12/10/2024: Second time I get so disappointed with their cakes so dry and tasteless, never again shopping here, 27.45€ for a 12” plastic cake, Dunnes has the same for 12€ is just gonna go on the bin sadly, first one was the pavlova and fruits and was awful. Not worthy.

17/01/2025: This is an absolutely lovely hotel with staff that’s friendly, professional and helpful. There’s so much character and the location is fantastic. I booked 3 nights at a very busy time in Dublin with limited options in town. The reason for the low rating is that there’s a club right nearby with very loud music blasting until late in the morning, 3 AM and still full on. I wasn’t able to sleep and had full days of work on top of jet lag. This is a hotel for holidays only (not business travel) and only if you can sleep despite noise. Otherwise, what a lovely place, historical old building, charming, great restaurant on the 5th floor, almost perfect- aside from the noise. Maybe change all the windows to double glazed and insulate the rooms from the noise?

10/01/2025: My son bought a sandwich and wanted to get a tea, he was lacking 60 cents to pay for the tea and asked the worker if he could Revolut 60 cents, but the girl who worked there said she is at work and he was left without a tea after a long flight waiting for a bus. Shame.

07/01/2025: Had to wait 30 minutes for a very expensive cold coffee today… I wouldn’t be recommending it to my clients…. Also one guy wiped all surfaces areas with one dirty cloth… not a nice experience 2 X cold coffees 1 coke and a rockey road that could be used as in fill for a hole in the runway €20..🤑

19/01/2025: I have tried their hamburgers several times and they are good: simple, quick and effective.
