06/01/2026: Easily the best run bar and venue in Limerick City. A haven for mature punters who appreciate alternative sounds and laid back atmosphere. I've not tried the food but the menu looks enticing.

06/01/2026: We attended a Hermitage Green concert. The members of staff were fantastic.

08/01/2026: Burger night on a Thursday is great value! The porterhouse burger was great with a glass of Malbec for €20. Looking forward to trying a dish off the main menu next time. Great spot to dine before going to the local cinema!

23/12/2025: Stayed at the Coach Hotel in Ballymote for four days in November. Had a wonderful stay. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Delicious breakfast every morning to start the day. Nice restaurant and lounge area. Can’t say enough about the great hospitality. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Ballymote area.

31/12/2025: Stopped here for a break on our way to Kerry. Had a seafood chowder, it was so good that we stopped again on our way back as well.

30/12/2025: Went in here before Christmas for some food. The person that showed us to our table and was waiting on us was so rude. Maybe it was because we were not locals? She was short and abrupt when taking our orders and did not seem approachable at all. We felt like a nuisance if anything. It's unfortunate because it seems like a nice place otherwise.

13/01/2026: By far our favourite Pub in Clifden. Always great atmosphere and fantastic live music. We love going there off season, also nice for drink or hot whiskey after a walk on colder days. The Staff is fantastic, lovely to talk to especially Bernie very welcoming.

19/01/2026: This is BY FAR the best meal we’ve had in Dublin and honestly in many cities regardless of country or continent. The chowder was robust, complex and flavorful without the use of crab and lobster which most places lean on for flavor - I could literally have bathed in It. We also got the short rib and sea bass- Each dish was thoughtful, well seasoned and genuinely made you want to come back for more. If I find myself in Dublin again there is no question where my first meal will be. There are several Michelin recommendations in the area but they have nothing on this place - do yourself a favor and get your reservation now - I feel certain you won’t be disappointed. Chef Sean Drugan if not a legend already is certainly one in the making

14/01/2026: The mussels were outstanding, the short ribs were fork tender and slid right off the bone. The sea bass was excellent as well. The chocolate cake for dessert was magnificent. Great work guys!

10/01/2026: Rooms are basic but comfortable. There is no elevator to access the rooms on the second floor so if you have mobility issues or can't carry your luggage up the stairs, you should request a ground floor room when booking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, walking distance to Bunratty Castle and a couple of restaurants, though the restaurant on-site serves delicious food.

29/12/2025: Rang enquiring for dining in the bar this morning told by female yes dining till 3.30 available . I drove to Bianconi from Killarney after picking up guests from London to dine only to be asked ‘have you a booking?’- I said no but rang & lady said the dining Available till 3.30. She never alerted me to pre Bon she implied yes dining available turn up . It was not professional the way the young girl told me ‘nothing available ‘ & then she turned her back & told 2 other ladies working behind the bar the 4 of us wanted to dine there & they agreed no. Looking found the tables 2 were sitting 4 place tables & other tables were paying ! Why be so unwelcoming ? If it’s all too much to manage they should stay closed . they closed enough of the days as it is or else open more to accommodate visiting guests paying their wages . The lady that answered the phone should have advised me booking was necessary if she was trained in customer services . So not a great place for visitors .

29/11/2025: Excellent. We had a fantastic meal. The seafood chowder was incredible, and the cheese and charcuterie board was huge and delicious. A lovely place. I highly recommend it. Very good service.

28/10/2025: Walked in with our son to have a drink and for husband to do whiskey tasting. What an absolutely amazing place! An outstanding amount and variety of scotches/whiskeys. Lots of different beers on tap. Many unique cocktails. Also a gin bar in same place! HIGHLY recommend. Beautifully decorated and stylish atmosphere.

01/01/2026: My recent visit here was utterly spoiled by the place being freezing cold. The waitress said that the radiator nearest our table "doesn't work". She placed an electric fan heater on a chair beside our table. We appreciated her efforts but a radiator which "doesn't work" is a bit of a tall tale!

12/11/2025: My daughter, Khristina, who lives in this town, thinks this is the best restaurant in Navan. Based on her experience, I completely agree. The fact that you need to book a table in advance also speaks volumes. The atmosphere isn't just cozy, it's family-like, and even the sheer number of customers didn't detract from that. There were couples and numerous groups of people of all ages. My heart was set on a rack, and it was superb! I made the risky decision to pair it with shrimp. Many people believe that seafood shouldn't be paired with meat. But, as my experience at Zucchini showed, such notions are the deep-seated misconceptions of gastronomic fanatics. The family treated themselves to a selection of delicacies, among which I'd especially like to highlight the duck, which we usually know by its Peking version. But this restaurant far surpassed all Chinese traditionalists, offering tender, large, and juicy pieces of meat, elegantly accompanied by modest side dishes that didn't distract from the headliner. To avoid making the review too cloying, I sigh that the selection could have included a wider selection of Irish beers, and not just the lone, undisputed Guinness. And now a toast: to the health of this restaurant's chef!

11/11/2025: Food was really good here. Service was quick and professional. Wait staff had good knowledge of meals. I'd say a small size restaurant but decorated lovely and tables are not on top of each other. We'll definitely be back as we wanted everything on the menu :)
