15/05/2026: I’m a delivery driver and I went to collect my order but the managers decided not to give me my order for my skin colour extremely rude I don’t recommend nothing from here I then asked to speak to the boss and started cursing at me told me I should go back to my country I don’t belong there I will be making a complaint about this

13/04/2026: I had a very pleasant experience at The Gallery Restaurant. The service was excellent throughout the meal — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant itself is lovely, with a comfortable atmosphere and a nice setting. The food portions were generous and everything we ordered was enjoyable. The only downside was the price, which felt a little high for what was offered. Overall, though, it was a very good experience and I would still recommend it, especially if you are looking for good service and a pleasant place to eat.

25/10/2025: 12 Euro for a toasty made from the cheapest of the cheap packet of ham and even cheaper brown bread. Don't eat here. It's a rip off. Staff are nice though.

26/04/2026: Been coming here to get my brain fuel (latte) before starting my classes almost every morning and I'd be lost without it to be honest. Sometimes treat myself to a nice scone too! lovely staff are Shiny happy people that helps a lot in getting my day off to a positive start. 👏 ------------------------------------------ UPDATE: Sun 26/04/26 - I personally want to thank Megan the manager in Kennedys Grangegorman for providing the most excellent experience on behalf of all our staff who recently ordered catering for a very special Event. The food was outstanding ☺ Peter handled delivery for Kennedys food store for our catering event arrived a few mins early and we have to say, he was so helpful and easy to deal with. He went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. We also want to thank Jordyn, she was in charge of the service on the day and is such a pleasure to deal with and did an excellent job in looking after us all ☺ ♥ ♥ Love you all, love you Kennedys ♥♥

01/04/2026: Good atmosphere despite the unreasonable price for the quantity and taste. The salmon tasted like it had been frozen and the squid was tasteless. €50 for 2 people.

30/01/2026: Had the fish and chips. The food was only okay, the fish was great but the chips were only so and so. The staff were very nice, but it was raining and I nearly fell twice because of a slippery floor.

14/04/2026: I planned to have lunch with my toddler there today. I wanted to order at the till as I usually do but lady behind the counter asked me to take a seat and wait for waiter to take my order. It was 13:30 pm and place was surprisingly empty: couple of girls almost finished their food and two couples having tea. And couple of men who just ordered at the counter before me. I waited for 10 minutes and decided to order at the till anyway. So I got there with pram and lady just moved to the coffee machine and started to make coffee as soon as she saw me. despite the fact that there was already a guy standing there making coffee. I decided to leave and have a lunch in different place. I didn’t see that girl before there and I’m pretty sure I’d see her again I’ll just pass.

15/04/2026: ​I have been a regular at this establishment for a long time, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to justify returning. It is painful to see a place I once enjoyed fall into such a consistent decline in both service and food quality. ​The Atmosphere & Service ​The interior is significantly dated and feels like it hasn't been touched in years, but the lack of hospitality is the bigger issue. As a customer, I always make a point to say "please" and "thank you," yet the staff never returns the gesture. It’s the small things that make a guest feel welcome, and unfortunately, that warmth is completely gone here. ​The Food ​The quality has unfortunately slipped. On a prior visit, I ordered the turkey and ham dinner; the ham was incredibly "off" and the entire meal was frankly disgusting. When I brought this to the manager's attention, I still paid in full, but she didn't even act surprised by the complaint—which is perhaps the most concerning part. ​Final Thoughts ​I truly hope this place can turn things around and return to its former glory. I want to support them, but after being met with cold service and sub-par food, I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be back.

11/04/2026: Got delivery, it was freezing no side salad, no sauce, curry was watery and there was burnt ends in the bag of chips. The chicken was slimy when I bit into it and it was the smallest weird shapes I have ever seen it tastes off!

03/04/2026: Terrible breakfast..sausage uncooked. Looked as if they just came from packet...bacon was so fatty it was not worth trying to find lean bit .Ten euro each for breakfast then they charge you 7 euro for tea for two .pure rip off ..A lot better places in killarney

09/06/2026: Awful, chips were dark brown, battered sausage rock hard after sitting under cover for who know how long. A real pity zero stars is not a option. Avoid.

03/11/2025: Excellent food. Great coffee. Excellent service. Large breakfast was enough for 2. Kids pancakes very good. Not the cheapest but everything is fresh and very tasty. Good products. Good suppliers. Some delays in service noticeable from time to time and kitchen gets slammed. Suggest hiring kp. Chefs too busy.
