31/03/2024: Fantastic seafood, all delicious! We had the croquettes and half portion of seafood chowder for starters, and the fish stew and risotto for mains.
They don't take reservations for smaller groups or pairs, so we had to give our number and they call people back. In our case, we waited outside 15 minutes and were offered the option to be seated at a shared round table (which we eventually shared with 3 other pairs): this was a great way to slash waiting times and meet new people over a delicious meal!

28/02/2024: I love the Cove, although I usually pop in for a pint more so than food. Tom and the staff are all sound out. Great pint of Guinness too. Always a bit of a buzz going on. Great spot.

07/04/2024: Leuke, gezellige plek waar je snel en top geholpen wordt (zelfs met een grote groep). Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding van de gerechten was ook zeer goed. Cillian heeft ons een zeer prettig en gezellig diner verzorgd. Hij was ook zo aardig om een lijstje op te stellen voor ons met daarin zijn aanraders voor een avondje stappen in Dublin en ook hiermee heeft hij zijn steentje bijgedragen aan een topnacht!

13/03/2024: Excellent beautiful place we went for mothers day. Very busy but the staff were excellent we were waiting all of 3 minutes to be seated. The food was scrumptious served piping hot and it was 5🌟. Excellent service between courses we were finished and ready for home after 1.5 hours. Very reasonable priced and again staff kept checking if we were OK for everything. We will be back.

30/03/2024: Really nice spot that seems to specialise in potato hash. Nice variety without being too much. The food was very nice with great flavours. I would consider it a hearty and good sized feed as it kept me going through the day. The staff were really friendly and attentive and the service was quick. The price point was also very reasonable. If I was hear by in the future I would certainly go again.

02/04/2024: I'd give this café 6 Stars if I could, because he is the only place I found (so far) in Ireland, that had Lactose Free (Cows) Milk.
And the coffee tasted good to by the way, I could have a cappuccino instead of that gungy americano I have to substitute for if they don't have this milk as I cannot have the alternatives.

25/03/2024: Beautiful coffee spot. But too many people were waiting to be served and the staff tried their best, which was not enough. No space to sit, probably was a busy hour but you think the owner could do something to make it bigger and accommodate more people. The coffee itself was amazing 👏

04/04/2024: Disappointing culinary experience despite warm service. Opting for the halloumi dish, I was looking forward to its rich flavour and texture, but it tasted lacklustre. It bore the unfortunate impression of having been precooked. It lacked its natural succulence. The chips were tasty.
04/04/2024: If you are looking for decent irish home-cooked food at its best, do not look further. We were being quite lost as foreigners where we should have lunch as we wanted to taste some real authentic dishes but non of the other places we found were really convincing, then bumped into this small restaurant by accident. Seafood chowder was amazing, irish stew and baked salmon the best we’ve ever had. Huge thanks for the wonderful experience and greetings from Hungary!
