20/07/2026: Very intimate, and excellent food. Some dishes were better than others, but the overall experience, the accommodation for a dietary restriction, and the stand out dishes more than made up for it, especially for the price. The Birthday dessert and candle was a nice touch. I've seen 2* restaurants put in less effort. The lamb was phenomenal and unlike any lamb flavor we've had before.

28/06/2026: An excellent and well-balanced menu. We ordered wine pairings, and they were superb, with some surprising and very interesting wines. The table we were seated at was also particularly welcoming. A magnificent experience.

11/08/2026: A great place with a great atmosphere and takeout options. If you're looking for a restaurant, don't come here, but for a local food experience, I recommend it. Warning: the portions are huge.

09/08/2026: Absolutely loved this place! Tied with a Michelin star restaraunt in Dublin for my favorite place to eat in Ireland. Sometimes you can’t beat fresh and simple. Fresh monkfish was delicious, eat it while it’s hot! Made to order so don’t expect it right away, I’d say I waited about 15 min, but it was worth it!

28/07/2026: Best pub food in Dundalk, met here for the plaque unveiling at Dundalk Gaol, it was also All Ireland day so very busy but great staff who made my visit a memorable one.

26/06/2026: Loved this pub! Solo travelling I don't normally to into a pub as I'm shy! but I felt so very welcomed its my definite go to pub when heading to dundalk!! 09/07/2026: I came here for a nice vegetarian meal, where I could relax and sit after my long outing at the cliffs of Moher. When I walked in, I was planning to just order at the counter and take my meal somewhere else, but the lady practically forced me to a table. I had studied the menu online and tried to tell her that I was ready to order without seeing a menu, but she told me to consider. I looked at the menu for 30 seconds before calling her over and ordering. I asked for the Wi-Fi and she turned around and looked at her coworker, rolled her eyes and then pointed at a sign in the back of the restaurant. food did come out, surprisingly quick and tasted fine. I ordered the curry, which came with fried tofu, and I was expecting it to be seasoned like regular Asian tofu, but it was spiced like barbecue ribs. maybe that was on me, I probably could've asked more questions. Anyway, besides the rude lady who served me her coworker was actually quite kind and came over to bring me more napkins when she saw I spilled. atmosphere was great though, nice little restaurant with good vibes.

09/07/2026: Absolutely love Greens & Co! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There are plenty of healthy and delicious options to choose from, and everything tastes like it’s made with care. The coffee and specialty drinks are amazing too. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide great service every time. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a relaxing meal. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and a wonderful experience!

09/07/2026: This place is old school food done well. It felt like being back at my grandmothers house. Had the soup and steak and both were delicious. The side veg was great too. Nothing fancy, nice ingredients, well cooked. There are a few religious statues pictures up around the place but this just enhanced the old school Ireland atmosphere.

08/07/2026: We were in Tralee for the night and went to Cassidys as the reviews were good! The food was delicious, seafood was super fresh and the waiting staff were very friendly. We had the chowder and crab claws to start, and the sea bass and carbonara for mains. The only downside for me was how slow it was between courses (40 minutes). I understand they were busy, however, other tables around us were getting their main courses much faster than us so it felt as though there may have been a mixup!

07/08/2026: Absolutely wonderful experience! I first came here at Christmas and had a salmon risotto that I absolutely loved, so I was very happy to come back. This time I had the chicken shawarma, and it was absolutely delicious! A special mention to Valerio and Helena, who were both incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming. Valerio even spoke a few words of Portuguese with me, which was such a lovely touch. Excellent food and wonderful service. I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

08/08/2026: Nice old fashioned pub offering great Guinness & a fine selection of whiskey. Prices are reasonable given the location. Well worth a visit.

25/07/2026: Managed to book a table for one on a very busy evening, thanks to the staff having hospitality and creativity in equal measure. Went for two starters rather than one and a main, allowing superb rock oysters and lobster risotto to accompany a very lovely carafe of wine. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and the food was simply wonderful.

15/07/2026: We had a lovely time in this fascinating little bar/restaurant. We had the chowder which was very good. We also had the mackerel patty and hummus with tortillas very enjoyable. My wife had the sauvignon blanc which could have been colder. The Guinness was excellent and definitely one of the best points I enjoyed on our little road trip, so much so I had to have a second and it didn't disappoint. I highly recommend a visit to Nancy's and the town of Ardara.

13/07/2026: Cozy local pub, great atmosphere. Good food and friendly service. We were able to wait at the bar for a bit while we waited for a table. On Sundays, the kitchen closes a bit earlier, so be sure to be on time; it can get really busy, but it's worth it.
