18/06/2025: A great place for a coffee break in between a long drive. Cosy setup, nice short snooze.

07/06/2025: I dont usually leave bad reviews but feel like i have to this time!! Im a regular here for takeaway coffee but we decided to sit inside and enjoy a coffee. To my digust a woman with 2 dogs came into the shop and proceeded to sit down and let her 2 dogs sit up on the table and then let them drink from the small jug of milk on the table!! Totally disgusting and both staff seen this whilst passing her and said nothing. I have no problem with dogs in a shop but up on tables that people are eating and drinking from and then letting the dogs drink out of the jugs and cups, says alot about the hygiene of this place! We wont be coming back here again, we dont usually sit in as the place isnt the cleanest and tiolets filthy but this experience has sealed the deal for me and wont be back even for takeaway coffee!

20/08/2025: Lovely food, Great atmosphere and nice staff. My daughter said it was the best pizza to staff and gave her an extra Capri-sun! If she could she would 10 stars.

01/02/2026: Just back from a 2 night weekend break for our wedding anniversary .Lovely card and chocolates waiting for us in room. Staff amazing, lovely dessert plate after our meal ,went over and above to make our break special .Would highly recommend this hotel for exceptional value for money coupled with outstanding customer service 👏 Hopefully be back shortly xx

18/10/2025: Caters for all dietary needs. Staff very welcoming. Very clean. Down stairs odds and ends from €5 to €800 electrical goods. Pop in and look around.

27/09/2025: Went for a paint-got it. Asked for an advice-got it. Staff very helpful. Swift collections and returns.

23/03/2026: Visit here when we don't have anywhere else to go but it is what it is, a fastfood place. Always clean and tidy, staff are friendly, toilets are always clean. Food is fine, would hesitate to visit

21/02/2026: Got a drive through here last week. Straight in, straight out. Drive through is a tad tight but pretty good quick service

20/03/2026: We were very satisfied. Our room was very quiet and the service team was very friendly. The pool, sauna, and gym were very well maintained. The location is fantastic, and you can reach many places on foot. The airport shuttle stop is only a 4-minute walk away. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again.

02/03/2026: Jesus. After 2 hours waiting for delivery, I called in asking for a refund. Then got 5 calls from different staff on different numbers harassing me. Asking why I didn't want the food. Maybe because I was waiting 2 hour? Maybe. SMH. Disgusting company. No food, still not refund.

29/01/2026: We got takeaway pizzas. It was really nice. I asked to burn it slightly and was done as expected.

04/01/2026: I am gluten intolerant and Unfortunately I received normal pasta after asking for gluten free pasta. They did replace my dish when they realised, but I had already ate half of it. Really need to be more careful!

The fish was good but the batter was very greasy! for food today 3 * 📢❌very unpleasant, cold, hard sitting. It is necessary to ensure better well-being for the health of the customer. 17/03/2026: Good in a pinch. Filled with lovely and accommodating staff but the food fails to match the service. Would highly recommend instead going to the premier; it’s not that far away and despite the decrease in service the food is always top quality. If you are a fiend for salt and vinegar be sure to throw in double the adjectives you usually would, they staff are very considerate but worry too much about adding overpowering flavour 😅.

15/11/2025: Atmosphere is brilliant and cosy. I got a loaf of bread for almost 5 euros and it was so stale I couldn't even eat it. It was very bad and the flavour of cardboard. I got a bellyache after! sad I had to give the rest to the birds! I'd say it was more than 2 days old... The cakes looked divine though

26/01/2026: My boyfriend and I stopped by Supermac's & Papa John's Ballinrobe location this afternoon and our experience was lovely. We had a look at the menu, decided on one of the Meal Specials and ordered with Olivier. He was such a nice staff member and went the extra mile to make our first time trying this fast food restaurant extra special. The pizza is delicious and the temperature and quality of the food is perfect🙌💯Thank you❤️
