19/12/2025: I order boojum wayyy more than I should and it’s honestly my favourite but I’m literally begging you guys to stop watering down the sour cream😢 Back in the og boojum days you got the spoonfuls of sour cream, now it’s super watery:( I always ask for both regular and vegan sour cream to make up for it but today the vegan sour cream came out of the bottle like water, and there was a little pool of water in my bowl :( please guys I beg you to just say your all out❤️

20/12/2025: Always ordered from here never had an issue. Same account used everytime with address and details. No food received on today's order rang they told me they had no number for me go on the app and request a refund , tried this and there's no option to do so I rang back and that they were too busy to offer me a refund, funnily enough they text me five minutes later to say they cancelled and order after repeatedly telling me prior they had no number to contact me on ?

08/12/2025: Lovely stay, staff was super! I think that this is good value for money and hotel is located very centrally. Situated next to the road but didn’t hear anything using earplugs. Rooms are small and dated but the staff was super and room was very clean and comfortable. Car park is very tiny and it took me good 10 minutes to get out in the morning.

31/08/2025: I understand this is only a 3-star hotel, but they barely meet the standards of a motel. Super rundown beyond the lobby (not just old). Housekeeping is excellent considering they can only do so much. Desk staff were polite, though they lacked initiative and weren’t particularly helpful. First thing you’ll notice is the old musty smell and paper-thin walls. The guest next door woke me up using the bathroom. I even heard the clicking of him texting before his shower. Thankfully, I was on the top floor. Several advertised “amenities” were misleading and missing. They had like five parking spots in their “lot,” so you are expected to pay for parking down the street. Unable to provide a charging adapter as agreed, but sold me a used charger for $10 USD. The room itself could barely hold a double bed and offered no basic necessities besides the watered-down soap pump on the wall. Guests are also not permitted to have a friend wait in the room. They have to wait outside, which feels unnecessarily restrictive. $185 USD (discounted through booking online) for a 10hr stay, I at least expected a complimentary bottle of water or a room that didn’t reek of the 50s. I hate how negative this review is, but this hotel only aims to take every penny they can. Charging me for a used charger (visible scuffs on the metal) when all I needed was an adapter? Did another guest leave that behind? Save the “thanks” comment for the next review. It’s nonchalant and directly shows that you don’t care. Yes, it’s a business, but do better.

13/12/2025: Went there for dinner. Ordered 2 main courses which were cold after long delay. Asked for potato instead of chips. Cost 3.50. Parmesan cheese coat 2.50. Bit over the top. We not offered the desert menu. Restaurant was quiet for a Friday. Have visited before and was lovely but would not go back.

28/11/2025: We had to leave because we didn’t have cash, but we’ve really felt bad because the workers were very nice.

29/11/2025: Chef forgot to cook one of our main courses. Chips were cooked in oil possibly a week old. Waitress was more interested in being on her phone than looking after diners. An awful restaurant and terrible service. SHOCKING WITH A CAPITAL S. JUST AWFUL. AVOID . AVOID. AVOID.

06/10/2025: Visited with my family for my birthday. First Chinese since moving to Ireland last year. Food was great although rice side dishes were a little small. Staff were fantastic but the time between starts and main was quite long which was good for my 2 grandchildren.

24/10/2025: I ate there twice, the first time I didn't like it, the second time I liked it, I don't recommend the wrap, it's expensive, a small wrap costs 7€ and it's not tasty, I recommend getting the wings, they're tastier, 10 wings for 12€

14/10/2025: Had a fabulous takeaway from here, the service was very quick and the staff very nice. The crispy pork was absolutely lovely. I would definitely go again.

20/09/2025: I waited for my order for nearly 120 mins = 2 hours now and it didn't came at all. So frustrating. Called the given number and no one has received it at all. I am giving the rating of service as 1 as there's no way to give them -100. Stay away.

01/03/2026: I was passing this chipper stopped for a kebab pizza wasn't on the menu so I requested 1 well it was absolutely gorgeous I travel from dublin once a week for this pizza it kebab pizza with taco&garlic sauce base kebab meat & taco n garlic on top 😍😍😍

04/01/2026: Got a portion of onion rings . They were soft soggy broken up and stuck to the paper bag. So i got an extra side of paper bag. I've had chips served just like that also before. No good.

21/02/2026: We recently dined here as vegetarians and had a mixed experience. The hot and sour soup was genuinely very nice — flavourful and served hot, which we appreciated. We ordered veg chow mein and vegetable satay for mains. The chow mein was average and the satay was okay at first. Unfortunately, while eating, I found a piece of chicken in my vegetable satay. When I pointed it out, the staff initially said it might be bamboo shoot, but I showed them that it was clearly chicken and they acknowledged it. They offered to replace the dish, which I appreciate, but at that point I had lost trust in the food, so we declined and asked for the bill. To be fair, the staff were polite and attentive at the start, but we were still charged full price despite the mistake. I understand errors happen, but for vegetarians this is a serious issue, not just a minor inconvenience. Overall: good soup, average mains, but a major concern for anyone ordering vegetarian food. I hope the kitchen improves separation and quality control.
