18/08/2026: Absolutely delicious. What a great find, we will be back. Got stay prawn noodles which were SO TASTY and delicious. And a raman noodle soup which my daughter loved - she's obsessed with noodles and wanted to try a noodle restaurant. Absolutely 5 stars

28/07/2026: High Street fast food outlet. Good all round satisfaction. Not as good of a variety as Chopstix or similar outlets back in the UK.

22/08/2026: Don’t bother ordering for collection and thinking it’s going to be ready when you get there order was placed 40 minutes before getting there and had to wait outside for another 35 minutes to receive my order for collection food must have been sitting there the whole time was stone cold when I got it. People going in and ordering received there orders faster then me!!! Used to be brilliant food and service . Won’t be going here for my Chinese’s anymore

01/07/2026: I’ve always enjoyed coming to this Starbucks. The drinks are always made quickly and to a high standard. Staff are friendly too. There’s plenty of seating available in the food court

20/09/2026: Best to avoid this take away, Food is terrible, the chips were definitely reheated and the curry sauce was very sweet also the beef was over cooked. Other restaurants work so hard to give value for money and should be supported, unfortunately not this place

18/08/2026: Very disappointed. I always eat here regularly with my family For the last few visits I noticed the portions extremely getting smaller and smaller. I normally don't get lettuce or sour cream or cheese so by default they should replace it by adding more rice. I noticed the staff are so light handed I don't know if this is actual Zambrero new portion policy or the actual Franchise! At the end of the day I might start to drive to J14 or Monread as they are still serve the right portion since they open. Won't be back again as you can see from the pictures attached how small and the food is gone after few spoons and the food is gone and we still hungry. My advice to to owner extra few rice won't break the bank I'm gone today and more people may avoid tomorrow. By the way this is not the staff fault. It's definitely management. Thanks👍

31/07/2026: I’d give it a zero stars if I could, I ordered and waited 2 hours only for them to cancel the order? There was no explanation given I just stopped getting updates about the order. I wished I could’ve been contacted for an explanation.

25/07/2026: We were a group of friends on a language course in Ireland. After visiting the gardens, we came to get something to drink. We paired up to share drinks since we weren't hungry enough to order a full meal each, splitting the cost of each drink—we all paid a little. While we were eating at the tables, a woman working at the café rudely came over to scold us, saying, and I quote, "We don't share here," and kicked two of our friends out of the establishment "for not ordering anything." In the end, my friends had to spend their money individually, losing the money they had previously spent.

03/08/2026: Food was fine but delivery driver extremely rude, giving out to me because my Just Eat address wasn’t right. This wasn’t true. I checked JustEat and it had the correct address and eircode and everything. There’s two estates with similar names so I’m assuming he went to the wrong one, but if he had just followed the eircode or read the address properly, he wouldn’t have had that issue. I don’t appreciate being disrespected on my own doorstep because the driver did something wrong.

07/09/2026: Fantastic quality and quantity! The tartar sauce was excellent and I think homemade too. Well worth a visit.

02/08/2026: I was really disappointed to find that Supermacs in junction 14 do not cater for people that require a gluten free diet. I was informed by staff that chips are fried in the same oil used for gluten containing products. They had no gluten free food to offer me. For such a busy outlet I am very disappointed. People with coeliac disease and also vegans are willfully not catered for in Supermacs Junction 14.

30/07/2026: Given it's mostly spuds and beef we should be world class at this, but the reality is very uninspiring. It'll do if you're on the road and out of options.

28/08/2026: This review shouldn’t even get a star food was good but staff was not Me and my friend were in here talking at a reasonable voice and one of the staff started telling us to stop talking We have shoukd be allowed talk in a restraunt Unacceptable also tables and floor hasn’t been cleaned in so long it’s horrible

20/06/2026: Ordered a bacon cheese burger. Gentleman asked which toppings - did that. Food arrived swiftly - no bacon. Two of my friends are students. One got the student bacon cheese burger deal (again no bacon). The second ordered the same - got charged full price. Not worth it. Been to many a WOW Burger - this has to be the most underperforming. For context it wasn’t busy, arguably empty.

09/07/2026: This pub is being ran into the ground by the SON of the joint/co owner. to many staff behind a small bar falling over each other and even the SON has tripped his father up several times who is in his 80's, he runs around like a headless chicken, always seems to be panicking, after talking to my niece who drank there in the past and her conversations with bar staff and regulars over the years it's believed he the SON may be BI PILOR, staff never stay for long, bar 1 lad Luke, so obviously he's a yes man, he then asks why staff are leaving 2 go 2 a local bar he won't accept the reasons of not only his ignorance towards patrons but staff alike, he won't speak to them in privacy he makes a holy show of them in front of the whole pub, and asks why they are leaving, one former staff member now works in delaneys around the corner well there's actually 2 but this 1 young lad was serving my niece around the whole Covid after covid time and she requested she and her boyfriend have 2 drinks from the same glasses, so the young gent proceeded to pull the pints and the BALD GLASSES WEARING SON actually slapped the drinks from the lads hand, my niece is a manager in booths and told the SON, she requested the drinks in such way and the fact he was out of order and rude and obnoxious and dog ignorant, the young lad gave them there drinks and my niece told him DO NOT LET HIM the SON do that to you or anyone, most of the bad comments on here are all related to the SON who is clearly running the pub into the ground with his rude and panicking ways and shocking attitude, patrons and staff alike say he has a lot of family problems, we'll like all professionals you must leave you're problems at home or at worst the front door, he's a walking heart attack waiting to happen, it's a hard one for TOMMY an absolute gent of a man, a dieing breed sadly to have to say to his son change you're ways or leave, but he has to do something and soon he won't always be around sadly. the son is a failed prison officer didn't last long in the job, and we see why, he's still friends with them all do as they go in for sneaky pints from 10AM Onwards as do some local pi$$ heads needing a curior as we used to call it, how this man has not gotten a slap is beyond belief, staff former and present and likewise patrons can't all be wrong TOMMY AND CO OWNER'S , please sort him out or sack him and get in a real bar manager, not someone who thinks they own the place and is invincible like ROCKY why have a review spot if you the manager/co owners are not going to publish it, seems you're not able f9r constructive criticism

05/09/2026: I am writing to raise a concern about something I witnessed while waiting in the drive-thru at McDonald’s Newbridge. While looking into the kitchen area, I observed a staff member with long hair tied up in a bun repeatedly scratching and touching his hair while working. What made this particularly concerning was that it appeared to happen openly around other employees, yet nobody seemed at all fazed by it or concerned about the hygiene implications. I did not see any handwashing or sanitising take place afterward, and from a customer’s perspective, it was very off-putting to watch. I also noticed that staff were not wearing gloves. While I cannot say with certainty whether this employee handled my food, seeing someone repeatedly scratching their hair in a food preparation environment and then carrying on as normal was unpleasant and did not inspire confidence in the hygiene standards being followed. What stood out most was not just the behaviour itself, but the fact that it appeared completely normal to the staff around him. As a customer purchasing food, I found the whole situation unhygienic, disgusting, and very off-putting. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and if staff could be reminded of the importance of proper hygiene practices when working around food.
