13/05/2026: I'm here tonight to watch the Celtic vrs Motherwell game. The atmosphere is electric. I haven't eaten but the food looks great.

01/05/2026: English pub, young and friendly staff, good beers and excellent Italian pizza served until 10pm. Well done!

23/07/2026: The restaurant and the service was great but I was very disappointed of the seafood chowder, I don t find mussels suits very well on it, bits of shells are very hard to eat, very crunchy, I would say it s the worst one I ever eat, very cheap version of a traditional one

23/07/2026: We had a very good dinner at this restaurant. The service was very friendly, they greet you with a smile and give you all the necessary explanations about the dishes. We liked the careful presentation of the dishes.

26/04/2026: Very kind of them to make the children hot cocoa and a pot of tea, even though the kitchen was already closed. Including warming up by the fireplace.

04/07/2026: Arrived with big family group, brilliant service, fantastic service, kids had selection of pancakes. Good coffee and huge portions (rare these days)

27/06/2026: We had a fantastic lunch here today. Coffee was beautiful aswell. Free lunch plate of fruit and vegetables for our 9 month old baby was really appreciated. Great spot and definitely a place to stop in while you're in Gorey.

26/06/2026: We stopped along our cycle of Slea head, with the weather so nice and the views breathtaking we had our food outside. Service was exceptional and so friendly with cupla focal as Gaeilge, and the open sea trout and cream cheese was delicious. Even grabbed a few treats to go for the rest of our cycle

26/06/2026: Came across this little place by accident while cycling the Slea Head drive and boy am I glad we did! The view, the food, the service, the coffee, the best banana bread I’ve ever tasted and I’ve sampled a lot!! Their brownie was huge but it kept so well it had us fuelled for a few days. Would 100000% recommend. Worked out around €48 for two lunches, two coffees and two treats.

12/07/2026: Great pub in Kildare town. Called in for some food and it was very good. The staff were very attentive and friendly, they chatted to all the customers making them feel right at home. There is plenty of space in the pub and it had a great atmosphere.

09/07/2026: Had a fabulous meal and experience in The Dining Room. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was excellent t.

25/07/2026: Now, I know everyone is bloody friendly in this beautiful country but these lot were absolutely glorious. Great food great drinks, lush little patio area with a waterfall thingy. Shout out to Luke!

05/07/2026: I was in the Valley in for St Mary's special school Graduation. From the moment we arrived the welcoming of staff was amazing. From the service of the Staff and the Food made a very special day a incredible day. From the attention to detail the care to all the Children and familys there that yous looked after was a credit to you all. Thank you .

26/06/2026: It is a stunning restaurant i brang my cousin here for her birthday she loved it the service was so good they were very kind, And the food was 10/10 it couldn't get better then that atmosphere is lovely and comfy to come to

24/07/2026: Nice place with a cool history. Our group had beef stew, burger, steak sandwich, and vegetable soup. All the food was good but the beef stew was the standout! Plenty of free street parking in the area. And check out the castle right next door!

05/07/2026: Beef stroganoff was okay. Dessert, strawberry Eaton mess, was good. Unfortunately, the wine was bad. Plastic on the tables, cutlery and related items in a huge bin on the table. In short, the food was okay, but the ambiance could use an update.

29/06/2026: Very courteous service and delicious food. The tomato soup was a highlight. The chicken was perfectly breaded, very flavorful and tender.

31/05/2026: Went here with my good buddy Dige we both got the granola bowl, I was a big fan but Dige is very picky with his granola and did not finish it. The quality of the fruit etc in the bowl was top notch organic.

16/07/2026: Did not eat but beautiful pub would highly recommend, great location just before the madness of the city on Baggot street junction before the bridge. They have tall tables, regular tables, booths and an outdoor smoking area upstairs. Really friendly manager/owner/doorman,barmen they have very respectful and professional staff who really know their locals but are also very friendly to strangers 🥰Has a charming lil piece of history for any one who's interested, the have created a Brendan Behan snug/corner where you can sit & enjoy a drink where he used to💚🤍🧡💚🤍🧡*I would say very family friendly but maybe not on big match days😃

14/06/2026: Had such a great time, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the bartenders where excellent in their work and their personalities. There are 2 bartenders who need a shout out too and that is Mark and the only female bartender whose name i never knew but she was phenomenal also, the management should be proud of the atmosphere they have created and the entertainment has been number 1
