The best restaurants

10/08/2026: I had great food here. I ordered a takeaway first, which I liked so much that I came back another day to see the restaurant itself. Particularly liked the chicken corn soup and the dishes with duck.

04/07/2026: Staff was lovely and very kind, food was excellent and for a decent price!!! Would recommend!!

18/08/2026: Amazing. I've been trying to find any cafe in the city that would make me my go to drink, the London Fog (Earl Grey latte). These guys figured it out with enthusiasm. I explained it to them and they made me a cup of lavender milk and a pit of Earl Grey steeped in about 1/3 pot of water, and then once steeped and mixed, it was exactly what I was looking for! Thank you for being willing to be a little creative to make my day! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more.

08/08/2026: The coffee didn’t taste like coffee; it was very sour and watery. The waiters were very attentive and did their best.

08/09/2026: I ordered just a cheese pizza for delivery and asked for extra sauce but the pizza was extremely dry and instead of basil on the pizza they put oregano, I called about it and asked for another pizza but they were very rude saying to come to the shop so I can watch them make the pizza in front of them if I wanted another one. Staff is rude and the food is prepared poorly. Waste of money.

05/09/2026: Really great experience with Four Star Pizza! The food was fresh, hot and really tasty, and everything was prepared perfectly. The customer service was excellent, and I especially want to mention the owner, Ahmed, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. He was very friendly, professional and made the whole experience so much better. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is important here. Great food, great service and lovely staff. I would definitely recommend Four Star Pizza and will definitely be back! 🍕❤️

11/05/2026: Good selection of beer, spirits & wine. Nice bar which is part of the Hodson bay hotel. If you're into craft beer produced by independent breweries,, they stock beers by black donkey brewery. I was at the hotel, last year for a family wedding.

04/07/2026: You expect something for €4 a coffee, but this really wasn’t worth it. I asked for a short Americano which is usually a double shot and a small bit of water and I got a full mug of coffee. I refused to take it. Next try to sit down and the chairs were dirty I had to ask one of them to wipe the chairs. I get it, it’s not the server’s fault, but it’s definitely the fault of Starbucks who aren’t maintaining the standard you’d expect for the cost.

26/05/2026: Old style suburban dublin pub in tymon north tallaght, we had a carvery lunch and it was quite nice , staff were friendly and helpful in their old school Dublin way which i found amusing .very pleasant.

27/05/2026: The very best dinner out I had in a very long time! I had the Killibegs Salmon with Chefs Seafood sauce. It was absolutely delicious. As I like to cook myself I had lost my faith in eating out, because I often feel I could have done better myself. But not here. We will certainly be back for more !

24/05/2026: Tasteless chicken burger, buns absolutely soaked in grease. Chips soggy, clumped together, no texture, and dripping oil. Delivery was quick, but the food was horrible.

06/09/2026: Ordered a 4in1 and spicebag yesterday , the 4in1 was lovely however the spicebag was very dry and the chicken did not taste like chicken. Super chewey and very dry. Almost impossible to eat. Very disappointed as usually I am a big fan of the food however this time I had to throw it away.

23/08/2026: The delivery man was very good off the place but the food?Jesus Christ All I have to say is just don't order off there because they false advertising everyone they said no onions or chilli or salt or even sauce in it but everything was in it do not recommend to anyone

15/09/2026: Pizza tastes like from fridge, and don't buy slices becouse We bought 4 slices and payed 24 euros, We could have just bought meal for 2 for 25 and you can get big pizza with any chiken side, chips and 1 drink.

23/07/2026: The place was Empty the Food Quality was ok but the Quantity was very poor!!... was still hungry when I left the Restaurant... ordered rice & chips with my chicken curry...the Rice Arrived in what looked like the Sugar bowl an the portion of chips waz Very miserable Also.... definitely not value for Money therefore I shall not Be Back anytime soon.....

29/04/2026: Visited Eddie Rocket’s on Parnell Street today and honestly had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had there. While we were waiting for our food, we could see the chefs eating directly off plates — both ours and others that had been ordered after us. It was really off-putting and completely unacceptable from a hygiene point of view. When the food finally came out, it didn’t improve things. The burgers were dry and completely tasteless, nothing like what I’ve had here before. The boneless wings were soggy and tasted horrible also. On top of that, the air conditioning was turned up so high that I was freezing the entire time. It made the whole experience uncomfortable, and the food went cold really quickly because of it. What’s most disappointing is that I’ve been to this Eddie Rocket’s many times and always considered it one of the best locations. That’s why this visit was such a shock. Really let down this time.

25/09/2026: Yesterday, I went to your Liffey Street branch with my friends after college, and honestly, it was quite disappointing. The staff were very rude when we asked if we could get fresh chicken instead of the double-fried one. We were simply told, “You can have a refund, we have what we have.” I understand that things can get busy, but the way it was handled was not nice at all. We also ordered the €22 deal. The burgers were very small, and the chicken was extremely oily and lacked flavour. Running a restaurant is not just about social media marketing. Food quality, taste, portion size and, most importantly, customer service matter just as much.

27/01/2026: Magnificent! Food on point and the mocha was simply the best i’ve had in Dublin. Definitely would come back.

27/05/2026: I ordered an iced mango almond latte that was advertised on the board outside, but the staff didn’t seem to know how to make it. The almond milk tasted like it was off, and the drink was honestly horrible. On top of that, they charged €5.50 for it… definitely not coming back.

06/05/2026: It's a typical chain like other large coffee shops with a star in their name, but great for breakfast or grabbing a salad to go. The coffee is excellent – ​​we had bagels with salmon or an Irish breakfast – we loved it – we'll be back tomorrow ;-)
