08/05/2026: This restaurant really stands out in limerick, probably one of the best dining experiences in the city and beyond. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by very polite friendly and smiling staff. It’s quite difficult to choose from the menu because all the dishes sound amazing. Finally when we decided we had some delicious fresh bread and butter, the prawn and chorizo pil pil was outstanding couldn’t get enough of it , fish cakes delicious and the lamb was unbelievably soft and juicy. The staff were extremely attentive without be overbearing, no hovering. Superb service. I would dine here again in a heartbeat. This has to be where you dine if your only in limerick for one night and a must if your here any longer.

06/04/2026: We’ve been at Glass Curtain twice now, including a Valentine’s dinner, and it has been excellent both times. Food is outstanding—every dish feels well thought out and full of flavour. The wine pairing was spot on, and overall the experience felt really special from start to finish. On our Valentine’s visit, we were even surprised with an extra course for Pancake Day, which was a lovely touch. Service is top notch—attentive, professional, and consistent. The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for a special occasion. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.

19/04/2026: I sat at the bar and ate an out of this world sirloin. All the bartenders were pleasant they could and I never been treated so well by this many different people at one place. The service alone were a 5+ star.

07/05/2026: Wonderful Pub with a great chef in Sneem offering a constantly rotating menu of classic dishes, including their famous Fish Pie, Fish and Chips, Kerry Beef Stew, Scampi, Goulash. Great food, very popular with local clientele and passing tourists who are lucky enough to chance upon it. Reservations for evening dining is recommended as it’s always busy. Dog friendly (as long as they’re well behaved!) which can be difficult to find in this part of the world.

22/04/2026: Very restaurant in Dublin. Came across this by accident but it is worth a visit. Very nice local food with local ingredients, friendly staff and a good atmosphere. One of the better places I visited in Dublin and would definitely go back on my next trip.

15/05/2026: Typical pub. Everybody is friendly. Great whisky selection. Best Guinness I had so far. Music on point with folk irish songs. Clifden and Lowry's knows how to welcome people.

10/05/2026: Arriving right in the middle of a hurling match (coming from France, I didn't even know this sport existed), I was blown away by the incredible atmosphere! Furthermore, I had a really excellent meal, reasonably priced, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it!

The server Murilo was great and had a wonderful personality and was a pleasure to speak with. Washington The bartender was nice and friendly as was Kunal. I highly recommend this restaurant. 26/03/2026: Great restaurant with friendly and pleasant serving staff. The food was excellent and there is an extensive wine list. The venue is stylish and we had a cozy cubbyhole table which was quiet and semi private. Recommend and would return.

20/04/2026: Had a lovely lunch with my family last Sunday at The Ivy Cottage. Food was amazing, fish and chips with a light batter and so tasty! Chowder and Crab Claw were also so special. We bought a loaf of the bread they serve with the Chowder, a soda bread with different spices, so tasty! Staff was beyond friendly, so kind and efficient! We felt very welcomed specially because they were so kind to our little doggy.

03/05/2026: What an Amazing Pub to have couple of Pints and Amazing Food. We Ordered Mild Chicken Curry with Basmati rice and Naan 😍😍😍😍; Prawns Scampi😍😍 ; Vegan Red Past😍😍; Chicken Goujons😍😍. Every thing was just amazing and mouth watering food. Best was for spice level they gave us Sriracha Sauce and made the best 👌.

01/05/2026: Best burger honestly we've ever had! We ate early on so quiet enough which is what we like. Attentive service, any requests no problem. Noticed pet friendly in the outdoor area. Food, service, atmosphere can't fault it! Will definitely be back 😊 Very central in Wexford town.

12/05/2026: As someone who works in hospitality in Toronto I was genuinely so grateful for the service myself and my Dad received last night at Nancys. I just had flown into Donegal after a long connection in Dublin from Toronto and I was dying for some food and both the chefs and servers were gracious to take our order even though we embarrassingly showed just before the kitchen closed. Both the people working front of house were super hospitable, the food was great and the atmosphere of the room was full of character.

11/05/2026: We loved this place so much we came back for round two the next night. The specials were incredible, mackerel spread was outstanding, the chowder was best we have had in Ireland. The Guinness was great and went even better with how friendly and helpful the staff was. We can’t recommend this place enough and are sorry we didn’t stay another night in town so we could eat here for a third night. That’s how good this place is!!! Also it’s a good deal too!! And family owned and operated!!! Oh and the oysters!!! Outstanding all around!!
