09/09/2026: The highlight of our Letterkenny trip was our dinner here. From the complimentary appetisers to dessert, the food and service was impeccable. Would go again!

11/10/2026: On Thursday nights you can expect live entertainment in the bar. A fiddle, a squeeze box, a guitar, the music slowly builds through the evening, as does the atmosphere and before you go home there will be singing too. We ate, I had duck, John had scampi pulled that morning from Dingle Bay. Both were great but the duck was all meat (a common fault in these parts) and short on veg...for many a good fault but I love my vegetables and salad. The service, was good and the surroundings attractive.

07/10/2026: This beautiful place served the best meal I've ever had in my life. An unforgettable experience from the moment we walked through the door. Sasha was an amazing server! The food was not only a work of art but absolutely delicious! If I was at home with that stature food I would've licked the plate with no shame. Just absolutely perfect from start to finish. Get the ham hock with crispy egg, I insist!

16/10/2026: There was no roasted lamb leg; I was fooled by the AI. However, the seafood soup was delicious and had lots of ingredients.

11/07/2026: as a bus driver my group was very well looked after had parking kept for us and I must say the breakfast was really good the very best quality in breakfast I will certainly stop here again

21/06/2026: To David and The staff at Davitts Guesthouse Kenmare. Myself And my friend stayed for the weekend at Davitts for my best friends Wedding. And from start to finish, we had the most welcoming and friendliest experience. The room was so comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was such a lovely homemade start to our day. We had the pleasure of meeting with David the owner. Such a gentleman. He kindly drove us to Kilarney Train Station to make sure we got the train home safe. 15/06/2026: Dogs aren't allowed in the inside bar but they have a good sized beer garden at the back (accessible from the street behind) which is dog friendly. And if you're solo with dogs - as I was - you can order and pay from your table

02/10/2026: Love love love this place. We arrived while it was pouring out, and they made accommodations to fit us in despite the fact that they were full. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. My mother asked how the pancetta was cooked and the lovely waitress came back with a summary from the chef on how to make it. This is a little hidden gem across the river from Temple Bar. From 3 Americans and 1 Spaniard …. This was the BEST Irish food we had all week!!

19/09/2026: Fantastic experience start to finish from being greeted at the door to the quality of food. We had the shepherds pie and the beef special and both were absolutely delicious. The staff is super helpful as well. Definitely come when you’re in Killarney but reserve in advance.

21/09/2026: Food okay. I picked a burger which didn't meet my expectations, the pizza's seemed very tasty, though. We were lucky to immediately get a table, but many people came in and made arrangements to be called when a table were to become available. We were seated close to the door, but it felt like there was a permanent line to the cash register, giving it a bit of a factory feeling... I expected more for their pricing.

16/09/2026: Incredible wood fired pizza, fun lively service with great local beer recommendations for a tourist. Goat cheese salad was out of this world as well. Price is slightly higher but the quality is also high as well. You get what you pay for here and it’s worth paying for the quality you get. Would recommend to anybody looking to share some slices on a rainy night. P.S. music choices are 10/10 this place is a vibe.

14/09/2026: I can't express how perfect our dinner was here. It was my mom's 65th birthday, and when I made a reservation I asked for a good table and they put us right next to the window. They also took note it was her birthday and came out with dessert and a candle. The service from Janet was 100/10. The food was even better! We shared oysters, the bread for the table was amazing and we each had a fish dish that was superb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

21/08/2026: We booked a table of 9 with a child. The staff were amazing and the food was THE best we had over the course of our entire trip from Dublin, Doolin, and Dingle. It was cozy, bright and felt like we were eating dinner in a close relatives home. Patricia and Janet were lovely and I recommend EVERYONE visiting Dingle book a table there - also shoutout to Caitlin for her lovely service.

24/09/2026: Extremely rude man with a radio earpiece was our server (possibly the manager?). Asked for waters immediately when we got to the table (even before ordering and then receiving our other drinks) received them after our food came out after asking again for them. Server would not make eye contact with my partner (of color) AT ALL even when he was ordering - the server spoke directly and only to me. Sat in a gorgeous hallway area, I had a lovely time sitting, but my partner was bumped into by multiple servers on his side of the table for some reason. Ordered a “white lemonade” on the non-alcoholic menu, was given a 7up (also on the menu a few items below the white lemonade listed). My partner politely asked for the white lemonade when he brought the wrong drink to the table, and the server told us “Yes, this is that. Have you had 7up before?” to which my partner said, “Yes, but I would like to order a white lemonade.” The server started to argue with him until I showed him the drink menu where I showed him that “white lemonade” and “7up” were listed separately, and then he walked away and got one for us. Soup and bruschetta were tasty, but the waitstaff soured the experience completely. Will NOT be returning, or recommending this place to anyone. We recommend the staff knows what is on the menu.

22/09/2026: One of my Dublin favourites which has plenty to look at and wonderful Guinness. Super service from bat staff and waitresses and waiters that care. Upper Baggot Street from memory south of the river. Am looking forward to going back! ☘️

26/09/2026: Naoise and Suesey St. - a match made in a non-snob’s heaven. A warm but discreet welcome. A menu that’s not at all fussy but elegant and superbly curated. The most flavoursome food, served with knowledge and savoir faire. Of many places to choose while in Dublin for a weekend, this will become a repeat visit because of the combination of the above mentioned elements.

07/09/2026: I had a great experience at 56 Central in Galway! The staff were really nice, friendly, and managed everything very well, even during the busy times. The restaurant was quite busy with tourists, but the service was still well organised. The food was amazing overall. I had the Irish breakfast, and everything was delicious, although the bacon was a little overcooked for my taste. The burger, however, was absolutely amazing! If you’re visiting Galway, I definitely recommend stopping by 56 Central. It’s a busy and popular spot for tourists, and for good reason. A must-visit when you’re in Galway! 🇮🇪🍔
