21/03/2025: Amazing food, incredible service and the place has always been clean when we have been here

20/02/2025: Absolutely Shocking!!! Staff have no idea what they are supposed to be doing.. They were looking at the menu to see what was meant to be put on the burgers.. Had little / no english so extremely hard to communicate with . Food was practically raw and completely inedible... Went straight to the bin ...Never again!! OMFG 🤨🤢

19/11/2024: We ordered a kids meal and the popcorn chicken came half cooked. We rang to get it rectified but they wouldn’t do anything about it and were very dismissive on the phone. The rest of the food tasted reheated and was barely luke warm. We are ordering from here years and I hate to complain but the way the dealt with raw chicken in a kids meal is just not acceptable. Will never order from here again.

07/02/2025: I have ordered a pizza around two hours ago for delivery , they told me it will take around half an hour to 40 minutes I received after 70 minutes it was very cold I had to heat up again I wish I ordered from somewhere else

21/03/2025: Alek who is in the pub doesn't have any kind of manners or knowledge how to deal with a customer he was very rude and it's very unprofessional I won't recommend someone to pass by

16/03/2025: We tried the buffet here, but I was disappointed with the quality of the food. It was obvious that the dishes weren't fresh. The vegetables tasted wilted, and the meat had an unappealing texture that made it difficult to enjoy. Additionally, the flavors were bland, indicating that the food had been sitting out for too long. I expected much better, especially considering the restaurant's reputation. I won’t be returning here.

27/10/2024: I was disappointed with the lack of courtesy and communication at this restaurant. The server didn’t let us know how long we would need to wait for our order. A simple update on the wait time would have been appreciated, as it felt like we were left in the dark. Clear communication would go a long way in improving the customer experience. Very bad service and communication

21/02/2025: We showed up to our reservation and they were not open. We had our reservation for 6 months and it’s during operating hours. Lights were off and the doors were locked. Thank goodness for the next door restaurant for making room for us. This restaurant apparently is barely open when it’s supposed to be. Do not come here. Kind of confused on how it has such a high rating…don’t even waste your time.

25/01/2025: This place is closed! Our groupon and booking were accepted but when we showed up, the place was closed and no one was answering phone calls

17/02/2025: A few months ago I found a longish fair hair in my takeaway ( I have dark brown hair) I rang to let them know & I had to send back my dish along with the hair I found, I never once recieved an apology over the phone for this happening. I said i would let it go & give them another chance. I have just finished my takeaway from last night & the exact same thing as happened to me, but this time it was in my mouth 😤🤢 I have ordered from here for years & I will never ever order from here again, so disgusting & unhygienic!!

14/02/2025: I went there for my friends 14th birthday last week. We met a friend there and she told us that apparently we didn't make a reservation, oh well that's alright. We're a group of 7 right and we are sat down. One of the staff members tried telling us something that is Very simple yet she complicated it so much for no reason. How come we can't order what we want? The food was alright but having to order so much food for no reason really pissed me off. We were full but still had food left. These stupid rules is actually so annoying, let people eat what they want.

09/04/2025: Firstly it’s a 3 star hotel so anyone staying here don’t expect the Hilton and up to date facilities, it is what it is. I Stayed two nights and I found the room to be small, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and tidy but outdated with some wear and tear evident. There was some sort of leak (radiator) as my carpet was damp on the right hand side of the bed so I could not stand on that side as my foot got wet. I found the staff friendly and helpful and the bathroom was quite nice and updated with a nice walk in shower. There was a small square window which had no cover or curtain so that made me feel a bit exposed and uncomfortable but the other big window in the room had blinds and curtains. The hotel was booked under the consumption it did meals however it was stated in a welcome email (after it was booked) they did not provide meals and only a continental breakfast which was disappointing however there is plenty of eating options around town and nearby restaurants,shops and so on. There is a multi storey car park nearby which is handy for parking and the hotel can offer discount on it. Overall I found the hotel decent with a sense of effort from the staff and environment (trying to do the best they can with what they have).

01/01/2025: Showed up during open hours & they were closed. If they were going to close unexpectedly during the week, they should have updated their hours on Google.

08/09/2024: Very nice selection of sorbet and the coffee is very good.

29/03/2025: Our stay was ok. One thing that was missing was cutlery.

24/02/2025: The place didn't provide bed sheets and there was blood on it no forks or knifes No towels Old dated tvs not smart Asked to change rooms and said this the best they have

11/08/2024: I would not go back!! The service was horrendous and the food disgusting and the price of the food was ridiculous!! We do not understand how this place is still opened. Take my advice,safe your money and never eat out of here

28/02/2025: Was in your shop on 13th February in the evening some time. Dealt with such a lovely young fella never got his name he helped bring out my things to my car (I never asked him to) and he got absolutely soaked. I was having such an awful day 😞 and he really made it good again by this little gesture... Thank you

03/11/2024: Very disappointed, one of my friends told me to not buy a deli anymore, because one of the staff said they are using leftovers the next morning. I couldn't believe it, so we drove this afternoon, see pictures attached
