09/10/2026: Very good portions of local food, local beers and spirits, everything homemade (tartar sauce was lush). No live music on that night (out of season), but instead of dragging us in, he kindly suggested another pub with music. His honesty made us come back for food and we don't regret it!

24/10/2026: Chicken was cold in the centre which makes me think it’s not freshly cooked and just reheated. I had to send it back to the kitchen but to be fair to the server she offered to have it remade. Also it was strange that their was no prices on the menu.

29/10/2026: I have been a local for years but it's a pity it's gone quite downhill recently. I updated this review giving the place another chance but it's got worse again. The food has really worsened in quality. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Now it seems like everything is bought in pre made. I also think they could really do with an update to the menu as it hasn't properly changed in ages. The man who I think is the manager (glasses, bald) isn't friendly to us even though we are regulars. I saw how he treated a younger man at the bar and I was shocked. It wasn't the first time I had seen him like that either. Hopefully this review reaches the owner because it's really disappointing that the place has gone this way. I'd be glad to see the place make a recovery as it's genuinely a cozy place with mostly friendly staff and service.

18/10/2026: The food was super delicious so would definitely recommend! The staff were all super friendly and the pub itself is very cool. Normal Dublin prices and well located close to the main st and the mall. The screens were playing football and rugby games.

18/10/2026: Miller was a fanatastic server in every aspect and took care of us. They didn't have Guinness, which made me sad at first, but Miller came through with great recommendations for Irish mead. Turns out there are plenty of other worthy libations in Dublin other than whiskey and beer and I have Miller's advice to thank for that. We had the baked potato and the pâté. Perfect lunch time snacks. Girl dinner approved. Not too pricey and left us completely and thoroughly satisfied.
