude. We were sat at a table where menus were basically thrown at us. The layout of the menu is awful the mezze boards were written all over the place, when my wife tried to order the Syrian platter the owner repeated Beirut, she pointed at the Syrian on the menu and he repeated yes its the Beirut, which of course when it came it was not what we wanted on the platter at all, and at a price of €25 is too much to be wrong. We ordered the rest of our meal which was promptly rushed out of my wife as if he had better things to be doing. All the time we were there we were never asked for drinks so I had to ask as he had no interest, and on the menu it said it came with ice and lemon, but it arrived with neither. Our mains arrived and my Wifes tasted like the yoghurt sauce had turned, and there were no pomegrante seeds as stated on the menu. Mine was rock solid, molten hot (Microwaved) and contained plastic containers for sauce that you would expect from a take away. The meat and rice were so hard and inedible that as I write this I feel physically ill. I proceeded to try and ask could we get the bill and explain that the food had been inedible but to my surprise me and my wife were left completely alone in the restaurant with no one. I went into the kitchen and found someone and asked could we sort the bill and where our waiter was to be told he has left and we would have to wait until whenever hes back. This is outragious he left his customers completely alone in the restaurant and we were expected to stay than pay for attrocious inedible food. The poor kitchen porter was super apologetic and even looked afraid of what will happen when his boss arrives back. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

14/12/2024: Very very bad service,,table booked for 5pm,,we were seated and left at the table with no menus for 25 mins,,I had to get up and go look for menus,,got served 20 mins later, finished our food had to ask for desert menus again left sitting for another 22 mins,,jyst got up and left,,complained to lady at front desk,,all she could say "very sorry we're busying"",no problem charging full whack,,NEVER WILL RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. 0/5,,plus a table of 8 males out for xmas party beside us a family of 4,,very loud not there fault but maybe should've seated us in a different part of restaurant

18/11/2024: my wrap fell apart as soon as i took it out of the packet as in it broke and i took a bite out of it and came a long black hair with it to follow 🤮🤮 never eating here again

17/11/2024: An absolute shambles,it looks like the whole staff are children,rude and haven't a clue how to deal with customers. Has to be the worst drive through service in ireland, asked for 2 kids meals and 2 large cappuccinos,went to pay and saw regular cappuccinos on the screen so she altered it and I paid for it,went to the 2nd window and they had 2 reg cappuccinos already made so she proceeded to pour the 2 regulars into large mugs, A pure dump

18/01/2025: The burgers were dry and unseasoned. The fries were also not seasoned at all. And the bathroom was disgusting. All while its pretty expensive for a small portion of fries and a mediocre burger. Wouldnt recommend.

12/01/2025: Complaint Regarding Possible Food Poisoning Dear Eddie Rocket’s Team, On 11 January 2025, I visited your restaurant at the Temple Bar, Dublin location, accompanied by my family (my pregnant wife and two children) and two friends. We chose your establishment due to the trust we have in the quality of your service and food. During our visit, we were kindly served by a young, polite staff member of Asian descent. At the end of our meal, we noticed a bit of impatience from another staff member, who also appeared to be of Asian descent, possibly due to fatigue from a long shift. However, we did not see this as a significant issue. As shown on the attached receipt, our order was registered under CHK 146221, at Table 12/3, with the payment completed at 23:55. Unfortunately, about an hour after leaving the restaurant, my eldest son (8 years old), one of my friends, and I started experiencing severe symptoms, including intense diarrhoea, nausea, and a strong urge to vomit. Throughout the night, we had frequent trips to the bathroom and significant discomfort. My youngest son (6 years old), who also consumed food, did not experience any symptoms, which we believe is because he did not eat the garlic sauce that the three of us consumed. We suspect the issue may be related to the garlic sauce, possibly due to mayonnaise or improperly handled ingredients, or the salad accompanying it. While the sauce tasted great, it is possible that some ingredients were not stored or prepared under optimal conditions. I would suggest conducting more rigorous checks on your food preparation and storage processes to prevent such incidents in the future. Food safety is a critical issue and should be prioritised. 20/11/2024: The welcome at Killinure chalets is warm and family-friendly. The chalets are adapted and equipped for fishing and nature lovers. Everything is there, boats, life jackets. The pub restaurant which is part of the complex puts you in the good mood of the Irish people. We enjoyed it for 8 days. We fished well, ate well, drank well and above all had a good laugh. Thanks to Mannfred, his wife, William and everyone we met for their good humor and their welcome. It was an incredible experience

02/02/2025: The coffee was very tasty, amazing smell and also please try the tiramissu...! one of the best i have ever had. Doggos are allowed inside the restaurant too!

19/12/2024: Lovely old bar here, great pint of Beamish here and a fine big space for you and your friends to enjoy a pint and a chat in while you listen to some nice background tunes. Suitable for all group sizes, or on your own for a swift one after work before you get the bus home.

02/01/2025: On 02/01/2024, I placed an order for 2 coxinhas and 1 hamburgão. While the coxinhas were fine, the hamburgão was so hard it felt like a rock, and I couldn’t even eat it.

30/01/2025: 30+ club had the best time. Great atmosphere, friendly people, all out to have fun, finished at 9pm...brilliant 😂 The academy well run, clean and staff friendly.

19/10/2024: Loved the Wild Honey Inn, pity we didn't get to experience the restaurant, but the breakfast was amazing! The hotel itself is lovely and the owners were so welcoming. Would highly recommend.

16/10/2024: Extremely charming inn with an amazing breakfast and lovely garden (though we stayed a little off season for it). Well located to explore the Burren.

28/03/2024: Lovely welcoming cafe near the main area of town. Friendly owners, & I had a hearty delicious breakfast. I'll definitely visit there again when I'm next in Dublin
