01/08/2025: Had a really fab lunch here today. Brought our 6 month old and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely cocktails and starters in particular. Great variety in the menu!

31/07/2025: Delicious and beautifully presented dishes in the most inviting environment. We felt at home here, partially thanks to the strong bonds between all who worked that night. We felt the connections and partnerships deploy. It was beautiful to witness. I had today's catch, which was a hake served on a bed of zucchini-wrapped tender leeks. This unique side made the dish even more memorable. It was such a surprise to dig in and explore a combination of flavors that I would never have considered.

22/07/2025: We had an amazing meal at Lord Baker’s. Johnathan happily made our reservation in advance and then treated us like gold when we arrived. He was our server and took care of us. The lobster was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Dingle.

14/08/2025: We had a fantastic meal at this pub, enjoying some truly delicious traditional Irish food—definitely one of the most authentic spots we’ve visited! The dishes were hearty, flavorful, and perfectly captured the essence of Irish cuisine. While we had to wait a bit for a table, it wasn’t a problem at all, as we could relax downstairs in the pub with a pint. The service there was excellent, and the barman was incredibly friendly, making the wait enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for an authentic Irish experience with great food and top-notch service!

06/08/2025: Hidden gem! The food is local and outstanding! The cheese plate starter has a great assortment of local cheeses paired really well with jelly and honey. The steak and lamb entrees were top notch! The cheesy bread, spuds and cabbage were delicious accompaniments. The chocolate tort at the end with a heavy cream and cherries was so good. Only issue was the table that wobbled. Highly recommend this restaurant!

29/06/2025: Vinimos aquí para reunirnos con amigos y poder escucharnos. Todos los demás lugares eran muy ruidosos. Teníamos un cóctel recomendado, “Pornstar Martini” que era excelente! No probamos la comida. Encontramos una bonita cabina tranquila y cómoda. Muy relajado.

15/07/2025: We really loved the beer garden on a sunny afternoon and they had the All Ireland football semi final on the big screen. Food looked amazing but we weren't hungry. Loads of seating inside as well. They had a nice kids menu too and the staff were lovely

19/07/2025: This place came recommended from a local in Dublin. This is exactly what you want for a classic Irish cafe. The full Irish breakfast and Irish coffee were spot on and delicious. I also cannot say enough about the incredibly kind and friendly owner and staff. They made the experience one to remember and were very helpful as a first time visitor to Ireland. Give this place a try for an authentic Irish breakfast and skip all the tourist traps out there!

15/07/2025: Went to to Dublin from Edinburgh for the day (just doon the road) with my daughter and The Stage Door was our first port of call when we arrived in the town by bus . Alan (the manager) had us in stitches 😂😂 from the very start when we were looking at the menu outside, his charm, wit and friendliness made us feel at ease . It was busy when we arrived but waited only minutes to get a table outside as the weather was nice. Got two full Irish breakfasts which was served within a short time of ordering. Breakfast was brilliant Alan 😋👍🍀, will most definitely have a breakfast here again on my next visit , Yeah baby!!!! 😂😂,as your server would say !! Totally made our day, well done you guys 👌

11/08/2025: We stopped to eat there completely by chance because it was the only restaurant we found on our route and really fate made us discover a great stop! The meal was truly delicious, the setting charming, the prices affordable, the professionals welcoming and the view breathtaking! You can stop there without hesitation!

Everything here is at the highest level — the cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The food in the hotel’s restaurant is something truly special — a unique fine dining experience, especially the seafood dishes, which were absolutely exquisite. Even the breakfast stands out, with high-quality ingredients and a wide variety of delicious options. In our room, we found complimentary water, coffee, tea, chips, and — most impressively — homemade cookies, which we assume were made by the hotel’s own team. Such a thoughtful touch! It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and thanks to this hotel, we had a perfect day. We couldn’t have asked for more. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation. Thank you once again!

04/08/2025: Great gem at the heart of Carna, food is like home cooked and fresh food from home. Simple dishes with hearty taste. The owners husband on the ball with the service and even was kind enough to find my lost wallet and return it to me through some investigation! Thank you forever grateful.
